I couldn’t have hoped for a better person to help me with my bankruptcy process. After a lot of researching on Google, I stumbled upon Greg without much hope. During my first conversation with him, I immediately knew I wanted to utilize his service. Greg was direct, honest, and very helpful in explaining all my questions and worries. I am writing this review on behalf of my long time friend/partner, Tricia. Thinking about bankruptcy was very daunting and scary for my partner but I knew it was important for her to at least consider it. We were fortunate to have found Raj Wadhwani & Shanfeld Law Firm, as Raj walked us through the entire process and the communication with Raj and his team was very clear and they were always responsive when either Tricia or myselfcalled them even after an order of Tricias Chapter 7 was discharged. Raj Wadhwani handled my bankruptcy case flawlessly, with professionalism and compassion. He was immediately available for a phone consultation, no games, no waiting, no back and forth. He was very thorough, went over all the options that were available to me, and we agreed that a chapter 7 bankruptcy was the best one for my situation, and I would have a fresh start. He gave me a very affordable payment plan and told me that I could immediately refer my bill collectors to his office. The harassing and threatening collection calls stopped right away, and I felt relief and like I could breathe again. Long overdue review, I cannot thank Greg and his team enough for how they handled my family member’s chapter 7 bankruptcy case. I went through many consultations, I think maybe like 13. Each attorney had wildly different suggestions. Some of them said “oh yeah this one’s easy” but we couldn’t believe them. They sounded like salesmen. Thankfully, Greg was honest from the start, that this one could be tricky but he felt he could do it.If you are like me, I scoured through Google and yelp for reviews, making sure the reviews weren’t faked, etc. All the reviews from previous clients of Greg were genuine and glowing! You can rest assure that you are in the right hands. He even made an exception to meet with us in person for a consultation on a Saturday, due to our circumstances of being unable to meet on weekdays. Our first meeting with him sealed the deal.Our case from start to close was around 2 years, and it was many many hours of phone calls with Greg. He was always on top of it. He was very meticulous and patient as we had language barriers and I had to be a translator. I was worried the language barrier could backfire and hurt us, but our case was dismissed! The only thing that Wadhwani attorney is interested in is charging and collecting attorney fees. Even though he indicated that the case would be handled properly without complications, he failed to review key points of the documents presented to him. His mistake cost us several thousand dollars while his company/he collected the full fee although the case did not make it to the confirmation hearing.Look elsewhere for reliable help.

After my mother’s passing earlier this year, and with the cost of her funeral expenses, I realized that I had to file for bankruptcy. I have been going through a rough time grieving over my mother’s death, but Greg took care of all my needs. Greg was extremely helpful, and patient. The entire office is so welcoming and makes you feel very comfortable. Towards the end of my consultation, I broke down crying ( I was thinking about my late mother) at the end of our consultation, and one of his staff, quickly got me a glass of water, and handed me a box of Kleenex. I highly recommend Greg to represent you in a bankruptcy case.

At 73 years old, it was an awful thought to think of having to claim bankruptcy. It seemed drastic, and I was fearful of many things including the stigma that went along with filing bankruptcy. For many years, I made many attempts to reconcile my debts whether it be directly with lenders/debtors or through debt reconciliation agencies. Somehow, (and Im sure part of it was due to the fluctuating economy) nothing was working to help me meet my financial obligations... daily, monthly, or annually. I could no longer stand getting nasty, threatening calls and letters/law suit notifications. Sleepless nights were causing me serious health issues, so I decided to research the top bankruptcy attorneys in Los Angeles that I felt could help me.
