Everyone there is nice, kind and friendly. They help you when you ask for help. They get really packed but they do good even when they’re really busy. The store is very clean. I like all the variety of things they have in the store. This is the best store in Red Bluff and they’re the biggest store. The workers are very good and very hard workers. People need treat them nicer even if they get busy.

I decided to try ordering and picking up groceries for my first time, was not really a good experience, I ordered five dozen eggs in the box and found 12 of them cracked to where I could no hard boil, out of 2 quart size creamer I didnt notice until I finished using 1 and went to open the other that the cap was missing, so I had to use foil to cover the spot, ordered sugar free jello they substituted it with a regular jello not sugar free but correct flavor, being a diabetic I ended up giving the 2 boxes away, then they were told I had both shoulders replaced and needed my own bags packed light they were packed to heavy and out of 8 bags, she only used 4 bags and I didnt notice the part about the bags to heavy until I got home and then had to have the person that took me get out and take them inside for me. Everything else was fine, I felt like she had to have been in such a hurry and didnt care about the customer with the type of damaged and not doing what was asked. I also tried this type of service do to having a knee replacement and could not spend a lot time moving about the store or I would have done it myself, I will be trying that type of service again as I still can shop inside.

Redbluff Walmart is better managed than the Anderson Walmart.. Less things are locked up so you can shop without the fifteen minute wait every time you want access to items you want from in a case.The average wait to have an employee who has a key to the case is at least fifteen minutes at most Walmarts..Dozens of employees everywhere emptying the shelves but none ever have the time to get items out for you .Most do not even have the key..Until Walmart comes up with some sort of fulfillment center the customers and their mortar and brick stores will be competing with the employees for the products on the shelves..If you do let Walmart employees do your shopping your order will be full of substitutions..If you are particular about what brands you prefer your order will be filled with products that you would not have purchased had you been at the store yourself.Cat food brands your cats dont like miracle whip which is definitely not mayonnaise and many other compromises created by the competition for products in the store..Walmart has downsized so much in the variety of products they carry that it isnt the Walmart of yesteryear where you could buy spark plugs and a new kitchen sink.. last time I was in Walmart they carry neither of those things anymore...

Place is a complete joke. After complaints had them investigated with corporate for pickup issues between them and Spark Delivery drivers, as soon as they left, they began making up rules. We were told no groceries can be at anybody’s feet which makes sense and since we started Spark, we have been allowed to take multiple orders in the trunk so long as there are few enough items to divide it into the trunk using a divider to keep everything separate. We got told not to do that anymore now too. Only being allowed to taking 1 order when the majority of them are 3+ is making income incredibly low at this point. Very irritated with the back and forth rules and making the job harder to do. We wait like 2 hours before we get an order we are actually allowed to take now.

What can I say. They have everything. If you cant find it theres enough people buzzing around to ask. Staff has always been friendly. I like looking at their clearance stuff. I really wanted a pink princess plant that are normally kind of pricey that I couldnt justify spending the $ on. I saw 1 in the rack of dying plants outside. It was marked down but still too much for the condition it was in. They gave me an extra discount on it when I asked, which made me happy. Im now nursing it back to health. Thank you Walmart

It doesn’t have near as much election as it used to have. Also, the roof leaks, which is not exactly what you wanna see especially during a storm. I mean it leaks everywhere! Definitely don’t see how such a wealthy company could allow their store to be in such poor condition it’s not like the supercenter has been there for 30! Not only that, but a lot of the employees don’t seem that happy don’t know what’s going on there and I also don’t see the point in having somebody stop and highlight your receipt they have to look through every single thing on your receipt and go through all of your bags to even know what you have so honestly, I think that’s a ridiculous waste of time to have a big line on your way out as well! I feel like if it reduced shoplifting, it would make sense, but the only way that would happen again is if the greeter checked through every single bag to make sure that people aren’t stealing which clearly they don’t have time for or the ability so! Anyway, as I already said, I’m not that impressed with the supercenter in Red Bluff,! They also are continuously moving stuff around which again doesn’t make any sense and just stresses customers out. Really hope they get their act together and keep it that way!

The security followed me i n the the ladys bathroom and then he accused me of shoplifting and ditching what i had shoplifted. All because i didnt know i wasnt allowed to bring my basket inthe the rest room with me he was very rude and out of line.

I used to love Vibe. They stopped carrying ABX cartridges. So now I have to get them from another store. ABX is the only brand I use because they are full spectrum. Most are just THC. I like the store and staff other than that. They lost my business now because they no longer carry

The cleanest store Ive been to in a 50-mile radius. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable in Their departments and provide plenty of self checkouts, which is great for those quick trips into the store without having to wait in line.
