It is located right between Sams club and Five Below. Parking is not too bad, lots of handicapped parking upfront. Theres a Burger King on site as you enter with crane game machines along a narrow aisle. This Walmart supercenter is clean and bright. Theres also an Outdoor garden center with various potted plants such as flowers, fruit trees, etc.

This Walmart is so clean and they have such a good open space. I love coming here and it’s never overcrowded and not full of homeless people or druggies like how we have at the pomona location. But we always have such an issue with returns here. I know it’s the system and not the employees they are super helpful and nice and understanding. The managers need to work on stuff though they only ever have one person working. They overwork them and today I’m not sure her name but she was an older Indian lady and she was so clueless and didn’t help her girls at all. Despite seeing the line and seeing how overwhelmed her girls were. Thankfully they help each other out but management needs to step up.

Worst customer service experience from Frannie & Fredrick in store and Customer Service online as well. They sell defective products and then don’t want to refund the customer their money. I spend so much money at Walmart but I’m boycotting them now. Managers at the store and customer service don’t want to take responsibility for products that are defective and make it the customer’s problem. Lisa is rude as well. For living in a nice neighborhood this Walmart has the worst customer service. I would rather shop at Target than to spend my money at Walmart. They don’t even try to help the customer, if they wanted to they could they just don’t want to. Meanwhile these companies ripe us off. It’s shameful .

We have been in this place many times. But one common bad experience we got coming from the same lady employee. First was a minor rudeness when we asked where to find an item. But a few days ago, we wanted to buy a foot activated trash can. But we needed help since it was stored so high that we needed help. The same lady helped us with a special ladder. She handed us one but we noticed it had a dent. Then she handed us a second and this time the foot opener was broken. Just like that she was uptight and said, guys make up your mind! I was surprised about this extreme rudeness and told her..we will make up our mind if you give us a trash can that is not broken. I would welcome any management inquiry about this incident.

Never had an issue at this Walmart been living here for almost 12 years always gone here to get my groceries.Some older lady with glasses from asset protection at the door was extremely rude, I walk up gave her my receipt and With the most nastiest attitude, she asked me where I paid and how many items I have in my cart as if I don’t have to tell her that information I had only 20 items and she got all mad that I went to the 15th item or less and said how did I not see all the signs when I had my two kids with me that I’m focused on, sorry I missed these tiny yellow signs.whoever is her supervisor needs to put her in check and ensure her she does not ask personal questions as to how many items I have and where I paid for my items, when I am already walking out felt targeted by her as if she was accusing me of stealing. Im a working mom and I know I arrived last minute and I know thats my fault but I had to close at my job then rush over here. To be fair it was 10:59 so technically they werent closed but had the doors locked already. I asked if I could please come in and buy some feminine products pads to be specific. I told her I would be quick just in and out. She said no so then I asked if I could give her money and she could get them for me and she said no. No one has any compassion anymore and Im just so disappointed. I tried so hard to not cry and beg so I just gave up and left. Screw women right?

They ruined $300 of my clothes because the self checkout was covered in bleach and there’s no way to talk to someone for help. You call and nobody answers, talk to another department and they transfer you to the same operator that keeps ringing. No way to email or leave a voicemail. What a nightmareUpdate: I went into the store and spoke with 3 “managers.” I was treated like I was trying to steal from them. Finally they made a claim with corporate. Corporate called me and confirmed on the cameras that bleach was spilled on the self checkout and it got on my clothes, but they aren’t replacing my clothes because “the bleach wasn’t on the checkout long enough to make them responsible.” Ridiculous but on brand for Walmart.

I was in your store yesterday 9 o’clock am in the morning at self check out, and an employee came over right as I was about to finish just move me out of the way the way for no apparent reason and started to scan my last item when I asked him what he was doing he just looked at me. I told him he had invaded my personal space should’ve came up and explained to me what he was doing prior to just grabbing the item. What I wanna know is who training these people that was totally disrespectful.

I haven’t gone to this wal mart for some time, I will never go back due to my horrible experience with a black old female employee, I asked her if I can get my face wash behind the counter for self checkout and she gave me a very rude attitude and told me to do it myself and gave me a dirty look and walked away. Keep in mind that I can’t be going behind counters to grab my product, the employee must be there to help me. So I took my face wash and went back to my self check out line where all my stuff was laying there on the scanner, and a customer accused me of cutting the self check out line when I literally walked 30 seconds to grab my face wash because an employee didn’t want to help and then I got in a argument with a customer and we cussed each other out. This is why I never will support or come back to Walmart. The workers are trash and so are the customers. Walmart is for TRASHY people.

I would like to thank Walmart for being smart enough to hire such a beautiful caring young employee to go the extra mile and taking the time to help me actually go over and find the lee jeans I was looking for despite having cancer not just any cancer but in her forehead!!! Employees like this need to be shown from the company how valued they are having cancer and here going the extra mile to the public. Walmart I sure hope you recognize this particular employee god bless her soul I know now who to look for when I have any questions not that any of your other employees arent helpful. My only complain is poor product inventory at this location. When ordering online it is in stock but after paying and waiting for pickup date it always says your order is cancelled because the item is out of stock. This happened to me more than ten times. Also picking up order is getting worst. I have to wait more than 15 minutes before someone retrieves my order.

Used the restroom which had the toilet paper roll stuck and there was a ton of paper and trash on the floor in the bathroom. Then washed my hands and a Walmart employee who used the restroom just walked out of the stall and left the restroom without washing her hands. It was an elderly Middle Eastern woman wearing a Walmart vest and name tag. And of course she walked straight to the produce section. I dont know if all the employees are nasty like this but based on the bathrooms being so filthy and unclean I wouldnt put it past other employees.

I wish I could say something nice about this Walmart. Been here more than 10 times and each time I feel stressed to go to this location. Firstly the staffs are the less welcoming ever. They always gave me a discriminating look because I dressed or looked different. They feel bothered when there is a question. Most staffs working there are talking and didn’t give any care at all. The only employee who gives sunshine in this store is Samuel.There is always a shortage of something. I won’t talk about the pick up service which is just horrible.Every time I am done in this store I feel super depressed and disliked to think I might have to come back.I have been too many Walmart but this Walmart is really the worst I have ever been.

Be prepared to go to another store. Youll be lucky to find items in stock if it has anything to do with cleaning oneself. Ive come here on three separate occasions where pomade was on my list and they only had one to two different types in stock, their shelves are bare. Today I was checking out at garden center, to bad other customers had to go searching for someone to ring them up. They should put the money from the remodel into highering people to stock their empty shelves and run their 30 registers.

This walmart provide the best COVID-19 vaccine service.Not only they have most update information from Los Angeles health Department but also from check in to take vaccine, all service were very comfortable and quickly, all done on 15 mins! with more than 3 medical services here on weekend.Another great recommend is the online service, allow you to make a Covid-19 vaccine appointment with quickly, friendly and easy process. I always try to give places the benefit of doubt...and a few chances. Last time I was here, I walked out after waiting for 45 minutes for somebody to unlock a cabinet. After pushing the button multiple times and asking associates for help, I went somewhere else to make my purchase. Today, I needed fabric cut. I waited with 2 other customers for over 30 minutes. Either they are severely understaffed or just dont care, its absolutely ridiculous and would be faster if I drove across town to another Walmart.

So, I didnt think this Wal-Mart could get worse, but I was wrong.... my original review can be seen below, under the ▪▪▪Now, I understand the need to remodel and rearrange...BUT, this store has chose to remodel while not bothering to clean up after themselves. The isles/shelves have been moved... but in doing so have revealed years of stains, dirt, etc. that has not been bothered to be cleaned, causing the store to have a dirty, disgusting feel to it. And removing all the self checkouts, then only having 4 registers open regardless of how busy it is.... its insanity.This stores merchandising is a nightmare. With the remodel, stuff all over store has been moved, but the signage has not, causing countless people to wander around aimlessly until they find what they are looking for... then they find out that what they need is not in stock, because this store RARELY restocks anything.On note of merchandise, if buying something with a size, TRIPLE check the size before buying it. Ive now bought multiple items from this store that have been labeled wrong size (air mattress, sheets, curtains, etc.) ...So be sure and check.And trying to return anything is a hassel mainly cause there is ALWAYS a long line at the customer service.And it is difficult to get a cart, since they never seem to have any during weekend.Unless I need something drastic.... Ill stay away from here. I wish I could give zero stars.▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪Original review:Dont have issues while at the store...apparently after 4pm there are no managers that are working that can actually do anything. CSM on duty unwilling to help and had to fight to get any sort of documentation to show I was at the store, so I could come back in morning to speak to manager. (Wanting documentation of visit so not relying on the word of the unhelpful CSM) - way to make a horrible first impression, hate to say the Wal-Marts in Pittsburgh (that are usually AT BEST, filthy and full of unhelpful associates) are better than this one.P.s. I have over 20 years customer service and over 10years retail management experience...so this is coming from a seasoned retail person.

Why shop online when there’s a plethora of name brand fantastic products but in one area they dropped the ball, imo.Excited to purchase Snoop Dog’s Ice Cream and get at least 3-5 of the several varieties, the display gets an “F” in my opinion.Laila, Wayne & Stephen were outstanding and very helpful in locating items I had trouble finding. This place is terrible. There are never any shopping carts inside, nobody gets them from the parking lot. I wanted to look at an antenna that was locked up in the auto section. I pushed the call box over and over and after waiting for over 20 minutes I just left. They have people pushing the mobile shopping carts around getting all the phone in orders ready, but don’t get in their way or you will get run over. They seem to forget who the customers are. This place has empty shelves all over the store. I hate coming here any more, especially since it didn’t used to me this way.

Walmart is a place that has everything but the prices are no longer competitive. If you want convenience, it may be fine but if youre looking for a deal, keep going.In addition, the help is nonexistent. If an employee thinks you may need help, most will hide in the back. Your Chino, Ca store is poorly run. Went to self checkout first. No bags,, put my stuff in the basket, because couldnt find a manager. Only one lady working, herself to death. Doesnt have time to get lunch. The line behind me was so long, they expect us to use self check out. Where the hell are the mangers. I got so frustrated. I saw mangers just standing around. I yell and said what are you doing, can you see how long the line is. Open up some more lanes. Start paying so they want to come to work. We dont live in a small town. I needed an adapted for an iphone, I showed clearly the iPhone and they ended up giving me the wrong adapter, and they did not allow me to try it. I also needed a holder for the iphone in the car, I asked me to show what they have and the shopclerk was rude, opening just one side and not the other of the shelf. Maybe randomly, maybe not, after careful inspection and zero help I noticed the side of the shelf that was not open had the best quality holder, in that case I got a good quality holder, but had to be proactive to find it. I gave two stars only for the good selection of products.

I come back at 8pm well before the posted online closure time, to my surprise money services are already closed. I wont use order pick up again! When I got there, I saw a tower that said, Order pick up and had lockers nearby. There was no employee there to assist and no obvious way to get my order. So after noticing that there was an employee in the self checking area, I walked over to her for help. She told me that you hold your phone up to the window and it reads your bar code. What she didnt tell me is that the window does not appear until you actually walk up to the tower. So I go over there, the window appears and then after about 5 tries, it finally took my bar code. Then the looong wait began. No employee showed up for 20 minutes. After 15 minutes, I started pacing anddecided to call the feedback number posted on the sign nearby. No one picked up after about 12 rings. The employee accepting returns saw me and after awhile told me she was going to find someone to help me. She even said she had been waiting for another employee to come by, but none did. Within a few minutes after she returned, an employee showed up and started the order fulfillment retrieval of my packages. One was in the lockers, and 2 were in the tower. I had to ask for the second one that was in the tower and show him my email receipt. So over 20 minutes after arriving, I finally got my stuff. I could have just shown up, shopped for the stuff myself and paid faster than that! It was unbelievable.

First problem I have is the store is crowded enough with customers and now down every grocery aisle is 2 or 3 employees with a pallet or large cart, sometimes 2 carts now blocking that aisle trying to restock the shelves, so you cant get to the items you want . Cant they do this at night ? Second item, when you go to check out . You look for what you hope is a short line . You stand there for 10 - 15 minutes, then an employee comes along and says this lane is closed, light still on you find another lane . Now standing in a new line longer than the one before you see new people going to the previous lane and being checked out faster that you and by the same checker. This happen 3 times during this visit . I was tempted to leave my cart a d go across the street to target . I Hate target, but feel I would get my groceries a little quicker . The most annoying part is I was supposed to get curbside, but when I called for pickup, they told me I needed to go to the lockers. Came into this store with my husband 2 days ago and bought several items for our kids bicycles. My clumsy husband threw away one of the receipts by accident. I called corporate and they were literally no help at all and basically agreed and said every store had they’re own return policy. Am I seriously stuck with an 85$ Bike rack that I bought two days ago? The answer is yes! If you’re unfortunate enough to lose your receipt you are out of luck! Went to buy fish and was not very happy after. Took a long time to find some help and when we did seemed as if the worker wasn’t qualified to handle fish. She tried using a net to get one of this fish and when she couldn’t get it she decided to use a narrow plastic measuring cup. She basically rammed her hand in there and smashed the fish against the glass and tore his fins and damaged his eye. My fish doesn’t have an eye. When we went to buy the fish we found out she had written the wrong code. We waited for help at check out and it took so long even though the lady was literally behind us doing nothing. When she went to get the right numbers it turned out she got the numbers to some larger fish that were out of our pay range. We almost had to leave the fish until the cashier said that he trusts us with telling the price we though it was and we honestly answered and were able to buy our fish. That man was the only pleasant experience.No one in this store seems like they want to help anyone and are just constantly mad.

Called in the morning to place a catering order. Spoke to someone in the deli department whoinformed me that they no longer take phone orders but would need to come in. I told the person on the phone I needed the order for the next morning and asked when I would need to come in. The person on the phone said I could come in as long as they were open. I drove to the store and attempted to place the order. The female employee who assisted stated she couldnt place the order because it didnt give then 24 hours to prepare the order. I let the employee know that I had spoken to someone earlier who said they could fulfill the order. She went to the back, came back and started to take the order. As the order was being placed, she stopped and informed me she couldnt place the order because they dont have chicken. I was taken aback. They dont have chicken? I can take my business elsewhere. What irritates me is that they wasted my time.

By far this is the best Walmart location I have ever been to. Everything is clean and they are full stocked. It can get crowded if you go at peak hours but I love going there at around 7-8am on the weekends and its amazing. The selection of produce that they have is incredible both organic and non-organic produce. The bakery and deli smells amazing and the staff is always very helpful. I highly recommend visiting this location.

This store provided horrible service today. The cashiers take their time to help.My 77 year old mother was waiting in line for more than 20 minutes. While the cashier was socializing with a young lady. I went and spoke to the manager, her name is Margaret. Rudely, she told me that was normal; nothing wrong. She’s just engaging the costumer.” Although I totally get the “engaging the customer” gimmick, how about considering the ones that have to get going? What Margaret should’ve done was open another lane for those that are there to shop, not engage the cashiers.

Ive never written a review before, but this calls for one. Came here to get my oil changed and they said i needed a new battery which was fine since my old one was still under warranty. They said they would try to charge it but if no luck they will replace, this is all fine. My complaint is... They told me it would be about an hour and half to do everything. It took these guys 3 HOURS!!!!!!!!! And it wasnt busy at all. I will never get my car serviced here ever again.

The store is typical, clean and satisfactory. The automotive department needs a lot of help. Every time I try to go there for an oil change or tire repair I have at least a 2 hour wait, often times 3 or 4 hours. Very disappointed. Ill buy my next set of tires from America tire co. next time. They treated me better.

This Walmart refused to sell a game for the price that was listed on their website. The manager was rude and had horrible customer service skills. He said that they would not sell the item for the same price as the website offers the item. It was significantly more expensive in the store and the manager just kept repeating that’s my store policy. Overall, it was a horrible experience.

I have been going to this store since it first opened. Its only two miles from my house. There was a time I went almost every day to shop. But that was when they had Dept. employees who could answer a question or telephone. Slowly, over the yrs. the quality of their service diminished. Now, they dont even answer their phone and on the rare occasions when they do, they just transfer you to a dept. that doesnt answer. IF you can find someone in the store to ask a question of, most of the time they cant answer your question. BUT, JUST GO A COUPLE MILES DOWN THE ROAD TO THE RIO RANCHO RD (POMONA) STORE OR CALL THEM AND THEY ALWAYS HAVE AN ANSWER FOR YOU AND ARE STOCKED.

I got to use the new kiosk to pick up my online order. Its like a giant vending machine. I was told its the first in California. Some people had problems. I dont know ow why. I didnt have any trouble. Got 4 packages from it. No waiting. I bought a few extra things while I was there. The place wasnt crowded and the lines were not too long. Nice, especially 3 days before Christmas. Everyone was helpful. I was pleasantly surprised.

This has to be the best walmart I ever been in. Its very clean and organized so you can find things fast. The staff will actually show you where to find what you are looking for instead of telling you where it is. Now thats service! I was very impressed with everything. Im new to the area and I went home and told my girlfriend that I just went to the best walmart I ever been in and she started laughing until I took her a few days later and she was impressed also. You have got to love the low prices all throughout the store. However its very difficult to get some help from customer service. I end up calling the store from my cellphone to request customer service to send someone over to unlock a cabinet or help me with an item thats too high up on the shelf. I use to come here only at midnight, just to avoid the stampede of people during the day.

Honestly, I dont shop at Walmart that much because Im the type that will stick to the quickest route to get my stuff. Walmart is a bit out of my way but to escape the heat and pick be up some things, my son and I headed to Walmart. An hour and a half later I had a cart full of stuff and discovered so many new products/vendors I have not seen anywhere else. A lady and man was standing in an place talking with a shopping basket and he had a cart for a while as we were shopping. This Walmart is very hit and miss. A lot of the times there are tons of empty shelves and very little things in stock, while other times there are so many items of one kind in stock you can find it in various spots of the store. Staff is decent for the most part, most staff members are polite although not very knowledgeable about item locations within the store. Check out lanes are good. There is self checkout so you can save some time there, never really seen get lines get too long aside from holidays.

BEWARE OF BEING OVERCHARGED. Disappointed to learn that the Walmart mobile app that the store advertises to check prices in-store does not give correct store prices. Tonight one item was almost $10 more expensive than the app stated. At checkout, an associate stated that the manager will not change the price. Now I am wondering how many times I checked the price on the app in-store and didnt notice that I was overcharged. Associate told me that the app price is for online purchases only and if I need a price check in-store I need to chase down one of the staff members. Buyer beware.
