Amazon told me that VPC Computers did not send my order to their fulfillment center and therefore Amazon could not send it to me. It was supposed to arrive in 5 days. 5 days went by and on the day it was supposed to arrive, the date of expected delivery suddenly went up to two weeks. No email no apology. I canceled that day and Amazon pointed the blame at VPC Computers. Because I couldn’t review them on Amazon, I review here. In short, you couldn’t fulfill my Amazon order and your communication was absent. Total failure.

Purchased a few items from them in the past few months, the most recent item got caught up in a severe USPS delay, and the CSR with VPC (whos name I didnt get, my error in not doing so) Sent out a replacement cable priority. Very few companies are not only really communicative, but just helpful and actually supportive when situations like this arise.Aspects of this issue were out of their control, and yet they still stepped up and made it right. Really, really appreciated. Thanks team VPC.
