While shopping at Walmart, I have observed on multiple occasions that the staff tend to follow me around the store. I find this experience uncomfortable and impolite, as they do not approach me to offer any assistance or inquire if I require help. In contrast, other stores exhibit a more courteous approach by proactively engaging with customers to provide aid and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

On 04/25/2024 approximately between 10:00 am and 11:20am I showed up to the pick up area to do deliveries because I was a Spark Delivery Driver powered by Walmart Stores Inc. upon arrival i parked in my white VW to pick up a delivery pick up location, a staff member came out and was being rude, at first she stated that the four digit code (22**) i provided was incorrect so I asked is it incorrect she stated never mind, we then proceed to attempt to place items in my back seat and she said its against their policy to place both order in the back seat (i have done it before without any issues) she then refused to dispense the order to me. She went to her manager and was yelling at me in front of customers; in front of the store and inside the store at customer service when I went to talk to the store manager after they rejected giving me the delivery order three times for trip numbers 2697, 8127 and 2727. I talked to the store manager even allowed him to look in my vehicle which I was not obligated to do so but I did. The store manager stated “I will look into it.” The worker and her superior then contacted Spark Complaint line and lied stating I was sharing my account and not there doing my deliveries which resulted in wrongful dismissal/termination or deactivation of my Spark Delivery App. I have file a complaint with Walmart Stores Inc, I did not get a report number so maybe its under my name with Walmart and with Spark Delivery from false allegations claim

I really enjoyed going to this Walmart given how close by i live, but i really hate smelling bad B/O dont get me wrong its perfectly natural but if youre an employee representing a store it really makes it look bad for all employees working hard. like this one individual working at this walmart in particular which i thought to be a man but had a female name tag which said rebecca, just absolutely reeked of such bad B/O i had to physically refrain myself from gagging infront of them as to not be rude and get a lesson in how many genders there are. i honestly dont ever want to smell that when shopping for groceries and lose my appetite again. there are much nicer places like target or cheaper like WinCos where the workers dont seem to skip on daily hygiene or the work theyre entitled to. very uncomfortable and disgusting 1/10

Doesnt matter what time i go to customer service to return a $25 item it is closed. I call and no one answers I asked for the manager and he said he didnt know when it would be open he would have to look at the schedule but hes busy so call and ask but the phone just rings and rings. Im furious ive made 4 trips on different days at different times and its closed.. I want my money walmart and then i will never go back in that store i promise you that. . You promise no fuss returns. Liars. And you need to charge your handicapp carts so they are useable and getsomeone to collect carts cause there wasnt any.Crooks and Liars. Im told they had to cut hours because they lost $ from people stealing so now Walmart steals from me. My wife ordered cupcakes for my sons birthday about a month ago, we got a cancelation notice less than 24hrs before my sons birthday party. This is a god damn joke! What type of customer service is this? Im a Service Manager for a multi billion dollar company, I would be fired for this level of service. As usual Walmart is a garbage 🗑 company.

The customer service at this Walmart is often closed. I wanted to make a return, but the employee told me that it would be closed all day. Just keep in mind that you will have to go there several times before they give you their attention.

I keep asking for items -- like dog food or half-and-half and I am told they had a power outage Sept 1 and they are short on stock (today is Sept 25). Just got out of WM with my life..the checkers were screamingat each other, between the homeless people and laughing it up.The homeless kept running back and forth out of line, laughingabout booze etc. My checker laughed it off and said that theway it goes around here, wont walk back in there ever again.Called corporate office. Things regularly go out of stock and arent restocked for weeks. Things like different types of meat are very often a day or expire the same day, Ive found some that have been expired up to 2 days prior.

I had a very unpleasant experience at a nearby Walmart last week that I find hard to forget. I asked an employee for help since I couldnt locate an item, and I had even found a photo of the item online to show her since I dont speak English very well. However, she reacted with annoyance and eye-rolling before even looking at the photo, telling me she didnt know. I believe Walmart should address the importance of customer assistance in their business model, as customers come in to make purchases, and if they cant find items, they need to ask for help. Walmart lacks a consistent system, and each store is different. They should invest in training their employees on how to interact with customers, whom they rely on. I didnt ask for the employees phone number; I simply wanted her to do her job and assist me as part of what we, the customers, ultimately pay for.Recently, I had a fall at the same Walmart and have been experiencing knee pain since then. Its concerning that the store doesnt seem to take proper precautions to ensure the safety of its customers, as the floors are consistently dirty and wet. Im grateful my child was not with me that day. Additionally, Walmart should address the ongoing issue with the self-checkout kiosks not functioning for months. This level of disorganization is disappointing. I cant help but express my disappointment by saying this is unacceptable. Walmart is offering a third-world shopping experience

This Walmart is right around the corner from where I live. So it’s somewhere I frequent. The other night while I was walking in the door a woman yells at me to leave my bag at the door. ( I had my purse on my shoulder which is around 12x8 inches small. It holds my eyeglass case and wallet, cell phone and keys. …with not much room for anything else. ) I turned and looked and said are you talking to me? She again told me to leave my bag at the door. I said no I’m not gonna leave my purse anywhere. I continued walking and getting what I went for . Checked myself out . The woman was standing with another woman who worked there and she was talking about me while looking at me . With a loud whisper and smirk on her face. I walked up to her and asked for the manager. He was right there I started towards him and turned back around to her and asked why she told me to leave my purse at the door? She nervously said well people come in here and steal. I said really ? I don’t steal. But if I did What do you think I could fit in my purse? She said oh uhh I thought it was bigger. I’m sorry.I didn’t except her apology. There wasn’t a legit reason for her behavior. What so ever! There is no excuse for this woman to talk to me like that. It’s more than insulting. That woman and her stupid big mouth ruined my neighbor hood store. I go anywhere but there if I can.Walmart needs to train their employees in courtesy and proper ways to speak to a customer. I’m doing them a favor by shopping g at their store. Not the other way around.

Not very convenient as far as parking, seeing as people will park on the reserved spots and go into Walmart. There were 4 cars waiting to pick up their orders, and I think only 2 spots were taken by people picking up.The lady who brought my orders out was very kind and helpful.

April 13, 2023 at opening time, between 6am and 6:20am the opening staff, manager, and security helped me with a very scary situation that I didnt have the capacity to vocalize. They were kind, assuring, and made sure that I was safe. I will never forget the kindness shown to me that morning. My only regret is that I never asked the names of the many employees that helped me. To that anonymous cashier... I hope the world blesses you 10 fold.

The employees here treat EVERYONE like they are thieves! 4 regular registers and they only ever have 1-2 of them open, meanwhile out of like 8 self checkout 3 of them work! And then you have the gawking employees watching your EVERY move. Before you even pay they are asking if you scanned your items at the bottom! If Walmart is so worried about people stealing, maybe they should put these employees back to work on a register so they can make sure EVERYTHING gets scanned. Today September 4th 2023 I found about $150 didnt count it but it was a quite a few $20. I turned in the money and staff was rude to not tell me how much I turned in. I said if no one claims it do I receive it. They said no. My concern is, I hope that if the man who lost the money hopefully they will give it to him. Management and supervisor staff on a Memorial day consisted of young kids who do what they can to not use common sense and do their job. I tried to do a simple return with a photo copy of a receipt and the original credit card used to purchase and was told that was not acceptable and that I could be a fraudster in a very demeaning tone. My appearance obviously stated the opposite. Never have I been treated in that way. In the future I will pay a couple of bucks more and buy from retailer with more of a positive vibe. Its obvious the Walmart employees working on that day are miserable with their employment and possibly their lives so take it out on their customers.

Money services at this location has been helpful, from check cashing to loading onto an online banking account you might have like Discover bank or green dot. Smaller feel than the regular Walmart stores but that makes it alot easier to ask an employee fir help finding something. Theyve always had what I need, even if its a weird item like fat free-odd flavored creamers. Nice selection of ice cream snacks, too. Parking can be full because of other businesses in the lot like Home Depot so mind your speed.

I love this neighborhood market. No hassles and or bullcrap you get from a superstore. Not talking ill about any superstores, just too many people in them for me personally.even when there is a line at this market, the wait isnt very long at all. And the associates here are very helpful and very pleasant to deal with/talk to. A solid 5 out of 5.

Just don’t go here. They never have any checkers. It’s all self checkout for the most part. Went tonight and they had one checkout open. Started walking over and the guy turned off his light and walked away. Had to do self checkout with over $300 worth of things, while at least 5 employees stood around doing absolutely nothing. The price of EVERYTHING has gone up. Ridiculous that prices on everything go up, but the service goes down drastically.

I did a grocery pick-up. It was fast & convenient. The store attendant that brought my groceries out was very pleasant, bagged my items for me & loaded them all in my car. No issues & much easier than taking my kids through the store. Will definitely be doing this again.

I frequent this location often as well as ordering groceries for delivery. They have good fresh produce. A decent meat selection. They always are stocked with the dog food I need for my pups. And they are open late enough Incase I need to run and grab a snack before bed lol

The Madison Ave location is terrible. There is no order. The representatives are inattentive and slow. Management was notified and she told another customer she would just have to wait and walk away - she then left for the day in a gray older vehicle. We waited one hour. I have never had a bad experience with any of the other Walmarts but this one is for certain the worse by far. Poorly managed and backwards in the meaning of customer service.

Overall a fair store with okay prices (as per any Walmart). but they had a roll back price for an item on the shelf and charged me full price anyway. I asked them to check (I made sure it was the correct item labeled before grabbing it) and they took 7-8 minutes to do so which left me ready to leave and paid for my items so I just left and overpaid instead of keeping others waiting. also the employee who came to check the price had an attitude bout it, as if I had been laying about a couple bucks. other than this experience, its an okay store. manager is a nice guy.

Horrible store. My first and last time ever going here. My sister warned me it was awful but it was on my way and I only needed a few items. Their green apple bin was almost empty and the apples that were left were inedible. The cucumbers most were soft or mushy and needed to be thrown out. They did not carry or were completely out of Ice drinks. Then I needed to buy a money order. There was only 1 cashier handling returns and money transactions and a fairly long line. I complained to the manager that it was after work on the first day of the month and they should expect to be busy. She came over herself and opened the second register. Also when I went to get a cart there were none available so a manager had to get someone to get me a cart. They had no courtesy clerks getting carts. This was awful.

This place has great friendly staff. Willing to chat, and take the time to explain or help you locate an item or area. There photography department has only one GOOD employee. (Ryan) is pretty knowledgeable about not only the photo lab; but effective and efficient digital media storage. Hes willing to explain items to you or suggest less expensive options. Thats true, and honest help.

Not a great place to shop. The staff isnt very friendly and the shelves are frequently empty. There is normally only one or two registers open. Checking out has gotten quicker recently with the addition of more self checkouts that have hand held scanners, which was a nice addition. Because of the slowness and stocking, I only go here when I have to.

Had so bad a service I gave my cart full of grocery to your employee. I was behind two people while cashier was helping another customer. There was only 2 lines but other line had 2 people with carts full to the top. By the time cashier on our line finished the other line was almost done but the man in front of me & I could not go to other line because 4 more people came. Then the middle line opened up. Instead of taking the next people in line she opened up & people went to her. So over 7 people checked out before the man in front of me & I got to the register. This has happened to me before so I will never shop at your store again.

I bought 90 dlls of groceries but I forgot to get 2 bags until I was on the parking lot so I come back running and I didnt want to get in the line for 2 plastic bags so I asked if I can have that and the lady on the entrance told me that now they are charging for them so I get mad and called the manager, explain everything and she didnt understand and she told me that if I pay I can get them so now just letting you know that thet loose a customer because she didnt want to give away 20 cents and help someone who just bought from Walmart. I only use this store because of the convenience of being close to home, but every time the experience gets worse. Produce is outdated and some was actually rotten today. Packaged lunch meat I grabbed was 7 days past the use by date. Usually after 2 PM the shelves are real low. Restocking doesnt seem to be a priority here and I think its only done at night. Be careful with the bakery items as they are almost all pre frozen and sometimes not thawed before they are put on the shelves!. Overheard an employee talking to a co worker saying this place is a disaster. If you do shop here, read the use by dates before purchasing anything! Also the self checkout queue line going down the frozen isle smells like Raid bug spray, and has now for weeks! EEEKS!

Walmart is a okay store to get basic Essentials, anything else you can forget it. A lot of times this store and every walmart is out of stock after 1pm. Get what you need in the morning. Also check the dates of everything because a lot of things are out of date. Check out is slow. Prices are getting higher and is no longer the lowest price you can find. Customer service hours are unreliable. Often closed. Crowded at times. On others words shop somewhere else unless you really need something.

My wife inadvertently purchased the wrong type of sausage, upon calling the store she spoke with Store Manager Don, who was very nice and said please just bring it back and we will exchange it no problem. As I walked into the store, SM Don was having a meeting with his team. Stopped what he was doing addressed me and said, “oh, your wife just called, go get what you need, have a great day and thank you for coming to Walmart Neighborhood Market.” I was completely surprised by this action because we’ve all had that bad Walmart experience. But with managers like Don, Walmart will continue its excellence in customer service.

I like the neighborhood Walmart very much except these days so close to Thanksgiving and Christmas they always seem to run out of the ingredients for spinach dip especially the spinach I was lucky enough to find one organic but that costs over dollar more to by which doesnt make any sense to me the people who order need to remember the there is Christmas parties and people do the spinach dip because its so wonderful please dont let this happen again on Christmas or the day or 2 before please thank you

The store is barely more than a 7-11. The majority of the time whole shelves are empty. There is no variety. Last night i ran down there to get some cereal for my husband who had a motorcycle accident and was craving a particular cereal, it was 10 min until 12 and there was an unfriendly girl standing in front of the door telling people the mgr decided to close up early so the employees could get out by midnight. I had just watched her let 3 other people in and heavens it was 10 min to closing and all i needed was a box of cereal. She said Don, the mgr. Said to keep everyone out. Poor poor business practice. There was another guy who came up after me wanting some cat food. He continued standing there talking to her and before i had even pulled out of my parking space, she had let him in too. Bad management. If their hours are until midnight they have to keep their doors open until midnight or change their hours. And certainly dont practice discrimination.

Its not the best or worst Walmart Location to do shopping. But it does lose some of its rating because depending on when you go if you need help, sometimes you wont get any useful help. Then you also have that they rarely have enough cashiers to keep up with the foot traffic so theres almost always a long wait time, so no get in and get out tends to happen.

I show up to the store and ask the employee for help and she immediately is dismissive and says they don’t have what I’m looking for. The staff is friendly & its usually clean. They dont have a lot of variety in their selection of products (especially organics) & they dont have any electric carts for those who are disabled. For convenience, its more corner store, as opposed to a grocery store (like Safeway), but it has more (a bigger freezer section, at least) than Walgreens, for example. The products they stock are slim, prices seem to have gone way up on some items that they barely carry any of, for instance white school glue, it used to be that they had different brands, but when I went, there was nothing stocked at all and it was cheaper to go to another retailer anyway. Employees are some times rude, as I have seen a few of them mocking customers behind their backs blatantly after helping them, and have reported this to management on several occassions. He never said as much as a hi.The pharmacy employees are by far the rudest, most unprofessional, unreliable of them all. I will call and get it approved and have my Adjuster call them and they will still somehow screw up the process. Not only do they have all the essential food items but they have a large pharmacy area in case you need Band-Aids and stuff like that. they do have a self-checkout but if youre going to buy alcohol you have to go through the regular line like any other Walmart. I came here fur arnica gel which is a natural pain cream and also on Thanksgiving they were open so I could get a pumpkin pie and some whipped cream. If your young black & wearing your old/skate clothes in my case you will be racially profiled by one of their workers if you walk around with shopping with your shopping cart and backpack. It may not be right away but Im sure itll happen, I say this because Ive been in Walmarts from the East to the West coast & never was told to leave my backpack & the one time that did happen in my life at a Walmart my $1200 backpack with laptop & money was stolen by one of their employees so I will never trust their employees ever again. Other then that I believe the worker was being judgemental thinking I maybe stole my bag or had the intent to steal from their store. I feel like going to this Walmart would never be worth it again after my experience so Target Shall Get My Money From Now On.

I mean you cant even get a toothbrush or laundry soap without having to call over a someone that sometimes never comes.. very annoying.. Id rather go to target and pay more to not have to be treated like a criminal.. also they never have Carts and you usually have to find your own. They also let people walk around without a mask..

They keep their carts outside, so if you happen to go while its raining or after the rain, you only get a wet cart. About half of the associates I encountered ran right into you on purpose and didnt say sorry or excuse me, they block aisles and have no concern for customers, and the front end supervisors belittle their associates right in front of you. Their fresh meat is always frozen in the middle, and browns quickly in your fridge (Im talking next day). And their non-refrigerated produce is always half rotted or bruised very badly. They are constantly out of many make up items and shelved goods. Ive been to many Walmart stores, and this one is one of the worst Ive ever been to. Dont get me wrong, there are a few nice associates, but not enough to make up for all the blatantly rude ones. If you need to go to Walmart, I suggest going a little further down the road to a better one.

Veggies are substandard and potatos are crazy expensive. But I really think it is disgusting to have people taking recyclables in the shopping carts that I put my groceries in into the store to cash in. Most of those cans and bottles are dug out of dumpsters. If the recycling is going to continue to taken in store there should be a different color cart just for that purpose.

The fruit and vegies always cheap market price but low volume of them so always ask them to restock if there out. Over 8 registers but just 1 or 2 with checkout people 2 -3 self service usually open and 2-4 self service broken. Dont shop during lunch time or peak hours its just not worth the long waits.

This is just a walmart without the clothes, toys, and sporting goods. The produce is,usually pretty close to going bad, so its often not worth the cheaper price. Most of the check stands are self chwck-out, so be prepared for that. Prices seem normal for a wal-mart, which is a bit lower than the regular grocery store.

This Wal-Mart is just a grocery store and pharmacy. The store is well stocked but they have mostly self checkout lanes. There is usually only 1 cashier. It takes longer to check out then it does to shop
