What can I say ? VRLA TECH is where I got my first pc and I love it ! From the customer service all the way to receiving my pc. I haven’t had any issues but I know if I do I can take it to VRLA tech. I was able to get my pc within 7 weeks of ordering (ordered 01/8/21, received 02/24/21).I picked it up from them directly at their business location in Canoga Park. I got the titan build with all the upgrades ( even upgraded the 3070 to a 3080😎)

I bought the Aurora on black Friday and although it took months to get it, its entirely worth it. I am in love with my PC and this company now. Their service is amazing and the prices are spectacular compared to other companies. And I think that wait is worth it considering theyll usually give you free upgrades for your wait! Their staff is friendly and they were even willing to send me extra zip ties so I could clean up my set up! ❤🖥🖱Written over a month after getting it and Ive had no issues that a restart didnt fix, and I continue to be shocked by what this thing was capable of. ❤

I hate to say this is bad because their customer support is good. But who gives their customers used parts!? I figured this out just a few days ago. I bought the VRLA Tech Rouge I believe back in 2020. I dont think its a model anymore. But first I bought the pc for about $700-$800. And the parts said I5 with a 1080 I think. I received a Ryzen 3 with VEGA 8 graphics...and a Radeon 970. Something like that. Might I add into the 8 year old hard drive they gave me!?!? I dont understand. I felt scammed and betrayed by this company. 2/5.

(UPDATE BELOW) I ordered a Centaur and received it last Saturday. It’s a beautiful machine, and when it works, it works incredibly well. Unfortunately, from the start I have had issues. My power supply is likely failing so I have to send it back for repair.Tech support has done the best they can to try to help before having to ship it back, but I am disappointed. I will update this review after it goes through the repair process.***UPDATE***VRLA Tech took quick and excellent care of my computer. I just got it back and have had it running for a bit now. Its an AMAZING machine. They had to replace the PSU and GPU which were most likely damaged in shipping. I will say, I seem to be very unlucky as I havent encountered anyone else in the VRLA Tech community who has had this kind of extreme issue. They stress tested it and sent it back so fast. When I got it back, I had some additional questions and they were quick to help me. Just know - if you do have any issues, they will take very good care of you. I am extremely happy and love my computer! Thank you, VRLA Tech!!!

First of all, I thank VRLA Tech as an honest company that is transparent to the consumer or buyers.You guys have been working phenomenally and cared for the buyers.I gave a 5/5 due to their customer support.4/5 was my initial take but from what I experienced. I was surprised how they were honest and tried to help.Here is my story: (if you want to skip this go to the end to see my personal review on the product itself.) I bought my PC on February 24th. On their website, they said it would be 6 to 7 week delay and maybe more depending on the products.I hesitated but from what I heard from people, I decided to go with it. First I regretted that I ordered the PC but joining their Discord Channel actually provided good information and constant update of the orders (depending on how you see it).Especially all the members seems to be transparent and wanting to help but due to the limited gpu shortage, they werent able to deliver it in time. However, I did mention that they need to provide constant update so that the buyers would keep their orders and they did. They made a video and posts to keep the consumers going. VRLA Tech you earned it 5/5REVIEW OF PRODUCT:My product was CENTAUR arrived on May 18th1) Additional NVMe Storage2) Braided ATX Black Cable Extensions3) 6x Standard Black Case FansTotal Cost 2,431.96 (+550 GPU Upgrade to Premium RTX3080 MSI Suprim)The Standard Delievery.The product came in good condition, there was a corner Footing side crack but Its a minor compare to bent case in some others review. (I cant even notice the Crack... but I had to check to make sure). The wiring and cleanness is off the roof. I would say it is satisfying that I would give 90 out of 100 for their well organized components. Last 10 percent is like the placement of wires or maybe on wire not in line wit the other?.Everything booted up nicely, no malware in the operating system (PERFECT). No Issues since I got the product.I wanted to do a photoshoot, but due to timing and others I could not do a full nice commercial level shots :(. Anyways who are reading this review.I recommend this company if you have time and patience (I think almost 99% of the time is guaranteed that you will get it but if you want it right away I recommend other companies. I got my first gaming pc from here and all of the instructions, video, and the pc in general was easy to understand and I was so excited. The wait from COVID was well worth it! 8-9 weeks and no later for me just as the warning said! The only thing I was slightly confused about was the non usb wifi antennas but I figured it out. Was only slightly confused because I kept looking for the usb, theres places on the lower half that match eachother to screw the antennas in. Yes Im new to them and it was a rookie mistake but still! Everything else was anabsolute breeze!!!!

Ordered the Phoenix Gaming PC and it was beyond my expectations. Arrived in as little as a week and was packaged nicely. Unboxed it and was in shock. Build quality and the parts used were excellent. Would recommend this company for prebuilt pc’s and I’m already in the works of wanting to order another one.

I ordered a computer from this company for my birthday. Petty dang decent after dinner minor set backs. When everything got set up Im pleased with the performance overall. The customer service was also great at working with me to get everything handled. Only things i dont like are minor issues that are things that just happen, nothing thats performance hindering. But theres so much room in this machine to add extra fans or things i love it.

I couldn’t get the PS5 so i decided Fuk it ill get a better gaming computer. I spent about 3 weeks researching. I checked out Microcenter, Nzxt, best buy, and Walmart. And a tiktok video referred me to VRLATech, i had 2 screens with 5 tabs opened to build my ideal computer. I started knocking them out one by one until it came down two 2 places. VRLA or Nzxt, i decided on VRLA because they reviews said their customer service was the best in the industry, and VRLA let me upgrade my ram and graphics card super cheap compared to NZXT. Well turns out i forgot to add a Bluetooth adapter to my order because i was under the impression that it was already installed. Pc took 3 days to arrive, i realize my mistake, email VRLA, they responded in like 5 min and told me not to worry about it that they will send me an adapter at no extra charge. I was shocked because even tho they could have charged me they didn’t. Long story short if your looking for a gaming pc that can run every popular game flawlessly, get the apollo from VRLA and upgrade it to your liking. Price was lower than the competition NzXT by like 500 bucks.

Thought I had an issue with CPU overheating. Took it to VRLA Tech and they ran diagnostics on and no trouble found. Price for diagnostic was really reasonable. Hansel was great in explaining possible issues and applied thermal paste to the unit just in case. Karina was very customer oriented. Will definitely buy my next gaming PC from them with this level of service! Definitely recommend!

I have had my VRLA Tech Titan PC for a little over 5 months now and I have been enjoying it ever since it arrived to me in January. Cable management is nice and tidy and never had any issues with my PC upon arrival. Would recommend buying from them if you are looking to get into PC gaming but would like to buy a fully assembled PC that is plug n play.

Order on March 10th. Because of the worldwide chip shortage there was a delay that they estimated to 8-9 weeks but over course there can’t be an exact date on a worldwide crisis, it was out of the company’s hand. I decided to upgrade the GPU from a 3070 to a 3070ti and a few days later my order shipped because they had the ti’s in stock! (Even got colored wires as a free bonus for the wait!) I got my computer on July 2nd. Computer is amazing! Only flaw I had is when I firs received the computer, the plug for one of the fans came undone in shipping, but it was easy enough to open the back and plug it back up! The computer is great, even to the point to play Cyberpunk at 4K 60fps and minimum Ray Tracing with DLSS at Ultra and it looks amazing! Been streaming GTA5 with a bunch of Graphic Mods on it for the last few days and its been amazing! I love the computer!Also need to give a HUGE shoutout to Nicole in customer service. She has been nothing but amazing and very transparent about everything and if it wasnt for her I’d still be sitting around waiting for my PC and not really knowing what’s going on. She’s been a huge help and went above and beyond to really make things feel easier through the whole process. GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE!!!

I have had the Centaur for about a month now and I could not be happier. I upgraded to a Ryzen 5800x and RTX 3080ti and this beast can run pretty much any game I give it at a smooth 60 FPS on 4K. It can also easily handle 1080p at 144 FPS or higher, but that probably doesn’t even need to be said for the beast of a GPU. Overall, very happy with the build quality and cable management. I personally didn’t go too crazy on RGB, and also didn’t get all the possible fans which I regret soon after. Definitely consider getting all 6 fans for better airflow! I added in some new ones myself not included in the photo. It was not very difficult at all with this case, but the ones they have match it a lot better ;)

I ordered a custom Centaur PC from VRLA Tech and I have to say, this was one of the most positive experiences I have had ordering a prebuilt PC online. I was speaking to a phenomenal customer service staff by the name of Angelina and she kept everything 100% transparent and made sure every last little thing was exactly how I wanted it. The customer service was unbeatable and was there to answer every question I had and to help me change a couple parts out for others. The whole process took less than 2 weeks from when I hit the order button and when it showed up at my front door. The PC is absolutely everything I wanted and it is running flawlessly. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for their next PC.

Great Build. Great Price. Great Experience. The fans and AIO I originally picked were back ordered so I gave them a call(They may hate me for this but call sales if you want to talk to anyone.) They had a very easy process for switching out parts for ones in stock. Shipped within 48 hours of the change. If you love custom builds but do not have the confidence to build your own they are a great option as they build charges are quite low.

All in all vrla is a good company. I ordered Rogue and like others, it took about a month and a half. This is understandable because of the covid situation and also because parts are not as available as they were before covid. I recieved the pc about a month and a half ago and it has been pretty good. It arrived with 2 parts that were faulty, but I think that it happened during shipping. After emailing them about the parts (which took about like 1 or 2 days to get a response), they diagnosed the problem and sent me the replacement parts. The only issue I had after that was replacing them because I dont know much about building or replacing computer parts (hence why I bought a prebuilt) but there were plenty of videos online to help me with that. Now that Ive done all of that and the pc is completely fine. It runs really well. It looks nice both on the inside and out and the cable management is pretty damn good. I can say for sure that Im satisfied.Update: 7 months in and the pc is still working great. Unfortunately the price for the pc is not the same as it was when I bought it, but it is still a beast for the price of 600$. It runs everything I want it to run at reasonable settings and I can say I am still satisfied with the pc.

We have a system on order and they are having troubles with our order and they were prompt when they wanted to get a hold of us but when we tried to get a hold of them the next day they say they are open from 8 to 5 and for us to email them for faster Contact. I have emailed them five times within 12 hours. I have not gotten a response every time I call during working hours they say they are closed or someone is on the phone. Very very misleading on everything but I would not recommend this company to anybody.

This is another update of my auroua pc after using it for 2 or 3 months later. And it does amazingly getting 60 fps on high settings on most games. Even though for some games I did have to underclocked the gpu due to some heating issue but overall this pc is amazing with the 1660 super upgraded. I would definitely recommend vrla tech.

Hi! I looked around this site for a High-end PC since I Heard of this company on LTT. I went with the Helios with a 13900k and a 4090. The 13900k got a little toasty at first but That is just how that chip is, no fault to the build. I did a slight undervolt of -.04 and turned off the asus multicore enhancement and I get to a max of 85c in Cinebench and consistently get a score of 38.7k-39k. in games I dont ever get over 79c I would highly recommend this build and the company since quality is next to none. The cable management is very nice. I had some case fans seemingly ship with poor bearings but they replaced them immediately. They stand by their product. I get insane frames on everything ultra. Im using 1440p with a 240 Samsung monitor. I can max out nearly every game and get up to 240+ frames. Fortnite however with everything on max will only get close to 200 frames without rtx/lumen and with lumen/rtx on frames drop to about 150. Crazy how demanding that game is now in UE5. Overall, Great build, Great Support, Great product. I tell everyone who wants a prebuild to Go to VRLA tech over ibuypower, cyberpowerpc, or xidax because they are consistent over these other brandswhich I have used in the past. !!

I am very impressed with this company.Order process:I ordered their (Centaur Gaming PC - GeForce RTX 3080 | Intel Core i7-12700KF) model. Modified the cpu, gpu, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth choice (which just pays for a higher end motherboard, which is well priced in my opinion) and audio card. They made all the changes I wanted and even notified me one of the audio cards I ordered would not fit due to the size of the gpu I ordered. I approved the change to a smaller audio card, they refunded the difference and was satisfied by their customer service.Delivery:The team at VRLA have a 1-2 business day processing time, so my order on Monday (10-17-22) was completed by Wednesday and arrived Thursday (I live in the same state). Pc arrived packaged properly and safely (which is very important) and no components were loose or damaged. I have been testing the pc that past few days and have had no issues. Temps are amazing, speeds are awesome, and the gaming is perfect.Thoughts:I highly recommend using this company for a pre-built. They have done amazing compared to their competitors and their prices are quite fair. Building my setup myself would have only save me +/- $450 but I would have waited forever for shipping and that doesn’t include all the marked up 4090’s for sale. If I include the 4090’s for $2k - $2200 then VRLA saved me money.Update while typing this:The team recently updated the generation of equipment for builds and everyone buying builds now can enjoy a z790 board and 13gen intel CPU’s for the same cost’s I paid. I think that’s crazy and awesome. I plan to use VRLA for my Christmas gift order as well.

Exactly as promised, pc was ready to play and very newbie friendly. Price-wise I think was reasonable, as my previous pc was about the same price and this time there was a lot less hassle and it runs great. It included an easy to understand users manual for set-up, and how to remove safety packaging (included packaged foam to protect parts). They also include the extra screws and bits for the case, and the manuals/booklets for the parts. Pick up was fast and easy to arrange and do from the office, staff even assisted in carrying pc to car. Customer service was also fantastic, quick and professional in answering questions and concerns through both email and phone call. They even honored a coupon that was received a couple of hours after I had placed my order-thank you Angelina!

I found this company and decided to make a purchase as I was looking for someone to ship 2 servers very fast. I talked to sales-person named Anna, at first she seemed nice but throughout trying to work with her it was a total disaster and shame for this company. I kept having to remind her about the order which she delayed (even though I was paying overnight $100 per server), and asking her to send a quote and process etc, then didnt ship network adapter for the server! Now my project is delayed and its a big problem! Then when I called she made all sorts of excuses and tried to blame on me, and said I told her by email that I didnt need network card but I told her I never said that, then she looked for emails but never could forward such email and continued arguing with me. They were still at work but she said they couldnt ship it and i would need to wait near 4 days until Tuesday (now is Friday). She is totally unprofessional and ignorant! This is just plain ridiculous! Never ordering from this company again!

My first time ordering for VRLA tech and when I got my package I realized they didnt pack the power supply cables. They are closed this Friday to Sunday due to Thanksgiving so I likely wont get the cords and cables until late next week..Im hoping they will send the cords in an expedited shipment and after that Im hoping that the PC actually works.Im also asking that VRLA Tech sets processes in place prior to products being sealed up to ship so that this doesnt happen again.UPDATE: Updating this review to 5 stars since the VRLA Support team has been super responsive and active on getting the missing cords shipped out to me as soon as possible (they did expedite the shipment!). Namely Maria and Angelina have been assisting me with this and were actually listening to my questions and concerns which is 5 stars for me! The resolution time makes sense to me given the holiday and weekend closure. They have also confirmed that they will have additional Quality Assurance checks as to prevent this from happening again. I ordered Apollo PC a few weeks ago. While I was waiting for it, the 3060 TI graphics card came out. I didnt want to place another order and get back in line. So I contacted VRLA, spoke with Amy. I got to upgrade the graphics card along with some other parts. PC got shipped the same week.PC is fantastic, has the excellent quality, and is packed well. My friends cannot believe I got a 3060 TI card that fast. I highly recommend VRLA!

I personally had a great experience with VRLA. Wonderful customer service and quick response to any question. The PC booted up very quickly and everything worked well. Graphically the PC was even better than I expected and its very quiet. I did have some delays in shipping, but that fault lies with fedex, just keep in mind your delivery time may be off from what they say. All in all, I cant recommend this company enough for your prebuilt gaming needs.

I waited 17 weeks for a PC I purchased from this company. I contacted them every 2-3 weeks to check on it. They never answer their phones so you have to email and wait a couple days to get any response. Customer service is terrible. After the 16th week I ask if the GPU can be upgraded to speed up the process. They said if I upgraded to a 3070Ti over the original 3070 they could ship it out that week. They wanted an extra $500 to upgrade from an RTX 3070 to an RTX 3070Ti! Are you guys insane? The retail price difference is $100. AND YOU HAVE THEM IN STOCK APPARENTLY. I asked for a refund, this is by far the worst experience I’ve had buying anything in my life. I wish I could give 0 stars.

I received my Spark a few days ago and Im extremely happy! Shipping was very fast (about a week), and it seems like the covid delays are going away at least for some PCs. The PC plays everything I throw at it with better FPS than my console and high resolution. Im loving how easy it is to upgrade and I couldnt be happier with my decision. Also, it looks great!

I bought the mid-range pc from here back in march 2022 & they somehow put a b450 into my system making my pc reboot here & there & and my friend bought the same system & put selected the intel parts & was given zero intel parts. I dont know who is quality controlling over there. other than that I have no problems other than buying a new board out of my pocket for my system that shouldve came with a b550 in the first place.

My overall experience with Vrla tech was wonderful. The customer support and the fast response was very appreciated whenever you emailed them they will get back to you in around 2 days. I ordered the Legacy Gaming PC and the graphics on the pc are phenomenal. You get such high FPS without having to turn down your graphics. the wait time was long but that’s too be expected since we are in a pandemic. I love the rgb that comes with the Pc and the build loves so clean even the wires are tied up so you won’t have trouble when you open the back of the pc. I would definitely order again

I have yet to see if the PC is any good, but even with a good product at a good price, it’s no excuse for poor customer service.I ordered a gaming PC for my daughter’s birthday and paid a $300 fee to expedite the process in addition to the shipping fees.On Thursday March 25, I received an email with the FedEx tracking number. On Friday March 26, VRLA rep Nicole emailed to tell me the PC would ship out by the end of Friday.I called FedEx on Monday to see what the estimated delivery date was and they informed me the package was not in their possession until Monday.I emailed and called and left messages at VRLA all week and got not reply. Finally on April 1 I called VRLA multiple times, pressed the prompt for sales and got a message telling me the voicemail box was full.I called and pressed the prompt for another department and Nicole answered immediately. She basically told me the $300 fee was only to expedite the processing which did not include the time it takes them to actually get the PC in FedEx’s possession. She also refuted FedEx’s claim that they did not have the package in their possession until Monday.What’s disappointing about this experience is not the fact that I spent an extra $300 and didn’t get the PC when I needed it. The disappointing part is that VRLA’s costumer service was so poor. I manage a small business and I understand it’s unrealistic to expect perfection, but it’s well within reason to expect good customer service. Simple things like: replying to emails, replying to voicemails, answering your phone.So much for trying to support a small, US-based business. Next time I’ll go back to a big corporate outlet where at least I would’ve gotten an apology and my $300 fee refunded.

Order placed more than 6 weeks ago at the time of writing this review and my PC is still not shipped out. How long do I have to wait? Ive been confirmed the order would be sent out before Christmas or right after Christmas, never got it. It is now after New Years and the order still hasnt been shipped out. What is happening to my order? Can someone give me an exact date instead of the constant ETA CHANGE? What kind of customer service is this?

Got the product I paid for, but within 3 weeks the power supply blew. I contacted them about it, and came to find that their support system appears to be set up in a manner where they make it look like they are attempting to help you, but you dont actually get any support. You call tech support, they tell you they are opening a ticket, and I quote verbatim of the rep I spoke with, a real technician will contact you back. You then receive an email the next day, where it shows a transcript of a chat session that doesnt actually exist. The real technician will have commented on your ticket asking you to explain more about whats going on, and theres a single hyperlink in the whole email thats supposed to take you to that chat session. Instead, it takes you to where you can open a new ticket for support. Theres no actual way to speak with anyone who will help you, and its really just a system they set up to avoid honoring the 1 year warranty they provide. I gave it a 2 because I was being generous about the fact that I at least got what I ordered. But this company wont do anything for you if you have any problems or equipment failure, so if you buy from them, just know ahead of time that the 1 year warranty doesnt actually exist.

Just got my Legacy a few days ago and honestly really happy with it. I bought it because I checked some other companies and the Legacy had the best specs for the price. I was a little bit disappointed with the wait time, it took like 2 weeks to get to me during COVID, but honestly its worth it. I couldnt even get a pc like this if I built. Also, I talked to them through email and I was on the phone with Karina. Very professional and very polite. I highly recommend them!

I ordered myself one of their Aurora PCs as a christmas present to myself, and I especially loved the mint color scheme that was offered. The chance to upgrade some parts before I ordered was really cool since a lot of prebuild companies dont offer all the choices that vrla gave me. I could choose between amd or intel (team red all the way), upgrade to a tower or rgb cooler, choose how much ram I wanted, my storage space and type, my fans, EVEN MY PSU CABLE COLORS. I had to wait a while, but since they had just had black friday, and were in the middle of a global pandemic AND with how hard its been to get graphics cards since the 3000s came out, I knew it was gonna take a while to ship, thankfully, when the pc finally arrived, it was well worth it; everything was in its place, so the packaging was really well done, the pc runs smoothly, and gives great performance on all the RPGs that I play.

My daughter has been eyeing the pink Aurora for a while. She got great grades so I wanted to surprise her with it. I dont know much about PCs but I contacted the wonderful VRLA Tech team and spoke with Nicole. She spent about an hour on the phone with me and explained what all the upgrades are. I’m giving them two stars because I’ve yet to see my product and quality of it. I purchased a pre-build on November 24th. It’s currently March 5th. I’ve gotten few responses from the company regarding the status of my order. I’ve also revived two different tracking numbers as if my package had been shipped. The first one back in January has been deactivated and the most current I got on March 1st (which I got next day shipping) and it’s been another four days with no response for the last month. I’m really tempted to just ask for the refund because I’m running out of options and patience. I’m coming up on 15 weeks now and still no product. Very upset with the service of this company

I was very impressed by the Rogue when I got it a few months ago, but last week I decided I would try and get more RAM and Im just impressed with the upgradeability of it. Id rate no stars if I could. Received a Titan model from a friend direct from the company, as I am fresh out of a bad injury that needed surgery, which has left me bedridden for about 6 months now. I was excited to be using this thing, but it kaput two weeks in (this was 6 months ago mind you,) and customer services with VRLA Tech is ABYSMAL. No one would answer the phone or my emails, the employees were rude when they did answer, and un-knowledgeable IT made this thing hard to fix once I was actually able to get a hold of someone and some tools. I worked with computers for about 12 years before Covid hit forcing me into a new position, and let me tell ya, the inside was a mess and it was poorly built. My injury prevented me from being able to truly work on it, so my friend took it to a shop for me after hearing the terrible time I was having. The shop discovered I received wrong parts, some werent put in or connected properly and the whole thing was, essentially, bricked. I dont care about recommence at this point, I just dont want people to go through what I did.

Great company, Great PC, If you are serious about PC Gaming or streaming, this is the company for you, from lower end and budget friendly options to more advanced and more costly options such as the Titan (shown in picture) They have my respect when it comes to pre-built options, they are very budget friendly, even with their higher end builds. Their cheapest gaming pc has only an APU on board and a 500 gb SSD. For $800? No way. I built a computer for my friend for $50 cheaper and it also has a graphics card, a terabyte SSD, and a better motherboard. This company is straight trash.

My son is a little impatient and he asked me every day, so I contacted customer service and the ladies Amy and Nicole explained everything to me very well and I even ended up learning a little about computers.
