I am double parked.. trying to get my mobile pick up... I could definitely get into a car accident right now someone could back up right in front of me all because their pickup locations they dont have enough of them and theyre all full right now so you got to keep driving around the parking lot and theres not even enough place to get a pickup and then theres people sitting in the pickup for two hours as well and slowly received there order.. two hours later or moreTheres a ton of parking spaces on the other side of the building that say pick up... but none of them have a number so you cant even use them.DONT EVER TRY A MOBILE PICK UP HERENot enough spaces.. takes way too long...One employee even pointed out that its faster to go inside like whats the point of getting your groceries picked up if theyre faster to go inside? and Ive never seen that at any other Walmart locationYall spend all that money for those signs but you didnt put the reservation numbers on top of them on the other side of the building.. 🤷Why would you spend all that money on something youre not even using and then youre just frustrating people obviously you dont have enough parking spots in the front.I literally have nowhere to go.. I have to sit here and block the road .. sorry if you think you dont deserve a one-star review for this but youre stressing me out.. theres no reason that you cant get that pick up section on the other side of the building going...Hey Do you have a pickup order and if they say no make them move. 🤷It should not take this long to pick up your groceries and its always at this location too.. Ive been here for over 30 mins..again..One of the employees told me they were understaffed... Im still going to give them a one star review but if no one wants to work they need to use instant work or crosstrain people. 🤷People have been here for hours... This is not a good day for them...this is ridiculous.. you are going to make your customers wait Two hours for something that should take less than 15 min..The manager should come out and help until its caught up.. Its called cross training.. you should look it up... You clearly dont know or use itPeople are... going inside trying to get their order like you guys should be so embarrassed right now like this is pathetic... So many options even thought they say this is a small branch. For me as a filipino... this is quite big. The foods were fresh and had so many selections. Dried goods was even more extensive.2 things i learn so far... their blue cheese was located separately from the rest. And we cannot buy beer after 10pm.Nonetheless... we were happy with our purchases

Went in to return 2 outdoor solar lights that were defective and allowed water in them. When i went to the return counter I was told that they can’t take back an item with water in it. The reason I’m returning these 2 items is because it is defective and allowed water in.

Went to the Walmart at 2770 Carson Street and our experience was so disappointing and very inconvenient! We unloaded our shopping cart full of miscellaneous items and groceries then after the cashier disclosed to us that they ran out of grocery bags in the entire store…. I asked if they had any empty boxes and the cashier said they do not.The employees are fully aware and at the very least haven’t posted any signs advising their consumers in advance. As we were exiting the store, one of their employees informed us that this is Day 3 of the bag shortage…While I understand certain things are out of managements control. The least they could have done was post signs to notify people or offer empty boxes like other grocery store do!? Worse customer service. Had my partner not been there with me I would have left everything on the converter belt due to the inconvenience on their part because now you inconvenience me and at that point I was over it. Management needs to do better. Terrible experience.

Great staff but need to have more customer service in your lock up In your product, areas that are locked up need to have more customer service there. It takes them at 15 to 20 minutes to come and service you. That is a very long time to wait to get laundry. Soap or downy or etc need desperately customer service in those areas, thank you. Horrible Walmart. Worst ever. I only ever have problems at this Walmart. I have worked at Walmart for years. My mom as well and I know the policy. This lady gonna argue with me telling me Im wrong and they refuse to help me then left me just standing there and walked off and helped other people and when I said hello your not gonna help me and she going to rudely just ignore me then tell me someone will be there to help me smh then I ask for a manager, assistant manager or co manager and conveniently NON of them exist at this store. Its Walmart, it was fully stocked. They have made a lot of changes. The self service is 10 items or less now which I think is great. I will say that they need more cashiers on duty especially since the self service is 10 items now.

Walmart by far is my favorite store to shop when I need anything. Groceries, photos, house supplies, personal hygiene, and so much more. The prices are reasonable and affordable for the most part, and I’m pleased to have the self-checkout, BUT on this particular day I was completely upset because of the way I was treated by an employee in charge at that time. It was very unprofessional how I was being watched while checking out. It was so noticeable that other customers made sure that I was aware of what she was doing. Long story short, I ended up filing a complaint because, after addressing the obvious, the situation was handled unprofessionally by the manager who was in charge at that time. When I go now, I avoid self-checkout because of my this experience, but I wont let that stop me from continuing to shop there.

I ordered formula for my toddler for pick up. I arrived at the location and called the number 9 times and nobody would answer. I waited in my car for over 15 minutes, with my child in the back seat, I saw a Walmart attendant and asked him if he can check me in or have someone answer the phone so I can get my order. He told me one second and walked away without taking any of my information and never returned. I saw another Walmart attendant and had to get out of my car, walk up to her, explain my problem and she said “ well you have to check in if you want us to bring out your order”. I replied “ I understand that which is why I am telling you your store will not answer the phone, so I am unable to check in.” She finally logged me in and went and retrieved my order. I will not longer use this store pick up due to how unprofessional the employees were and the treatment I received.

With grocery prices so high, Ive started shopping at Walmart. Ive been very happy with their quality and selection. They have most of what Im looking for when shopping for groceries. If you dont go there, its worth a trip. Im very pleased.

Walmart has the best grapes. The green seedless grapes are so crisp, fresh, sweet and delicious. I pretty much ate the whole bag not in one day LoL play they were so good I could not stop eating them. Sorry I dont have a photo. 😔

It’s a large and clean store. Also, it has a self checkout, Quickest check-out Ive experienced in a long time. But the parking lot is always full, very full. Staffs are not quite helpful for finding the items.

Horrible customer service. Needed to return an item that was sold to me already expired. Whet there 8:30pm to do the return and this lady looks up at me after standing in front of her for 2 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. She was glued to her phone looking a tictok. Didn’t even try to hide it. And said we’re closed. I said the stores doesn’t closed till 11pm it’s only 8:30pm. She said oh well, and continue looking at her phone. Horrible

If I could give them minus 10 Stars I would I am a Walmart Plus customer I cannot begin to tell you how aggravating this store is with their deliveries in the last week even though Ive expressed it and told them for the last couple of years where Ive had the deliveries I do not speak Spanish why they would send a Spanish-speaking person who doesnt speak English to deliver my groceries and get directions to get into the complex is beyond me I had a delivery where they had a picture of a place Ive never seen before it was delivered to a trash room in one of the other buildings and by the and I couldnt go through seven buildings and 9 floors on two of the buildings with two trash areas and four of the buildings with four floors and two trash areas. This week alone Ive gotten groceries with a bottle which was glass and had pesto in it broke and got all over my groceries not to mention all over me I had a delivery that said delivered and yet the signature was not mine apparently ran into somebody arbitrarily I guess on the street gave them groceries or just decided to keep them himself with no proof and Im supposed to sign and no call from them to get into my building today I got a grocery order and for whatever reason they decided to send my paper plates and with another driver delivery at 11:00 Im sitting in my apartment phone in hand waiting like a big fool that my delivery would actually be made will know it wasnt at 11:18 Im tracking him never stops and keeps going and then marked delivery attempted. You would think the horror show would end there but it doesnt Ive had expired and open items delivered. Ive even had a driver tell me he didnt have money for the meter by the way parking for 15 minutes is free this is not the first time this happened I actually had one driver say to me Im not paid to deliver your groceries to your door come down and get them and yes she was paid to deliver the groceries to my door I could go on and on and on but the person in charge how many screwed up deliveries can you have my deliveries have been delayed hours and I get my Frozen stuff to frosted is there any reason why I shouldnt use a better service like instacart for example. Frankly the manager there needs to be fired and dont get me started on your phone Representatives I asked to speak to a supervisor twice and I was hung up on by two different customer service reps unfortunately for them I did take their numbers so here I sit I tried to call Walmart myself the phone rang folks Im not kidding for 5 minutes and no one picked up at Walmart the customer service guy who tried to get ahold of them to redeliver my paper plates I held on for 10 minutes while he couldnt get them to answer the phone is this not a pathetic excuse for a Walmart store if it isnt I dont know what is

I wish I could give negative stars, my disabled husband was at this location and his medical condition causes him to bed incontinent. Rarely, but it can happen. On this particular day my husband had a medical emergency and the mens room was full and he checked that there were no women in the womens restroom and to avoid having an accident he used the womens but unfortunately he did not make it. There was no way he would need able to leave with the pants he had on and instead of helping him and allowing him to pay for a pair of pants to walk out the staff here including the manager began an unbelievable slur of jokes and threatened my husband and the security guard began to call all the female workers to come and laugh and make fun of him. My husband recorded it as well. He begged for over a half hour for someone to please just grab a pair of new pants so he could go he told them he had the money he just needs the pants. He kept asking for a manager and after about 25 min the manager showed up and just joined the verbal assault. He was forced to walk all the way through the store with his white Tshirt wrapped around him. As if the hour long torment from these workers want enough he was then subject to ask the customers and children seeing him in such an embarrassing state. I think legal action needs to bed taken.

Pick up is the absolute worst experience! The phone goes straight to voicemail. Then you’re forced to download the app. Once in the app you’re forced to share your location instead of just entering that you’ve arrived. This location is by far the worst for pickup. I’ve never had to download the app just to do a pickup.That said once jumped through the hoops the lady was quick to bring out my order and very kind.

This place doesnt employ anybody that knows anything. I asked when a certain item was and I get from them its should be over there and they point to the other end of the store. I asked where the automotive electrical wire was and he showed me the electrical wire for houses. I told him that was for residential. Then he said I dont know. If thats the Walmart way I think I will go somewhere where they employ people who have a clue. Its sad that a multi billion dollar company doesnt think of anything but that almighty dollar. Well I know anything that I need a question about I have to go somewhere else.

This Walmart is usually my last resort if I cant find what I need from the others. As usual website showed in stock but went and nothing was in stock. As usual parking lot was full of carts everywhere so alot of potential for loose carts to damage cars. Other then that they did have other things in stock just not what I needed.

One of my items had to be walked to a cashier because they no longer allow customers to use the security boxes. A lady was in front of me in line, and her item never arrived. The cashier spent ten minutes walking to each register looking for this item. She asked the manager only for them to tell the lady to go back and have them send it again. The cashier then says the last 4 customers had to go to another line because shes closed (light never turned off). The customers and cashier were arguing, and the cashier said they were not in line, which was a lie. They were waiting. All this chaos because there are no security boxes.

I was trying to get a air bed from the camping section that was locked and the lady that helped us she was short and thick mexican lady with the keys decided to let the other mexican people next to us keep there bed and decided to take our bed to the front register then proceeded to tell us that it was gonna be at regester 20 when it wasnt and when i went to find her she walked to the back to avoid me. I went straight to the comment section after reporting to the complaint line, and I couldnt believe it! After an employee removed my shopping cart while I was shopping, items were removed. After noticing, I asked the team lead person to ask someone to retrieve the items, she told me, and I quote, I can not inconvenience an employee to do your shopping because you abandoned your cart. I didnt believe the employee who took the cart should have had privileges over me the cudtomer, so I gave them more work and let them return my entire cart to the sales floor. I had the items purchased at Target with no problems. Wont be dealing with Walmart again.So let this be a lesson to all. When at Walmart, keep both hands on the cart because if an employee gets their hands on it, youll be shopping again.

Every time I go here, I have to deal with their staff following me around specifically the security even when I’ve done nothing wrong I am constantly targeted when leaving the store I go with a bunch of my white friends and they’re able to walk out with no inspection, however, as soon as I come by, I’m stopped my receipt is checked. So first of all, I had ordered about$140 worth of groceries for delivery next day. My driver gets lost. Then decides to bring the food back... Instead of to me. Even after I gave her explicit instructions. So now.. two days later, since they cant find a driver .. I came in the flesh to grab my own items and being them home.At the store I must complain about the attitude I got from one of the latina female managers . Seldom do I have returns but today I did as the items being returned were gifts. The young lady who helped do the return was so wonderful that I just wanted to leave a review. She was quick but also explained to me the return policy without a receipt. Im sure there are plenty of unpleasant individuals who do not like the policy and thats why she was very upfront and thorough. Unfortunately I didnt remember her name but kudos to her as she had a great personality and made this return easy.

Everything is locked up and they only have 1 damn key for everything. Pure ignorance because they have a lot of customers in different sections of the store at once. The Automotive Department has some of the rudest people ever. There is an employee by the name of Melody there who is extremely rude and treats everyone with the upmost disrespect. I have been overcharged by her several times because if you complain about anything, she will try to make you pay. I complained to the one they said was in charge of the department Jesse and he would not help me, even when I asked for the General Manager Lorraine, they said she was too busy to come to the Automotive Department to speak with me. Customer service is not a priority at this store. Very sad. I will take my business elsewhere. If you see Melody, move on, unless you enjoy being disrespected and treated like a child.

This place is a disgrace. Ive attempted 5 different times to buy something in the pharmacy area, and the item happens to be in a locked cabinet. Supposedly, if you push a button, a team member comes to assist you. They never come. In my 5 times going there to buy this item, after a few minutes of no one coming, I ask an employee about this. This employee tells me to push the button. Another time an employee told me she would go get the person who has the key. 10 minutes later, no one comes. Employees generally look disinterested and borderline annoyed that you are approaching them. In these 5 separate attempts, it has never taken less than 25 minutes for someone to show up. In 2 of these visits, i had to leave before anyone showed up. I was on break (i work nearby) and the fact that I cant get someone to help in a timely fashion is beyond unacceptable. Who manages this place? Why do we have to beg to buy a simple item!? The few times Ive succeeded in eventually having someone open the cabinet and hand me the item, they then placed this item inside of a locked box, and I then have to beg a different disinterested employee to open it at the register area. This item costs rougly $13. How many of these things have they NOT sold because of this absurd system? Probably way more than the number of these items they would lose to theft if they were not behind a locked cabinet.Despite the convenience of this Walmart being within walking distance of my job, I will never attempt to buy anything there again. Do not order grocery pick up from this store. They take forever and don’t answer the phone. I had to ask the associate if ok could come inside myself to get my items in order for them to bring them out…after waiting 30 minutes. I never choose this location for pickup and I never will again. Do yourself a favor, drive the few miles up Carson to the Walmart in the town center. Even with the drive, it will be MUCH faster.

Great to see the new and clean floorplan. However, my experience could have been better. Bought the cheetos minis from the store to later find out at home that the box was opened and half consumed. Also, my experience at the self checkout register could have been better. A rude employee was trying to make us stay in line with an imaginary starting spot. This store is great as long as you dont need any customer service. The customer service at this store is TRASH -- the worst Ive ever experienced anywhere. I was not aware that the Returns desk had changed hours during Covid, so when I arrived at the store inquiring about this, I got ignored. I asked multiple employees, including a CSM who yelled at me across the store and walked away when I began to approach her. When asking an assistant manager, she started to help me but then stopped and walked away from me when she was told I was on the phone with 1800WALMART. Because no one was helping with my question re: Return Desk hours, I called 1800WALMART for answers -- THATS IT. I wasnt trying to get anyone in trouble, all I wanted was some information. But apparently, all that does is upset every employee in the store, including management.So, I guess call 1800WALMART whenever you have an issue that cannot/will not be resolved at the store level. I would be embarrassed to say I worked here if I did. You have all sorts of weird people working at this Walmart including the ones that think they were misplaced and believe they are cops. Needless... this employee named Lowell who coaches and trains other people shouldnt even have a position while the store is open. It was about 9:30pm when I got there with my 12 and 14 year old and I needed to get some items for the week and household stuff. Mind you I have health conditions, but you cant see them. My heart is failing and operates at 12% and I have already undergone open heart surgery to replace my mitral valve. My kids worry frequently that I am exhausted and I might keel over and pass away (this can happen at a blink of an eye).my 14 year old said he was going to return with a cart so I could use it and not exert myself. 5 minutes later he camE back with the electric scooter grocery carts. Those things emba r rass me half to death because I am young couple with such a severe and terminal illness. It sucks I do what I can until I cant do anything.i allowed my son to ride the cart and I put the items in the cart. However this particular scooter was really loud but thats really not the point. We were on an aisle with the night crew reorganizing the shelfs so it was a mess. The workers saw my son trying to get out of the aisle they even helped guide him out which to me was impressive. We went to about 4 aisles and I noticed this worker glaring at us and it was a specific creepy stare. I shook it off and told my kids I wanted candy, but the place had boxes everywhere so it was difficult to maneuver the motorized grocery cart/scooter. This is when the adventure turned into the Walmart I WILL NEVER RETURN TO! IMMEDIATELY AFTERi separated from my kids my 14 year old went up to a workee and asked where the candy aisle was and was told the candy aisle is where the halloween candy was. I know the workers that set up these aisles and what they do and how things are placed and the regular candy aisle is not where the seasonal candy aisle is located so my kids turn around and try to find the candy aisle (they could not get to it if they wanted too.) But pallets were everywhere making it impossible for a regular grocery cart to fit through the pallet to the rest of the aisle... This hasnt even been a minute me and the kids were separated, but this amazing worker approached my kids and said the cart is not for playing around get off the cart. My 14 year old told this guy named Lowell that his father has heart failure and needs this cart close by him. The amazing worker named Lowell looked at my kids chuckled and said yeah right rolling his eyes in the process. He even went as far as saying he knew what bs was if he heard it,and that was a load of bs. I walkout of the candy aisle and went to the front of the store and saw my 14 year old with his head down and some creepy looking guy on the cart my son was on. I yelled out to my son and said wh, Whe hell is going on kid we separated 90 seconds ago. In the background,this man was parking the electric cart and taking my products from the cart and tossing them into a regular cart. I asked him what happenend he told me everything including him being forced off the cart. He said, dad he was creepy and his breath stunk really really bad! Why was this man so close to my kids face my kid could smell his breath. That means Lowell Mr coach or whoever you think you are approaching my kids without me present and assuming they were playing around should be enough to get you fired. Rule number 1 in parenting... Do not ever approach a child and reprimand them and take a coarse of action based on your assumptions without their dad!!!!!!

One day we waited half an hour for somebody to open the glass case for underwear and socks. They called for someone about five times to get the key and open it and no one ever came. Very odd Walmart the layout was like amaze that made it very difficult to navigate with all the dead end sections.Was looking for sandles/flipflops for the beach very poor selection in my size, actually none, they had some crazy ugly colored crocks would have settled for a dark conservative color like black or blue but nothing.Was able to get some beach supplies and food though.

Terrible customer service, I’ve spent the past 30 minutes calling every department available trying to reach the operator so I can get a stock check. No one answered except the automotive department & they couldn’t even transfer me to anyone. Not sure who the operator for this store is but the need to be fired & so does the manager for not being on top of their employees & making sure they are doing their job. The whole point of having a number to call the store is convenience & it’s not convenient if they don’t answer.

Mechanics or whatever they’re called did a terrible job installing my wheels back on my truck. Whoever “tightened” the lugs had it off center so that only one nut would tighten and the rest would spin around on the bolt. The mechanic claimed that the bolts were already stripped prior to them putting the wheels back on. But they would’ve noticed and said something prior to fully removing the wheels. Got home and inspected it for myself when I realized that was the issue. They let me drive off with only one nut tightened on each wheel. don’t come here unless you want Walmart to be responsible for the accident or possibly worse. I can’t believe they did not realize the wheels were off center when placing the lug nuts back on haha

Lines are always long, cashiers are great and patient, but not enough of them. Store can be a tad disorganized and things stacked poorly. Staff is friendly, and greeters kind and professional. Needs more support and better managing to motivate and encourage teams to help and assist with messiness and misplaced items. Struggle to find things at times that should be in obvious locations. Could be better with these changes, but its a good place to hope I find all that Im needing to find.

Ive been to plenty of Walmart, but by far, this is one of the worst ones . I am visiting New York. Every register was closed, but the self checkout was open. They claimed the system was down, but on a holiday weekend, this occurred . I wanted to purchase some wine but couldnt do that. Everything in this store was unorganized. Hardly no staff in the store. Me and my disabled Brother (whos a veteran by the way) were treated terribly by the Female Manager and the Male Team Lead. We waited in line for 1 hour and 20 minutes at the Money Services section to send money to the Philippines for a medical emergency. When it was our turn, they nonchalantly told us that the system is offline and that we needed to look for another place to send money. That woman is the worst and she treats her other co-worker like sh*t. She was loud with her co-workers the whole time I was in line for self checkout and when I needed help because self check out was refusing to complete my order and refusing to give me a receipt even though my bank was charged, she was yelling at me and telling me I wasn’t “charged” when I clearly was. You can never go wrong with Walmart. My family always find what we need or a substitute. We had a funeral to attend the day we visited and wanted our son to try on the pants first. No one was near the dressing room and when I tried to get Help, no one would help us 😂… all the dressing room doors had a sign that said “broken don’t open” except one door. I’m guessing no one ever ask to use the rooms that’s why we were ignored. Besides for the staff who sucks.. the place was clean, organized and wasn’t crowded. We ended up purchasing what we had and left. The pants did fit, thank god.

Walmart is a scam! Beware do not go pump gas at this Walmart. I made the horrible mistake the other night while I was in the middle of working to stop and pump gas since my tank was empty. I payed at the pump and it was taking an unusually long time to accept my card. It said one moment for a very long time which I was about to leave because I was in a rush but then it allowed me to pump gas so I pumped only 11.11 and left. The same night I saw something strange was going on with my checking account. I go to look and seen they charged me not twice not even 3 times but 32 more times. I saw 32 separate charges of $11.11. I was literally robbed. That’s over 300 dollars they charged me!!! I have never seen that in my life. I called my bank and since it was still processing they couldn’t do anything about fixing it since it was still pending. I called Walmart about it and was told the store manager will be handling it asap and issuing me a refund. I have not heard from him since. This all has cause me to go negative and have all my money tied up. I hate Walmart I never had a great experience ever shopping there which I don’t anymore and I don’t even know why I pumped gas with them. Whatever money you save with Walmart is not worth it. They have scammers hacking their system and they are doing nothing about it and if that’s not the case then they themselves are the ones doing it. This place has bad management or something every time I’m here for a curbside pick up they are always behind on orders .sometimes I have to wait more than 40 min to get the order I need to continue working, I asked when I can get my order and they said they were a hour behind on it then proceed to tell me to cancel my order on the app that I get my income from. No point in doing a pickup order for a certain time slot. They get to you when they get to you. My time slot was between 5-6. They sent me a text stating my order was ready. It is 6:44pm and still no one has come out. I have tried to call the store but no one answers the phone in any department. Totally unacceptable! Why notify the customer and state their order is ready when its not. No wonder this location has a 2.8/5 rating. Wow 45 minutes later, I get my groceries. Wow never again, not at this location.

Ridiculous that I had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to come with a key to get something out of their lockup displays. We asked 3 employees and they all said the would get someone. I even went up to the Services desks and talked to them there and they sent out a page but nobody ever came out. So 4 employees could not track down an effing key. Lock up displays all over the store for what? So that they cant steal anything but apparently cant buy anything either. I ended up just leaving. Hey Walmart, if you want proof, go check your cameras on 11/04/2022 @ 3PM in the cosmetics section. Youll see me standing there forever and approach several employees. Very poor costumer service and services in general. I had purchased a tire and had an appointment for 07/12 at 4pm for installation, got to the store and couldn’t find anyone in the auto care center, after trying to talk to a bunch of store associates trying to figure why, they came to the conclusion that they were short on staff and the last person had went to lunch and did not come back, he claims he called me and it went straight to voice mail, no further try on contact me even tho they had my phone number and email. Could’ve left a voice mail, sent a text or email but no. I was rescheduled for the next morning at 7am, receiving a text saying to get here 15 min early only to hear, at 7am from a guy here, that I’d have to wait another 10 min. So 25 min here waiting for nothing. I had been told yesterday that I’d get a 10% discount (which is nothing on a $17 tire installation for the inconvenience and time wasted I had because of their lack of professionalism). In the end I talked to the people that were there in the morning (not the same as the day before) and got 50% off. But in the end my experience was so bad I’m not using the auto care services ever again and probably not shopping there cause I feel like if I ever get any other problems they won’t get solved or will only get solved after a lot of stress.

Customer service in electronics was not good. The young man that was helping us did not want to it seems. He said he cod not look up item or see if another store carried it. We and another customer had formed a line and two staff members that were talking their own business did not even redirect us to the proper line. They were just talking away at the cashier stand. Finally the last gentleman tall black guy was able to help us. Grateful for him but forgot his name. Again electronics needs help at this location.
