Robert was amazing . Robert did such a good job on my house three of my neighbors used him and they all loved his work. The quality of products he uses are equally exceptional to the quality of his work. He’s doing both my bathrooms now and I can’t wait to see how they turn out. See out before and after pics !

Have used Waddell Painting 4 times in the past 20 years for 2 different properties. The most recent was completed just a few days ago. They are wonderful. Robert Waddell was great in getting thing set up and helping with colors. The workers were pleasant, nice to be around and had great attention to detail. My house looks great! My moms house will need painting soon and will use them again. I think they are the best!

We are extremely happy with the results of the painting crew from Waddell. Im so glad they were recommended to me. There were some challenges due to rain but Gabriel & Nick handled it. We would not hesitate to recommend Waddell to anyone. We were especially impressed with tje quality repair work to the stucco!

The Waddell team who painted our home, Paco, Gustavo, Jessie and Cesar, were the best and exceeded my expectations. Paco guided decisions when last minute changes for painting presented choices! Paco, thank you so much for your expertise and knowledge. You are a great leader! Waddell Painting Inc. exceeded our expectations. They painted the complete interior of our home along with installing new baseboards, doors and crown molding. My wife requested custom stripe accents for our kids rooms and office. We just love the way that the job turned out. We would recommend Waddell Painting to anyone and everyone that we know. (They have painted three of our family members homes already). Robert and his crew were on top of everything...with excellent communication. I would say that they are top quality with reasonable prices. We will definitely be calling Waddell to paint the exterior of our home when it is time.

We had the exterior stucco and wood trim of our entire house painted by Waddell Painting. Anyone that knows me would say that I have very high standards for any work performed on my house. Robert Waddell and his crew exceeded my standards on every level. They were always on time and the crew foreman met with me every morning to discuss the work that they would be performing and address any concerns that I had. At the end of each day he would meet with me again to make sure my needs were met. They did an excellent job of replacing damaged wood trim, caulking and prepping surfaces to be painted. They actually caulked the joints where the stucco meets the wood trim around the entire house. Robert was on site to see how the job was going on several occasions. Robert and crew were all extremely patient and addressed all of my concerns. Truly a delight to work with. Thank you Robert, George Holcomb

We got several quotes for painting our home. Waddell painting was fairly comparable to other bids but didnt seem to nickel and dime us over small projects that needed to be done. A company is no better than the crew they have working for them and this crew was the best. They paid attention to detail and took care of small projects that we were concerned about like caulking our windows that were leaking. No more leaks. The crew seemed to enjoy their jobs. We enjoyed them being around. So thank you to Waddell Painting. We would certainly recommend you to anyone

From beginning, getting a quote from Robert, to the end, our final walk thru with with Gabriel, Armando and Bill the job was handled professionally. We received 3 quotes to paint the exterior of our home. We chose Waddell Painting because of the job quote and because of the professionalism, time and care Robert showed us. The energy was great! Everyone who worked on our home was respectful of us and our home. Every question and concern was promptly answered and addressed. This company obviously takes pride in their work and customer service. We certainly need more companies and workers like Waddell Painting and the employees. A friend recommended Waddell to us many years ago. I have always been extremely satisfied with their work and efficiency. I have recommended them to numerous friends and they have all been very happy with the results. I only call Waddell when we need paint or drywall work done. They show up on time and have a clean job site. The employees are always considerate and professional. After many years, I finally got the last of the dreadful wallpaper down. I called Waddell Painting, and some others. I went with Waddell because I just got a good vibe, and the fact that it’s a local, family owned business. The team was so professional, and addressed each of my concerns, particularly around older windows. They were prompt each day, fast and neat. This was by far the easiest inside painting I’d experienced. I will definitely recommend them. In fact, I’m having them back to do repairs and paint the exterior. I’m confident I will be just as happy.

We have used Waddell Painting for interior and as of late exterior painting.He is a bit more expensive, but you get what you pay for.The crew as well as Robert are very attentive to the project. To entrust a contractor with numerous projects that parallel your own vision and expectation... especially with my familys background in construction means a lot to my family as well as myself personally.Moving back to California and buying a house in 2015 created a sudden realization... How does one take with limited finances an as is 1960 house and make it your own? The house had numerous problems from wallpaper throughout, popcorn ceilings, termite related issues, linoleum floors,... You name it... this house had too problems to list.Waddell Painting and General Construction was a company that was recommended by my Realtor, Mr. Tom and Ms. Nancy Telford. Called and Mr. Robert Waddell came out to review my vision. The house not only needed new outside paneling and paint but also areas that needed new reinforcement (termite damage) and insulation. This work extended from the foundation to the re-plastering of the chimney. The inside needed even more work. From gutting the kitchen and bathrooms, popcorn ceiling removal, crown and base molding work, installing new lighting, built-in cabinet refinishing, linoleum removal to specific plumbing needs, Waddell Painting and General Construction coordinated their work to support the work that I and other limited contractors were completing at the same time. Robert Waddell met with me on a regular basis to ensure that the work done met my high expectations and budget. As you can guess, I added numerous jobs to upgrade the picture I envisioned when I started. Come by and look at the house now.... Youd be amazed.Would highly recommend Waddell Painting and General Construction. Top quality primer and paint used after top quality construction. Dependable people... who will meet your expectations and then some. You wont be disappointed with Robert Waddell or his experienced construction team. Five star rating!!

I went with Waddell because my parents used them and had a great result and I can confidently say I also had an amazing job done. They are family owned business and are very honest and fair people. I had some side panels that they painted but I changed my mind on the color and they re-did without charging me. Very very happy with them and have them saved in my contacts for future jobs.

This was the 4th painter to give me an estimate. The first one prepped my house and quit. Leaving my house home a mess. The next one didnt have the schedule time. The 3rd was so picky on how he was going to paint...not what I wanted. Jonathan Waddell came by another painters recommendation. Came out and gave me several options. He was able to schedule the work in a decent amount of time. His crew came out and did an incredible job prepping. The time spent cutting in the edges made the house look amazing. Waddells price point was also very competitive. This company does an outstanding job.

Estimate was very competitive, and we appreciated the discussion with Robert over things to consider that we might not have thought about, such as color choices and type of paint. They were scheduling about a month out but that was OK as it gave us time to get ready. Started on June 29, and it took almost 2 weeks to complete. We trimmed back tall bushes near the house and moved patio furniture out into the backyard as they were also doing the patio cover and wrought iron gates. Most mornings they arrived btwn 7:30-8am, and finished each day about 2:30-3:30pm. The first few days were taken up by cleaning the house. Polite and professional, especially working in the hot weather! When the job was done a crew came back to do a walk through to address any areas of concern, and completed several areas that needed a fix, or paint drips that needed cleaning up.Just a couple of things to consider for future: the scrubbing & scraping of our very damaged patio cover left huge piles of paint chips on the ground which they attempted to clean up each day, however hosing the majority into our garden beds around the patio left me with the task of dry vacuuming them back out several times. Same for damage to several grass areas and flower beds surrounding the house. I watched as men tromped through the beds with their ladders and laid coiled hoses on the flowers, washed out equipment on the grassy areas next to the drive. Ultimately I tore out all of our flower beds and replanted them. It took several days to vacuum paint chips out of the grass around the house after the job was done. Were still coaxing the grass back a month later. I think being warned of this during the initial discussion would have prepared us for all of this additional work.Overall we were very pleased with the final job, the 2-coat process they used, and the labor taken with the patio cover and wrought iron.Wed use them again.Update 2 yrs later: wood patio cover & some wood door trim show significant peeling. Maybe underlying prep work wasnt sufficient? Robert came out & will arrange for repairs.

If you need anything done to your house STOP searching because this company is IT! I had my house painted, some lights added (electrical work) and a deck built. The work was fast, the guys were professional and the price was the best deal in town. I looked at other places and by far this was the best place. They exceeded my expectation by how fast they worked, on time and the attention to detail. I would highly recommend this company.

We built a brand new staircase and was referred to Waddell to have the finish done. So scary when you have never worked with a company before and dont know about their work or work ethic. Wow! I wish I had taken before pictures because Waddell Painting really made a difference when fixing the roof, ceiling, interior and exterior walls due to flooding from the torrential rains. They even replaced my front door with a new one!We have been using Waddell Painting for a very long time - removing popcorn ceilings, constructing a fireplace mantel, installing fans, repairing our patio frame and, of course, interior and exterior painting. Anytime we need help, we call Robert first to find out if he can help. This is a first-rate company. I will ALWAYS use them.

We are very pleased with work done by Esteban and Pablo at Waddell Painting. Work included patching stucco, painting exterior of our 2850 square foot home, and painting stair railings to match. They worked around the bit of rain we had to ensure proper application, keeping us informed of the schedule at all times. Cleanup was extremely thorough too!

My wife and I contracted Jonathan and his team to remodel our master suite, move a bathroom and add a closet. I can honestly say that Jonathan and his team were the easiest contractors to work with. When there was a problem, any time of the day, a text to Jonathan and he had a solution. That’s what working with the local guy is all about.Jonathan was upfront from the beginning about a timeline, all delays and what they meant to our end goal. It felt like his guys should just sleep at the house! Now that the project is coming to an end and Waddell will no longer be at the house everyday. I want to thank them all from Jonathan to Robert, Ron and Enrique for all of the hard work, honesty and fair assessment of the project from the beginning.We look forward to the next project!

I wish I could say I had a great experience with Waddell Painting but it was far from it. Waddell Painting was hired to come and paint the inside of my house (kitchen, living room, hallway, 2 bedrooms, 1 master bed and bathroom. I was told it would be a 3 day job Starting 01/18/2021 7-3p which was no problem so I made arrangements for my family and I to stay somewhere.January 18th came workers showed up right on time read to work. Before we left we put some of our keep safe valuables in our garage and a camera recording since they would not have to really be in our garage only to paint the inside door frame leading into the kitchen.About half the day has went by and I got a motion alert from the garage camera. I was mortified to see that one of there workers (Jose Cabrera) was looking around our garage then proceeded to our dirty laundry hampers and started looking through them. Then when he was done he helped himself to what was in our garage fridge.I called and left msgs to there company I wanted them immediately out of my house since I was unable to get there right away. Jonathan Waddell called me back stated he told his men to pack up and get out since there was a problem and he was going to speak with me. I sent Jonathan the video and his reaction was just the same as mine (disgusted). He apologized and stated he would make it up to me this is not what his company is about. It took his workers about an hour to vacate my house after that.When I was able to get to my home I went to see what he picked up and was looking at and it was a pair of my 4 year old daughters underwear!!! That basket had my daughters dirty laundry in it. I immediately told Jonathan and asked him for his workers name because I was making a police Incident report right then.The next day I got a phone call from our rental place and they stated that Waddell is sorry and cant undue what has happened but would like to replace the food in my fridge. I told them due to covid I threw out everything that was open from both fridges and I was not sure what else he touched so it was agreed $150 for each fridge.There is nothing you can say to justify why that man had to go through my dirty laundry, it is sickening. Waddell could not confirm if this person had been terminated, we couldnt believe it. Waddell betrayed our trust and violated our privacy. What even hurt more is when our rental management was going to give us a check for the food they wanted us to sign a waiver from Waddell stating for food, pain & suffering and not to take legal action against the company and their worker Jose Cabrera which I did not accept there check. This is my family your company hurt and you still want to protect the worker that did it.If you hire this company please make sure this man is not one of the workers he looked to comfortable going through our stuff who knows how many other people he has violated without there knowledge.
