Beautiful, clean store with amazing employees. The drive up and go feature was easy to use. There was a mistake on the online app and they made it right. Annalisa, the store manager, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and positive. Elliot and Joseph were stars, and packed the order carefully. They even loaded all of my items into my car neatly for me. Great store with a ton of amazing items and customer service.

One of my favorite Vons locations in Anaheim Hills. Always has nice staff and self check out stands are my favorite here. Great prices if you download their app. Their staff are always helpful and professional in what they do. The only concern I have I have had my car scratched twice by carts, but not the stores fault. Overall one of the best stores!

This store is the worst customer service ever, most employees have very bad attitude, not helpful at all even when you asked for help, I visited this store at 2:15 pm today 4/30/24 and I was looking to transfer money through western union and three employees working on one cashier area, I asked them for help and no one of them try even to help I got two names of them were the worst their names are Massion and the other is Joseph.Really there are very rude, unprofessional and unhelpful at all. Really very ugly experience.

I am an infrequent shopper at this store as I live in Idaho, but visit here. I have found that all the employees I have encountered have been courteous, helpful and professional. I have to single out two employees who have been particularly friendly and especially helpful. Randy in the meat department over the years has always fixed me up with roasts or, this year, a fresh turkey to make our family occasions very special. I appreciate all his efforts so much. Also, Jake in the liqour department has been so helpful in finding wines and spirits to complete our festivities. I appreciate everything they do. Thanks for your fine employees.

Avoid going here in the evening. The management seems oblivious when the ONE register they have open after 9pm or so gets backed up. Twice Ive seen it with a line of 8+ carts and the manager doesnt even seem to notice. Fortunately tonight Edmon who was supervising the self checkout helped some of us even though we had alcohol which is normally not allowed in self checkout. Also the cashier who wears the star wars belt buckle took over for the manager on the register. He had to bag his own line because the manager vanished, but he is very efficient and between him and Edmon they got through the backup. Maybe the wrong people are managing this store?UPDATE: Posted this a week ago and it happened again. This time the manager abandoned the line to help the Starbucks girl sweep the floor. There were 7 people in line when this happened. Avoid this place at night.

Wow!! Stoped here to pick up Spade L Ranch Pork Dry Rub for my ribs (not many stores carry this and its all I will use!!) Came out with some amazing deli meat (pastrami & pruschito - fresh sliced pruschito!!!) and habanero cheese! The deli guys were amazingly helpful!!!

This store isnt bad. The staff is very friendly and its clean. Ive noticed they tend to have fewer items in the deli and hot food section compared to the Vons in festival center so I tend to go to that one more often. The Starbucks here was recently renovated so its nice and modern. Parking can be a hassle during Canyon pick up times.

Vons visit on 1.20.2023 was great as usual. The staff greeted me as I walked and and during checkout time. I found the snacks I needed for my sons basketball game. Clean store and well stocked. One small plus is that there is always shopping carts available for use, unlike other grocery stores.

Their premade $11 sandwiches are actually really good. At first I was slightly disappointed there wasnt mustard packets with the sando but the ingredients were so fresh it didnt matter. Compared to other stores where the sandos make me sick because theyre so old.Would be 5 stars but a gallon of water is $2 vs 89 cents to $1.29 elsewhere.

Time and time again I must get the same food picker who cannot use common sense. I order keto bread, and (without my ability to change it; apps fault) it gets subd with regular Orowheat. Next I ordered lettuce, received cabbage. Reality may be harsh but we need to raising the wages out here when the most simplistic of tasks cannot be completed.

Very disappointed with Vons. I am getting a hip replacement soon and really need a motorized cart in the grocery store. I went shopping before 8:00am and both of the carts were completely uncharged. I went back to the car and my husband had to do the shopping. Lucky me someone else was there.

2 stars because they have a Starbucks if there was a Stater brothers or Ralphs across the street or even a Sprouts youd better believe Id be going there 1st. Bathrooms are always dirty and smell horrible. Prices are not competitive just high. Youre really paying for convenience at this location. It sucks because its the only grocer for a few miles. So youre really just paying for convenience. I only go here if Im in a pinch for time or looking for a specialty item.

The Vons Grocery Store in Anaheim Hills is top-notch! The employees are very nice. The store is very nice and has a wide variety of foods and other goods, like one would expect of a Vons Grocery Store and if you have a Vons in the city you live in, like this one in Anaheim Hills, and most likely you do if you live in Orange County, its always nice to have as one of your go-to grocery stores. Thats just my opinion of course; nevertheless, I mean it sincerely. Vons is absolutely one of the Top 5 best grocery stores in Southern California and I happen to have all 5 of them in my city of Costa Mesa. So, I base this review from my experience and I used to live in Yorba Linda, on the other side of the tracks from Anaheim Hills. Its a nice store but I was very disappointed that there are no changing tables in the bathrooms. What are moms supposed to do, leave their cart and go to their car and hope that their groceries are still there when they come back? And both bathrooms were dirty.

I was looking to buy veal shanks to make Osso Bucco. The Vons website showed that the Vons on Tustin Ave. had them in the freezer, however, the store did not have any. The Vons butcher guided me to Bristol Farms in Yorba Linda. I purchased the shanks from Bristol Farms (at $11.99/lb.) and prepared the meal which was incredible.

Came in on Christmas to get a candle to put on my moms grave. Found one and waited in an extremely long line, the associate name Kerry was very rude and took the candle from me telling me I can’t buy it because it didn’t have a barcode sticker on it. In my experience if an item doesn’t have the barcode they either look up the price or have another associate go check. Kerry didn’t do any of these options. I will never go back to this vons and would recommend nobody else go. It’s a shame to be treated rudely on Christmas on your way to visit your mothers grave

Good location . Been coming here for 30 plus years . Been overcharged in past but usually had no trouble with refund. Stoped today because salad I had purchased yesterday never made it home and grapes were charged more then advertised price. Manager was busy and shawn saw line building up for help at customer service, so he refer me to Lisa cashier for refund. But she Not only refused but was very rude to me and her coworker. I left without refund. She definitely need some training in customer service.

The layout of the store is a bit funky at this location. Example, the bacon and the hot dogs are at opposite sides of the store. A number of things that are normally grouped together are in other areas of the store. Staff seems nice and will help out, which is good because you will need them.

Vons is the closest grocery store to where I live and I used to shop there exclusively. I noticed their produce department started looking a little shabby around 18 months ago but I figured it was due to the pandemic. The store was always clean and I realize they were doing the best they could under the circumstances. But now theyre up there with Ralphs an Albertsons! Now I only go there when I need their Signature Select Fruits & Grain bread. Of course, everything is sky-high now so I found a Stater Brothers thats not far. Their prices are a little lower overall.

Best Vons Ive ever been to. Friendly staff, clean bathrooms and they stock EVERYTHING! On Christmas eve j stopped by to buy groceries just like everyone else. While checking out my card was declined due to chase being chase and blocking my card at the worst possible time due to fraud prevention. The cashier was nice enough to bag my groceries and set them aside politely while i called Chase and cleared up the hold. She quickly checked me out when my card was restored.

I love the fact that Vons makes their own fresh cut up fruit . Since the corona viris hit in March (6 months ago) the store policy changed to no refunds for any items purchased there . I would like to know when are you going back to your satisfaction guaranty policy? From time to time you get some bad fresh food. You have to decide by looking at it and hopefully it tastes right. Now that stores are opening back up I feel it is time to adjust your return policy to pre-covid19 status.

The management at this Vons was brilliant when they created a lunch special for all the kids that leave the high school across the street at noon to run into the grocery store for lunch. They created an inexpensive pizza meal that is fast, inexpensive, and fresh. How cool is that?Additionally, if youre looking for a particular product and you cant find it, all you have to do is request it and within a week or so, Vons will try to stock it for you. Also, when visiting the bakery, you may ask for bagels of your choice to be bagged up - fresh. If you purchase six at a time, you are given a discounted price.The produce sold here is much more expensive than the produce you can buy at Wholesome Choice, which is just down the street. But if you subscribe to the Vons Just for U program you can get very good deals on the products you shop for the most. Overall, it is a great place to go for all your grocery needs.

The Vons on Imperial and Santa Ana Canyon, is so much better. They are well stock and 8 found the items I needed for my Memorial cooking. Store staff uneducated on dealing with large gift card purchases late at night, within 10 minutes of the store closing. Selling the customer in front of me over $1000 in google play cards not even following the protocals to ensure the elderly man wasnt being scammed. A person buying that amount of gift cards that close to closing should raise red flags. The cashier on duty (only lane open) was clueless on how to even ring gift cards up.
