VTech has been a wonderful company to work with. We have had them handling our IT for many years now and have had exceptional service. Their team is very responsive to any issue we may have. I work for King Door Co., Inc and we work very closely with VTech Support. Any time that we have experienced any issues, needed any general support, assistance, or even questions answered, their team of experts have never let me down. Each technician is informative, intelligent, and patient. When matters come down to needing a hands on technician in our office, they always send someone the same day. Everyone is always friendly and very helpful at VTech. Theyve always been able to resolve any issues weve had with our software/hardware. If they cant solve the issue remotely, they make the 30 minute trip to our office. We are very pleased with their service.

We have been clients of the Bakersfield VTech Support office for years. I have never had better or more personable service. The owners are hands on, and all the techs are well informed for our individual needs. Server updates and service are done seamlessly and always on time. I would give them higher than a five, if possible!Sandy

My company, Weeks Roses, has our VOIP Phone Service with V-Tech Support Inc. The system is outstanding, easy to use and is a great asset to our company. But, the best thing about V-Tech is the excellent customer service. Their techs are friendly, prompt, professional and really know their stuff. I highly recommend this company.

The staff at VTech are very accommodating and helpful! My coworker and I were 3 hours away from our office, servicing data logger boxes out in the Bakersfield area, and needed to use a PC to configure our equipment. We didn’t have a computer with us and were in a pickle. The VTech staff let us use one of their computers for free for over an hour. They even setup the computer and had a spot ready for us to use when we showed up. Thank you Steven and Kenneth! You guys rock!-Aaron and Cristian from Ag Laboratory & Consolidated.

VTech Support provided me with excellent support! I’m a college student and when I was having issues with my computer, Alfredo diagnosed the issue quickly. I had a virus. They removed the virus and installed antivirus software to help protect my computer. Thank you Alfredo and VTech Support!
