This Vons is clean and organized. The staff is nice and helpful. The isles are big enough so on crowded days it doesn’t seem too crowded. They have a lot of variety of goods and they also have a bakery and deli. Overall it was a good experience coming here.

I normally have a great experience with this Vons, but today was not it. The woman who helped me Bre was very rude. She not only upcharged me on two items, but she put me on the defense when checking me out. She rushed my whole experience & was not pleasant at all. Horrible customer service.

Id like to send a shout out to the butcher who recommended the Salmon; last week, it was to die for!!...my mouth waters every time I think about it .. I went back today and wanted to tell him but did not see him, he was the big hispanic guy, I should have got his name anyhow great job guys for making this store an overall superb choice.....

This was a quick trip for some ingredients needed for a dinner. They had the carrots and potatoes to complere the meal. It was easy to get the food, pay for it quickly and get back home.

Just bought marinated chimichurri chicken. Only $7.29, it includes two marinated chicken breasts. For those of you who know what chimichurri is, a staple in an Argentine household and, I never thought Vons of all places would have some thing like this. Im impressed with their will to have a wide selection of foreign foods & spices. I am going to try this tonight. Lets see how that goes!

Daylin was very argumentive and passive when their system rang the price up wrong. What could have been taken care of in several minutes took 15 minutes of following her around the store with her asking many questions unrelated about prior shopping trips and why dont I do this or that as my $60 of frozen goods in the car continued to melt. Very frustrating, check your receipts carefully so you dont have to deal with her.

If I could give zero, I would. On my 1st day off in almost 2 weeks from my 3 jobs, I went to get a money order at customer service at Vons on Haven & 19th. Employee for the 2nd time that she had to help (Dalyn & she isnt the only emploee at this store that does this), sighs & grunts that I have ones! I always start off & say Im sorry but this is all my money. She was all smiles to the customer before me scanning her 10 + items at the customer service counter. Once she sees my ones, sign & grunts, oh my ugh... I had to tell her, please dont comment! You did this the last time I was here. If you have to you can take to the money counter in the office. Her reply, yes I did service you, I remember, yes Im going to have to take to the counter, its just too many. Youre telling its too difficult for you to count $200 in ones, which only takes 2-5 mins! I told the assistant manager but felt like she just wanted to brush me off to get to do whatever she needed. If your employees cannot be kind, courteous, and professional, please call Renee at Albertsons on Foothill & Vineyard, all her employees always provide utmost service with a smile.After the extra long tough week, I dont need someone to make me feel Im nothing cause Im bringing or paying with ones. I work 3 jobs to pay my bills! Cant even enjoy a day off, instead Im crying in my car, upset & sad all day.

I started shopping here regularly since April 2020. The store is very well kept. The floors are clean, the isles are very organized and stocked. Everyone is working and doing their best considering our current circumstances. The produce employees always are kind and say, hi. Everyone else seems quiet and distant. It is hard to get any of the checkout clerks to smile or say hi. However, it is hard to be friendly when we are being suppressed by our masks and all these new rules on how to live, so I forgive them and do my best to encourage them anyway. Remember to be patient, polite and respectful. This too shall pass.

Very clean and well stocked. Very courteous employees. I didnt give the fifth star, only because the salad kitsch were more expensive than competitors. Nonetheless it was a good experience. Ill definitely return..... Awesome air conditioning in there also ; )

Parking lot is too small for so many little stores and the supermarket. getting in and out can take some time and creative defensive driving. Be patient and know there is only one way in and out. the store itself was clean, well stocked, and great staff

I went to Vons to buy a birthday cake for my father-in-law and his sister and because it is Graduation season, I couldnt find a chocolate birthday cake, (their favorite) then Lucy in the bakery came from behind the counter and asked if she could help me, obviously.. she saw I was having a little trouble.. then she said shell check the back and found there perfect chocolate cake... Lucy saved the day! Thank you, it was very nice of her!

I love this Vons. Employees are friendly and helpful. The aisle are spacious, and the store is clean. They are always conscientious about adding extra cashiers when lines form. If Im in a hurry, I know this location is always my best bet for fast service.

This is my favorite store to go grocery shopping. In my neighborhood and I love the store brand make up in the entire center. This Vons has been in Rancho for over 40 years. Staff is really great. I will miss it when I move. Highly recommended

ALWAYS check your receipts here at this location because almost every time I shop there, I get charged the WRONG prices.. This is NOT a one time issue, this happens almost every time I shop there (for years). Night managers(short hispanic man and woman) are both soooo rude and always get annoyed and rude when I bring the wrong prices to their attention to correct!!!

Its changes since my review a week ago. I had a sick dog in the car-my worry. 2 cashiers so initially I was standing in a long line with three items. I saw two customers at another check stand so I got behind them this checkered was so busy talking to the other Checker who didnt have her light on so nobody was in her Lane that customers before me repeated 2 and 3 times Whats the total. When I got up there I kept saying this is Cash what is a total please and she was still so busy talkin it took me almost yell for her to understand I was done and needed to get out this was one of the rudest Checkers I have ever seen I definitely will go back to Ralph down on Haven and Baseline Ive never run into this before and never will again. Now if I could give less than 1 * I would not because it quality of the product but because of the cashiers inconsiderate unprofessional behavior

Ordered a cake around 10am on Sunday the 19th, to pick up the next day at 10am. Special order with cool whip Icing for the diabetics in the family. I call on Monday as Im on the way to pick up the cake. Lady says im sorry no baker came in today so your cake was never made. I said why didnt anyone call me? No one had Common courtesy to call customers to order a cake someplace else? She said we didnt know about the baker being off. I asked she didnt call off in advance? And she said well she did but.... I am very unhappy with the service and any cake would have been fine except i had a special order. Please call people and notify them!!!! I would of understood!!!! I met another lady at another store and she said the same thing happened to her thats why shes there too..people call off but please have considerations for people. It was a multiple bithday party and 3 diabetics couldnt enjoy their cake.

There are always really nice employees who want to help. From all departments. The butchers are young guys who are easy to chat with, there is this one chasiher up front (young, tall, black guy) who is always smiling and laughing. The male manager knows me and always says hi and asks me how my weekend was.Im terrible at names but they are all awesome!!

The manager Robert had gone above and beyond to stop his line up front to come get me some meat that was on sale for a ridiculous low price and as I walked back with him to the front. We talked about what we cook thats healthy and created a weekly check up and compare our best dish of the week...

A very nice store with helpful staff. One annoyance today was they had only one bottle of Domaine Chandon Champagne (on sale for 12.99 a bottle, a good deal), and Vons does not issue rain checks for alcohol. Bummer! Zesty chicken wings in the deli are always excellent.

After shopping here for almost 15 years, we started taking our business to another store even though it’s further away. The aisles are too narrow (can barely pass other carts), we were constantly finding old/“past sell by date” items and they always seem to have the slowest person they can find bag the groceries.

I love the Vons bakery I had bread and a couple of old bread that the bakery attendant didn’t mark down after she told me they were marked down why would I ever pay same price for old bread as new bread but you don’t notice until you get home and say why bother over 2.00.
