Deserving of a 6 Star Review! Mike patiently walked me through the initial purchase of boards and bindings for me and my husband. I decided to return one of the items and he made it an easy process. There was manufacturing issue with a different item that we didn’t discover until after the warranty had expired. Mike took into account some of the extenuating circumstances and honored the warranty anyway! It is so nice to do business with a honest and reliable PERSON who represents their company so well! Excellent experience with this company all-around. Products are priced very competitively and they provided quick and reliable shipping. Had a manufacturing defect with a life vest and everyone at Wakesports were very attentive and understanding; Mike in management took the lead and didn’t force me to go through the manufacturer and the issue was rectified immediately. Connecting from Australia, I have dealt with WU on multiple occasions over the last 14 years because of their excellent service, range and prices . Recently I reached out to Mike to enquire about a very competitive deal going on a Radar ski package including OS shipping. I received fantastic service from Mike. He responded very quickly and answered all my questions. Mike also gave great advice on my choice. Had I not been fortunate enough to snag a deal $200 cheaper in Oz I would have definitely gone ahead with the purchase! The new El Cajon location of Wakesports Unlimited is amazing! They currently have an incredible inventory so they’re ready for summer to explode. Mike, the General Manager was awesome to deal with. I kind of already knew what I wanted and he guided me towards what I eventually purchased. It honestly felt like he was more interested in making sure I was getting what I needed/wanted than he was in trying to make a sale or upsell me. Had the absolute pleasure of walking into Wakesports Unlimited in El Cajon, CA today. General Manager, Mike Dobbins was insanely knowledgeable and patient with us first time boat owners. HE HOOKED US UP with a custom combination discount package on our gear and thew in extra free goodies (backpack & koozie)! We spent an hour and a half with Mike and he took the time to really educate us on the difference in the size and technology of the wakeboards, boots, ropes, and gloves he sells....and..... I am casually looking for a skateboard and searched Google Maps for nearby sporting goods stores. I found Wavesports Unlimited and was surprised to find it had a 5.0 rating from 208 reviews. However after my visit I can clearly understand why this business has such a high customer satisfaction. As I entered, I received a friendly greeting from both Mike and Matt. Mike showed me their skateboard stock which has a price range to fit most budgets. He is extremely knowledgeable of his products, carefully explaining the uniqueness of each brand and was helpful in guiding me to what I feel is the right direction. Ordered a boot for an old HO waterski. It was very simple and easy to navigate the site. I got exactly what I ordered, but I ordered the wrong thing. I called Mike, the GM. He offered to try and help me find the proper boot for my ski, even though he didn’t carry it. I asked him about a new ski, he set me up, gave me a great price and has earned my families business for our water sport needs. So refreshing to talk to a human. Im 61 and looking to get back on a ski again, but needed help finding the right one. I had been doing my research on line and had it narrowed down to two. I saw both in the ski and boot size I was looking for. I put them both in my basket and called the shop. Mike the manager answered and could not have been more helpful. Went to their new location in El Cajon and the place is dialed,, tons of boards and gear,, with a very knowledgeable staff,, I have been a customer since 2019 when I bought my Ronix RXT wakeboard . I decided on new gear,, and I made the trip down there cause they know their stuff. Mike and Matt answered all my questions. If you want or need new gear,, see them. It just doesn’t stop at wakeboards, they have wake surfboards, knee boards and saw some skateboards too. I’m a happy and loyal customer!

First of all. This was the only site that had the board I wanted in Stock and on sale. When I got my wakeboard. I did the inspection and found a minor defect. Looking at my receipt I immediately found Mikes email. I contacted him and he responded within a timely manner. He contacted hyperlite and they are sending me a new board. We needed a couple kids life jackets and Costco didn’t have any so we decided to come to Wakesports and they had everything we need + more. 2 kids life vests + the pad play all day with twister, shuffle board, and beer pong in one, a scratch and sniff wakeboard for our 5 year old and couple ropes. I found my ski online at wakesports unlimited. The communication on line was excellent and they got back to me right away. I was traveling to San Diego so I decided to stop in and look at the ski. I tried on a boot. Everything seemed great, so I bought the ski. They will ship it to Milwaukee free, so when I get home it will be there. Great help in the store from Mike, he put on a back boot for me. If you are in the market for a slalom ski or some other water item I highly recommend watersports unlimited.

I ordered 2 wake boards and bindings from Wakesports.com. I was super excited to get the boards. The entire order shipped and delivered as planned. When opening the packaging on my board, the Shaun Murray 2021 board, it had been either damaged in shipping or had a manufacture flaw. In either case, I simply sent an email with photos and Wakesports immediately responded to me about my issue. They went on further to handle the situation completely and without question shipping my board back and replacing it within a week. I hadnt bought a wakeboard since 08 and like most sports, equipment advances.
