VT heating & Air Conditioning, Inc Is amazing with excellent customer service and professionalism. Needed AC Repair for my tenant who had prior issues with their AC company. Sevan, from VT heating & Air Conditioning, Inc came to take a look and his wide array of knowledge about AC and what the issues was gave me the confidence to use him and his company to fix the problem on my tenants AC. Sevan is reliable and professional and he will make it right if anything doesnt go as planned. He will carefully explain his plans for the repair to you and will listen for your input. He and his crew worked diligently to make my condo HVAC replacement experience go as smoothly as possible, even finding ways to help with the buildings HOA for roof access. VT is the best!

Best HVAC family business Ive ever dealt with. We have a number of apartment and office buildings and they have been very honest when something needs repair or replace or simply recharged. For small jobs that he only had to make a quick visit, he wouldnt even take a payment from me for his time.

I have used many HVAC companies over the years and I am so glad I was referred to VT. Sevan was immediately responsive and came to my home before my other go to companies even called back. I was totally impressed by the level of professionalism and general knowledge of the industry. I highly recommend and will be using VT for every property moving forward!

VT Heating and Air Conditioning is awesome! Our A/C stopped functioning during the typical SoCal summer heat. They were able to provide same day service, were super professional, explained to us why the unit failed, and got everything running straightaway. The problem was so minor they wouldnt even take payment. We will definitely be return customers if we need HVAC help in the future.

I had an issue a few weeks ago when our AC started blowing hot air. I called a few HVAC companies until I reached VT Heating & AC and spoke with Sevan. He mentioned that it could be a few things & was able to squeeze in a spot the same day, whereas the other companies didnt want to find the time due to it being a potentially small job. It turned out to be an issue with the capacitor that he replaced & tested. Even better, I was charged a very competitive price compared to the exorbitant quotes I received from the other HVAC companies. Highly recommend VT and will be calling them for any future needs.

I was very cold in my little bungalow. I found VT Heating & Air through Yelp. Sevan was kind, professional and responded right away. He called guys who were out in the field, but they were busy. He made the choice to come himself. It took him about 20 minutes to figure out what was wrong. He got the part he needed and returned later in the day to install it. I had a heated house that night. Thank you Sevan!! I have referred him to my father who has also worked with him and was very satisfied.

Excellent communication Super knowledgable I highly highly recommend VT Heating for any heater repair or ac problems. Sevan from VT Heating & Air responded to my yelp request in minutes. He was quick to provide me with the required Liability Insurance docs that my HOA & Management company mandated. He showed up on time in the appointment window scheduled with a face mask following typical covid safety rules. Then climbs up the side wall ladder on my 3 story condo !! and repairs my heater (which hasnt been working for 2 years) in 20 minutes!! He even gave me a little education on carbon monoxide and checked for safe levels in my home and recommended I get a carbon monoxide detector for my safety. I had such a pleasant experience I even wrote a letter to my HOA & Management to make sure they recommend VT Heating & Air to our other tenants if they happen to have issues. Thank you A+++

Worked with Sevan and his team at VT when we renovated our house last year and had a great experience! They did a whole new system retrofit...ducts and everything and even gave me pointers when dealing with our local planning department. Everything done on time, friendly staff, great people to work with...Highly recommended!!

Sloppy and terrible customer service. This company came to inspect our HVAC unit and left the control board dangling loose and screws all over the roof. They didnt bother to put anything back in its place. After multiple attempts to contact them, no has returned our calls. We are told that the technician is in an area with no service and will call us back later. After five attempts, I am giving up on this company.
