2024-06-30 20:10:12I like the curbside pickup, I refuse to shop inside due to all the people and slow staff at check out. Unfortunately the curbside pickup is sub par, the eggs I got were cracked and they completely forgot to give me some of my items. I got a refund but its still a hassle to not have the food I ordered

2024-05-28 00:34:00Walmart, especially the one in Morgan Hill, has become such a headache to shop at. Everything is locked up, there are a plethora of employees standing around but nobody wants to assist you. Each employee within close proximity all said it wasntt their department but less than a minute later I watched as one of them unlocked a case they told me they couldnt. When I finally get to the register, the cashier leaves and starts helping another customer despite us standing right there, leaving us waiting... again.

2024-05-06 22:03:48Walmart customer service in Morgan Hill put me on hold for over an hour. I finally had to hang up. I just wanted to know if they take car seat donations.

2024-05-10 23:25:40A decent Walmart supermarket, near hotels and cafes. Ideal for daily shopping or a few items. It is smaller than other Walmart stores, there are no clothes items sold here, mostly food and household.

2024-03-30 01:35:53Shopping at Walmart has become a DISMAL EXPERIENCE specially if you go through the self-checkout. Now they have half of the self-checkout Lanes closed down and they have extra people watching your every move- its like theyre micromanaging. So they just stare at you the whole time blank-faced they dont act like humans- even if you try to break the ice and say something nice or funny they just stare BLANKLY. Theyre like robots or even zombies. Severely DEHUMANIZING experience. Im almost at the point where I wont go to Walmart anymore because even after checkout, you still have to go through the scrutiny of the of the person by the door who acts like hes the BIG BOSS. Meanwhile, how many of these employees are actually stealing from Walmart themselves ⁉️

2024-03-03 19:49:42Horrible Service Today I went Shopping With My Sisters and the Cashier was very rude. She threw all the things at us and looked at us. Very ugly, she said things about things and complained about the purchase. It was a purchase of 424. Honestly, my experience could not be worse.

2024-03-16 18:38:13Very convenient location……But, employees are sometimes rude and very unhelpful…..No employees have a key to protective glass, for certain products…Asking for help finding certain items is hit and miss…..Self service isles are all closed and only one isle open with one checker….Lines are very long.

2024-04-16 02:55:21I was didn’t find what I was looking for (basketball cards) I usually use Walmart to get some basketball cards but guess they don’t have it here 🤷. Looks like a good Walmart otherwise tho…
