The store is clean and organized. Everyone there is nice and you can tell they all care about each other. Like there is a sense of comradery amongst the employees. Also, almost anytime Im ever looking for anything, Im always approached by a worker to ask me if I they can help me which I really appreciate.The main reason for my review is to highlight Fer who works at the Starbucks inside of the store. She is the sweetest and she knows her regulars. She always has a positive attitude, even when I can tell she is busy or when theyre down a person. There arent many people like that anymore in the customer service industry and Im so grateful for her. The baristas are sometimes the first people I interact with for the day and it can shift the start of my entire day. When I see Fer working, I know my coffee is going to be delicious, and that Ill have a great start to the day.

Great, looks and smells like it was a Northgate at some point. Two employees in the bread section were playing shooters with their handscanners and I think that if anyone else (customer) might have gotten angry at that, it wouldnt be unjustified.

Great place for meat. Always seem to have a good sale. Produce is good too. This store has a Starbucks. I dont recommend it. Ordered a hot drink that was half full. Ill attach a photo. Young man working their said this was how the foam drinks are. For $4.75??? That is not good. I drew a line to show the actual level in the cup.

It’s 5 PM Saturday. Vons sells their French bread with sign saying “baked daily and if it’s not hot between hours of 4-7 it’s free. Well today it certainly was not hot so why wasn’t it free???

Vons is a well kept, well organized store. They have a great but smaller than many stores, produce section, and they have a really nice meat selection with a butcher. The employees are helpful and there are extra shops spaces like a beautiful such as a florist and a Starbucks.

There have been quite a few times when some of the perishable items seem like theyve seen better days. I dont know if things are sitting too long before getting stocked in the refrigerated section, but I cant buy any of the prepackaged deli meat because the packages are often bloated. On a positive note, though: the people who work here are always friendly and helpful :)

Only one register was open at 1:20pm with a line of six customers. I felt so bad for the poor cashier. She looked overwhelmed. She called for someone to help her, but no one came right away. Her checkout lane went down to two customers by the time someone came to open a second register.

Went for a late night grocery run. Nice store but a little expensive. A frozen California pizza kitchen pizza was $10.49! That’s $5 more than at Stater bros. They were totally out of grapes except organic ones for 4 times the price of the regular. Other than that, found everything we were looking for. The cashier was very efficient and pleasant.

Vons is where I feed my family and in some ways my soul. This store in particular is great. The staff here are like my market family. They are always super nice and welcoming. The store is clean and always fully stocked. In the beginning of Covid they faced it head on placing their lives on the line so we as a family and as community could continue to eat and live. Prices are reasonable and with the Vons card I save. If you dont have one get one it makes a heck of a difference. They have plenty of coke. I used to snort coke but I had to stop because of the ice cubes getting stuck.

Everything here goes bad so quickly after purchasing ): I do love their hot n ready potato wedges but dont dare buy any deli wings. I literally felt like I was eating fried paper. The wings are the size of your pinky and when I bit into every single piece not one of them had even a sliver of meat. It was purely burnt skin, not sure how that happened but it did /:

Where do I begin other than saying Ive never had a bad experience at Vons until I came to this location. Their staff is beyond rude and unprofessional. Not to mention they didnt have so many basic things I needed and have never had an issue finding them at Vons(which is why I always shop Vons, I hate going to multiple stores to get my groceries) .-for one my husband & I stood at the meat counter for 5 minutes when the employee saw us and ignored us.-secondly I couldnt find ricotta cheese & ask a deli clerk, before she could ask the manager I assume in the deli for assistance further about the rocotta- the manager doesnt even answer the clerks question regarding mine, just starts lecturing her about bagging the meat because she dropped one.-the absolute worse was the rude cashier Doria who angrily grabbed my groceries because I guess we didnt put them on the belt close enough to her, before then completely ignoring us to yell at someone in the front end for a bagger named Tyler. Once Tyler arrived she started yelling at him cussing even saying where the hell were you Treat your staff better! Stop demeaning them in front of customers. Id never work at a place like that talks to me like that in front of customers. Unprofessional.

Just moved here and so far the staff has always been helpful when I needed assistance. While speaking to 2 other employees in an isle, 1 of the managers personally lead me to an item I was having trouble finding. Ive never been harassed either for not wearing a mask, which I appreciate. I obviously choose not too and unlike some places, their employees havent belittled me, treated me any different or mentioned the policy so I feel like they are respecting my personal rights & freedom. That goes a long way. Otherwise the store is clean and as well stocked as possible under the circumstances.

The Starbucks team is AMAZING!!! The manager always has my beverage ready to go before I even get to the register and always greets me by name. Very fast and friendly. They really care about their customers. Highly recommend over the Albertsons across the street

I love Vons, its clean, they have great specials and the people are friendly. My only negative is that they seem to run out of their meat specials early... its Labor Day weekend and they advertised Ribeyes at a great price, gone before 2:30PM Saturday. This happens more frequently than it should on Holidays. Thankfully I got the last package this time, but normally Im left looking for alternatives.

There were 3 checkers but at530 pm Monday they should have a Sonic check out which would push them up to a real speedy checkouts regular time here.Great staff exceptionally good customer service.But there accommodating to first come first serve.

Vons has the best bakery items and the store layout just makes sense. They have a lot of sale priced items and through Covid have been able to keep their shelves well stocked. I drive 10 minutes further to shop here even though there is another store less than 5 minutes from my house.

Good store, bad experience with customer service. Not saying all the employees are like this, but the ones I met were lazy and rude. Also, I got a message to call them back for a job interview several months ago, and the lady who picked up was rude and didnt want to help me in any way. Its safe to say that I immediately decided that I wouldnt be working there with those kinds of people. Next time do your job, lady!

Great store people are friendly, just had one bad experience vs the hundreds of times I have been here with my wife. So I recently went there about 5 days ago and bought my normal weekly foods, when I got home I had noticed a couple of items I have purchased were EXPIRED by over TWO WEEKS. I called and let them know and they just gave an excuse to why they didnt pull them from inventory, and to bring it back, I live near by, but why would I go back if your store doesnt follow basic food and safety guidelines! Its called FIFO The first-in, first-out method is best for cases where inventory has a short demand cycle or is perishable.For you and your childs safety please check the expiration dates. This is a top notch Vons Ive been in this area since 2004 and this has been my go to grocery store. You mind find a little better prices but your going to loose it with lower quality produce, meats, and bakery goods. Customer service and an open bank 7 days a week. Never thought Id promote a grocery store before but heres the best part this place sells freeking gas! Cheapest around too.

This is my favorite grocery store in town. They have the best frozen prosciutto Pizza. They also have an olive bar which many grocery stores around here dont have. One of the best wine and beer selections of any grocery store out here. The only thing that I couldnt find when I went there was lobster tails. But they do have lobster tails for like holidays such as Valentines Day.

Although prices can be a little on the high side, the shopping experience here has always been enjoyable. The clerks are always friendly and conversant, and they usually hand out stickers during the holidays at checkout whenever my children accompany me when I shop. The store is also well-maintained and clean. There is a Starbucks in the store as well as a small bank, and as in most Vons there is a pharmacy. Be aware that the pharmacy hours differ from the store hours, usually closing at 5pm while the main store closes at midnight. The parking and facility is accessible for those with disabilities, and there is a public restroom inside. Definitely sign up for the Vons card to help cut some of the base costs for the food as well as to build points for discounts at their gas station located in the parking lot by Walgreens.

For thier delivery service:This was my first and last time using Vons delivery service. First of all HALF of my order was not available after ordering a WEEK in advance! Hot dog buns but no hot dogs, cereal but no milk, even basic soups. I followed all the instructions about ordering small to help others and didnt receive notification until after my delivery time that the order was half empty. I called customer service to try and cancel the order and waited 1 hour and 4 minutes to get through to someone. The delivery was overbooked and didnt arive until after 8:30pm when I had a 6-8pm window. I get it that things are crazy right now, but basic customer service and communication would have gone a long way. I was told the delivery fee was going to be refunded, but havent seen that, and I think the service fee should also be refunded. I felt bad for the driver so I gave him a generous tip, as this wasnt his fault, but I am very disappointed in Vons. Furthermore, the next day I went to Stater Brothers and found all of the items Vons could not delivery with a week advance order. Horrible experience and zero customer service.

Great meat department. I get my porterhouse and t-bones here. Always the very best most delicious steaks available locally ( dont get me started on the meat catalogs or speciality butchers) but for a corporate entity, they are the place to go for good meat. Horrible Experience from beginning to end! It started with Vons Cart the service where you pick up your groceries. My order pick up time was scheduled at 8 am my order was not ready until 4 pm that day. My order incorrect from the moment I started to unpack it. Missing items and substituted items that made absolutely no sense! I called the customer service line and was told “ no problem” I could return any items that I was not keeping to my nearest VONS. I took my items closet to me which was the 38995 Sky Canyon Dr. Murrieta location. I walked in with four bags of groceries and the customer service dept. was closed. I asked to speak with management I needed to return some items. The manager was a called and an employee named Bradley Wilkinson was about to assist in my grocery return. As I explained to him I order through VONS CART and they had completely botched my order and needed to return these items he cut me off and said “we don’t do VONS CART here” I said I was told by the your customer service management that I could return them at any VONS. Being a 20 plus year Safeway and VONS shopper I am very clear on their return policy. They are more then happy to take back any items that you have an issues with no questions asked. I had all my receipts and order print out in my hand and he tells me “ wait a minute I need to make a call” . He returns from call and says “ can’t help you if I take these back here we will loose the sale, these are not from my store and I can’t take them back sorry” I proceeded to tell him how long I have been a customer, I spoke to his management customer service team as told I would have zero issues. He shrugged his shoulders and said “ don’t know what to tell you I’m not gonna sit here and argue you with you” I then asked for his store manager and corporate number and he said “I don’t have to give you that either” I said you do need to provide that. In front of my husband and two sons this “ shift supervisor” made a horrible choice. I then asked again for his manager and he tore off a piece of a receipt and tossed it at me it had APRIL LEY as the director of store. I am very disappointed in that manner this location chose to treat a long time paying customer. The lack of respect was disgusting. Do not shop here!! I will be boycotting this location. Writing a letter to corporate. I have 4 bags of groceries in my truck that needs to be returned ASAP as all of them are not items we will be eating in our house hold. In these times we should not treating paying customers this way, these times will pass and I will ana my family will always feel how we were treated!

Can not be trusted.....I dont know even if someone is considering these reviews,I had an Order#13183724 placed more than a week ago, The delivery was scheduled for Sunday Morning.The driver texted me in the morning to let me know he is gonna be later than the ETA.then He called 1.5 hrs later, that I am sorry apparently we were out of stock for ur item.I just wanted to share the experience with all, I dont know what happened to us but, we even can not trust our local store anymore, since 8 days before the delivery you set the delivery, why in the world, the driver even texted and headed my way then??something is obviously does not match up and since no one is accountable for these mistakes, I assume this review might help others to not go through the same trouble.

Prices for even basic staples are WAY too high. MUCH higher than other grocery stores in the area.(For example: half & half 1.89 liter at Vons: $5.97. Winco: $3.98.)I dont care for the store/aisle layout. Related items are placed several aisles apart from each other- not grouped together, not intuitive. (Every grocery store does that to some extent but Vons is noticeably more so.) Very frustrating. After searching THREE different aisles labeled JUICE, I finally asked an employee where the lemon juice was located. (Turns out its in the cereal aisle. Which is NOT labeled as having JUICE.) They were out of several staples- like skim milk, half & half, etc. Ended up not purchasing about half the items on my shopping list either because I couldnt find it or it was priced too high. Ill stick with Trader Joes and WinCo from now on.

Had a really bad experience at vons with my brother. The manager was following my brother and I, he came up to us and looked at us like we were stealing. We had a little basket for our groceries and we needed a cart instead so we headed to the carts with our groceries and the manager ran to us thinking we were leaving to store with a lot of groceries... really bad because it was the manager.
