The technician was thorough, knowledgeable, and very honest. He made several recommendations that I need to consider but have to wait for my finances to build up a bit. I highly recommend Wally Falke’s for your heating and cooling needs. I used them for a lot of years in a previous house that I owned and will continue to use them.

I scheduled my air conditioner tune-up in April. The soonest appt available that worked with my schedule was June 17. They confirmed on June 14 my tech would arrive between 8:30 and 9 AM. When he wasnt there at 9:10 I called and was told he was in a meeting and had not even left yet. He was going to be at least an hour late, and they werent going to call to advise. After throwing a fit, they rescheduled me for June 24 AM, first appt. They called on June 21 and confirmed arrival between 8 and 9 AM. At 9:15 I called and was told that due to a scheduling issue I would not be the first appt of the day. Again, no phone call to advise. I rearranged my work schedule and my husband canceled a dentist appt he made six months ago to accommodate the new appt. I feel there is no regard for customers time, and Im not sure how you can run a business this way. Jesse has always given us good customer service in the past, but right now I would not feel comfortable referring you to anyone. When the tech (Perry) finally came, he was very helpful, thorough and professional.

AC broke, and I called another company who did a half diagnostic and said I needed a new system ( actually 2 since my house has two units, but one broken one). I called a few companies for quotes on new systems. Wild upselling and scare tactics. After a few, I had Tim at Wally Falkes come out and VERY PATIENTLY educate me, answer my 100 questions, and inform me of various options that would fit my needs. He also suggested their free 2nd opinion for repair before I bought something . Perry, one of their service men, came out for the 2nd opinion diagnostic and fixed the issue within an hour. Since both my units are working now, I will just be moving forward with an attic fan to help my older units. My future replacement HVACs down the road will also come from Wally Falkes! My annual service ( which is already paid for with another company) will also be coming from Wally Falkes. They are very well informed, and honest!

The business has probably grown to the point that you can no longer have the same service person each time. I had to have a new system installed last year the service technician did not have the proper filter size for my house (I had one and he said he would replace it, that has not happened). Hope its smoother next time.

We had a very small problem on our final inspection . I called the office and spoke to the staff as to what needed to be done.. Jessie told me he would have a technician out in about two hours. The technician fell behind so called to tell me he would be a little late. Rodney was the technician whom I cannot say enough about. He is a terrific representative for the company. He is very courteous and very knowledgeable, he is a fine person. All of the technicians were competent, courteous, friendly and were just plain good people. I would not hesitate to recommend Wally Faulks.

Grandpas heating was not working, called them Saturday evening and they came out on Monday. Fixed the heater and recommended some maintenance for the furnace, having them out again later this week to clean the furnace fan. I unfortunately didnt get the technicians name, but he was great and very helpful and answered any questions I had. I will continue to use them for yearly maintenance, I highly recommend!

We had intermittent heat and then no heat for 3 weeks. We had another well-known company come out twice but the young tech couldn’t find the problem and in fact ordered a part that we didn’t need. He just started it manually again and didn’t know what to do. Ricky from Wally Falke’s came out within a day and had our heater fixed and back on the same day. What a difference! Highly recommend this company.

This was a routine checkup for the A/C side of the system. The technician was friendly, called in advance to let us know arrival time, and took care to protect our house from tracking dirt, etc and he cleaned up the blown in insulation that fell from the attic access. All was well with the system, but he made recommendations for keeping the coils clean for longer life. Very pleased with the service.

Wally Falkes saved us during the record breaking temperatures of the September 2022 heat wave. Our AC unit started blowing hot air on Tuesday evening, I called Wednesday, and they showed up a day earlier than promised on Thursday. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and was on our roof replacing the run capacitor all in the same visit. The best company I have ever used in the 209. They have prolonged the life of our air conditioner with their skilled trouble shooting technicians. Our AC died about three summers ago. Several other big name companies said we needed a new unit and our unit was unrepairable. We were about to purchase a new unit for $18 k when a friend suggested calling Wally Falkes. Our AC was repaired that day with a $400 replacement part and is more efficient than ever ! It is still going strong 3 years later thanks to their yearly tuneups. Thank you Wally Falkes!

On Wednesday i got home noticed my AC wasn’t on and it was hot in my house after trying to turn the AC on it wasn’t functioning properly so i called Wally Falks and let them know with in 20 minute 2 techs showed up determined the issue! They had to order a part and let me know it would take a few days but they were amazing enough to drop off a portable unit to help cool our home off. Weve used Wally Faulks for ~25 years. Initially they replaced an outdated heating/air con unit through a PGE upgrade program. They have an annual service program and have serviced our unit twice a year. They identify issues early on, fix them quickly, keep the unit clean and running efficiently. And replace the filter.Last year we had them put in a whole house fan to reduce the attic heat buildup. They were quick, effective and didnt leave a mess. It works nicely.When its time to replace well definitely go with them.Update: on a recent 103° day our unit started blowing hot air. I reached out at 8:45 PM and Jesse answered the phone - live! I got a quick appt and Mike came and replaced a capacitor under warranty. Great service, nice people, easy to work with.

I signed up to have my older AC and heat unit replaced along with new pipe ducts under my house in 2017. Service was quick, and professional. Quarterly services have kept my system running smoothly. They get in and get out change my filters, and have a leave it better than they found it work ethic. Outstanding. Jump to January 2023. I found a fault in my thermostat and reported it to Jessie. He sent someone out to troubleshoot the code, they made the repairs under warrantee and we are back on schedule. Ive been in customer service myself for 35 years and can say Wally Falkes has a great team and great friendly customer service along with the skill and knowledge of the industry. A word of advice when it comes to your Heat & AC Units, be proactive and set up a regular maintenance schedule for service. Your life revolves around the environment you live in, your house, and the air you breath. The A/C system was not providing adequate cooling this summer. Because Wally Falks did the installation they were the first call. They found the low refrigerant charge and a leak check revealed a leaking cooling coil. Fortunately the coil was under warranty. It was ordered and replaced as promised even a few days early.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company and Jaime. He came out for a free second opinion today only hours after I called. Our AC unit wasnt working and was pumping out warm air in almost 100 degree weather. The first company (Comfort Experts I believe they are called) said the whole unit needed to be replaced and it would cost $14,000! Jaime informed me that was a misdiagnosis. It just needed a booster and for the filters to be replaced. Only cost about $200 and worked right away! Im enjoying the cool air now :) Also would like to mention how informative, honest and especially kind he was. He went out of his way to call his wife (who happens to also be a special education teacher) for me about teaching jobs in the area because I have been looking recently. We were recommended Wally Falkes by family who was incredibly pleased with their service. Our ac stopped blowing cold air, so we called Wally Falkes. They were able to come out same day, but unfortunately that didn’t work for our schedule. They scheduled us the next day, and I was given a window of time for the technician to show up from 10-2. I got a phone call from David saying he was approximately 20 minutes away, and arrived shortly after 11, on the hottest day of the year. David examined our AC unit, quickly found the problem, and explained in great detail what the problem was, why that part needed to be replaced, and what could happen with associated repair costs if that part wasn’t replaced.
