I like their convenient pick-up option. Today was the first time I used their delivery for my groceries. I give them a 3 but I don’t know how you all would feel if you received a rotten vegetable and a cracked egg. I added the egg for reference of the size of tomatillos they picked out for me. I thought this option would save me time, but it didn’t. On top of having bad groceries, I also paid an extra $9.95 delivery fee and a tip of $7.65. Disappointed service.

What a great experience i had here today. I asked Daniel where the arts and crafts section was. He started to point and tell me where. But instead he took the time to walk me over to where it was and show me all the ailes from end to end. Very pleasant person. Genuinely helpful. That is the kind of customer service that makes people come back. Thank you Daniel.Update: I went back today bought a few items. And the self scanner was gooey and wet. I asked the man if he had a paper towel to clean it, he wiped it up. But basically smeared it all over, which made it worse. The spray was next to the paper towels, why didnt he grab that and spray it first? Definitely need better training. And called for someone else to do it. But no one did it. Can we get helpful people working the self check out? Geeeezzzz. They get paid to stand there and what? And we still have the same prices. If we have to diy it, then prices should be better.On the brightside the lady who was at the door was very nice.Definitely the older generation better than the new. Id definitely be firing that guy. Unless hes willing to do better. No. No. No.

I’ve been standing on aisle I31 for over 15 minutes. Pushing the button, I called customer service. I heard them on the intercom for assistance to my location. And nothing!! No help!! I’m typing this while I’m still here standing waiting for assistance. 10 minutes more. To add to that, the store has maybe 20 people in it. It’s ridiculous.

Awesome Walmart, we live 5 miles away even. We drive further than necessary to go this Walmart get clothes, home good needs and grocery for low income family. Service is always great with a SMILE 😁

I mean... its walmart.This location adds security for the make up, hair dye and Black haircare products... which tells you the mindset of their management. There arent enough Black people in the community it serves for this to even be necessary...Instead of greeters they have receipt checkers, I bypass them every time with a polite no thank you, considering all the people they come in close contact with I rather not be in contact too.

Just some of the worst people Ive ever been counted. Just in simple things like in terms of human manners, starts at the top with Ashley. Its a perfect combination of arrogant ignorance entitlement everything that embarrasses you about America is all right here at Walmart La habra. Not only are you dumb but youre rude about it. Your parents should be ashamed of themselves. Its so blatantly awful it feels surreal it feels like youre at a movie Like how did this happen How did we get here these people are morons. You have literally 10 people in each row with pallets stocking shelves while youre open so you cant shop these rows and it just seems to be fine with these employees its the craziest thing Ive ever seen Its like why are you open if youre just going to block all the rows. And its not like theres a whole lot of options then they know that theres no way they could read what Im writing right now I swear to God theres no way. You have to work hard to be that bad at your job that doesnt happen overnight that takes an effort a focus concentrated effort to be horrible and not care congratulations you guys You did it

There is no one around to help you. The front end team lead is a not very nice person. She is very disrespectful foul mouth and deminstraights she hates dealing with people. I can see some changes needs to be done.

Store is nice & cool. Clean, nice workers etc. Doesnt have an eye place for glasses though. Also, sole dudes in the parking lot had stole some alcohol, dropped it out side etc. Needs more security. But a good store to go to. Isnt too large like typical super centers & the parking could be better.

Wide store with all you need. fast service. Bathrooms very clean! Store is well organized.
