This store has been great until their recent remodel. Since the remodel Ive noticed sooo many things every single time I visit every week for groceries. A lot of items are expired like sandwich meats and yogurts and still sitting on shelves. When they have sales from one week to the next, they dont remove the sales tag. So Ive been charged regular price for things just bc I went off the prices listed there. Theyre very under staffed, especially in the mornings. So be careful and pay attention to the prices. Unless u dont care about prices, then it shouldnt bother u. I used to shop like that, but now with the way prices are, I have to be on the look out. Just an FYI... and I hope they hire some more people soon.

Great selection of grocery staples at a decent price for the area. Lots of parking. Some of the items are placed in somewhat confusing locations so make sure to check the front wall and the isle tags. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back to shop for groceries. And also I found the perfect man here, so there’s that!

Great place to do your grocery shopping, I almost always buy my meat from here, my go to cut is the tri-tip, sometimes i buy the trimmed, sometimes i get the untrimmed cut, depending on my needs.I love the Fab 5 deals, sometimes you just get amazing deals, like Lavazza coffee for under $5, (usually +$9.99)Check out the weekly add, and do your shopping accordingly, and you will save big. 🛒🤙🏻

I had to bag my groceries, he started ringing next client. I purchased items on sale and was charged the regular price. I have the Vons membership, for which I pay for. I returned to correct the error, upon approaching 2 employees, they seemed irritated that i was bothering them.They finally reluctantly acquiesced to help me. She tried to track down the cashier that helped me, another cashier said I purchased the wrong amount without checking. I took her to where the sodas were to confirm, indeed i was charged the regular price.

Large Supermarket with parking on street level and roof top parking. Large selection of fresh produce. Seafood department in rear of store. Delicatessen fully staffed. Sandwiches, soups, hot dishes and salads. Large display of liquor, beer and wines. There is a Starbucks in the store. Very friendly staff.

Standard Vons with plenty of everything. This location was clean and well-stocked with plenty of good looking produce.If youre a regular shopper of this or any Vons, you need to become a rewards member to get the best deals throughout the store. Not bad, it was a little busy during lunch time. I actually had to wait in line for the self-check out but it went by pretty fast. Produce was very well stocked as was the milk and bread. The essentials so to speak, no shortages that I could see. Staff always friendly.

New store...visited the hot food bar to grab wings ... I ordered the hot but unfortunately they were just pre-breaded and salty in flavor 😒..not a hot wing at all . The organic strawberries were horrible. I dont recall the brand of the organic strawberries but it definitely was a waste for 2 packages at $6.99 a pop ... friendly cashiers tho

Where should I start? First off the parking lot is a mess then I guess there is a high school close by and unfortunately we stopped @ the busiest time of day. Was stopping for the deli and we stood in line for a few min then approached the deli counter. First thing out of the young mans mouth was did you guys cut in line? Then yells @ young man that had just walked up beside us. Did they cut in line referring to us. Lol Wow... I blew it off and as my lady was about to order a turkey sub with..... he says Were out of Turkey, What else? No sorry No Nothing!!!!!! So we decided to go elsewhere. And as were leaving the person collecting carts almost hit us as were walking out. A S*** SHOW to say the least. Employees were rude and will never return.

The restaurant URBANO is in the Vons shopping center, across the street from Huntington hospital. Great Mexican food, service. I had the Pozole for breakfast and went back the next day for more! Good variety on the menu, lots of space inside with a few tables outside.

I would have given 4 stars but there was wo.en in the Pharmacy who spoke to customers like they were animals. Saying: you come as she pointed at customers, she didnt greet with good customers service at all!! She didnt even say thank you!! I finally said to her on my turn, my name is not You, & I am not an animal & it is customary to say thank you after interaction with customers. That women needs customer service training!! She should not be helping customers until she is efficiently trained!

Store is huge, clean & beautiful with wide aisles. I love how everything is organized & displayed. Good prices esp if you are a Vons Club member & take advantage of the special prices. Parking out front can be difficult on the flat lot so I recommend going into the parking structure.

Really great variety of groceries and other goods. Full service store. Nearly the only 24 hour market in a 20 mile radius, which is a real life saver when you really need it! Clean store in a safe area. Have gone many times in the overnight hours and never felt uneasy or nervous. Nice, cheerful workers too. Highly recommend.

I went to the Vons deli for one of their custom made sandwiches. The deli staff had just closed the sandwich counter, but he took the time to make a most excellent sandwich for me anyway. The customer service here is superb! The selection here is good and the prices are reasonable.

Ice Cream is ALWAYS FREEZER BURNED!! POOR MANAGEMENT LEAVES ICE CREAM IN AISLES FOR HOURS, SEEN IT MYSELF. Then when you return it, they give you an attitude. Needs work in customer service. Closes earlier than 11pm. Change your store hours to 10:30pm if you are going to close earlier than 11pm, on more than a few occasions.

This store had some incredible deals and it was stocked fully with everything! Ive been to many Vons and this one is top of the line! They even have a separate Pharmacy area which is like its own store and self with really good hair products and all your pharmaceutical needs this store is absolutely incredible the only reason I dont give it 5 stars is because it does not carry certain high-end products such as hemp seeds oil and flour which are sold at specialty health food stores. Its too bad that Vons does not carry these specialty Health Foods but they have just about everything else.

They were really on top of things. They seem to have wipped down everything. The beef and fish were very fresh. Pretty decent alcohol selection. I like the Becks non-alcoholic beer, I can always find it there. Great location in Pasadena. Very close to Huntington Hospital, which is also close to two freeways, the 134 West and 210 East.

Noticed a few post that caught my attention that I can definitely relate to! this one is in regards to the construction worker. treating our essential workers poorly, while they are risking their lives in hot zones to contribute to our communities by helping build America. what a shame, my family owns and runs a construction company. so I understand the risk that are involved, the long Laborious hours spent on jobs sites. The dangerous conditions dealt with on the daily, also known as job hazards, on top of that now having to deal with Covid-19 in the work areas.Since life has taken a dramatic change for us all.in the past year, I truly believe we should help each other not make things more difficult than they already are. I spend about 3-500 dollars a week on groceries for my family and I. And because this incident hit so close to home for me, I will now take my hard earned money elsewhere. where we will all be treated with respect and courtesy.

It doesn’t have the best selection compared to other Von’s I go to, but it is the only one, and supermarket of any kind in the area that’s open 24 hours. The employees are really nice and helpful, and there’s never a long line when you check out, because sometimes there’s only one or two other people there at 3 a.m.The only negative thing is that the selection could be better, but at least they’re always open.

Work construction at a nearby site. Stop by for things on my lunch break, usually 2 times a week. I get lunch at the deli counter ocassionaly. Most of the staff is great. Went intoday to grab a chicken sandwhich aroun 10am. They were out and informed us they moved the time they stock them to 11am because the construction workers were buying them all. They worker even asked us what time we take our lunch . We said 10am he responded good well keep putting them out at 11am.Ill take my buissness elsewhere

This used to be the the only 24 hour grocery store in Pasadena and probably the entire western San Gabriel Valley. Covid changed all that. But its a really good Vons with exceptionally nice people who work there. Located right next to the 710 fwy and across the street from Huntington Memorial. Its a big store with a lot of selection, the bakery puts out heavenly fresh baked French loaves and muffins every morning. They have recently installed self checkout.

This Vons is okay but it’s not open 24 hours. I think it is closed sometime between 2am and 5am bud I’m not sure exactly. Also, patrons here are highly disrespectful to people with disabilities. They park their motorcycles and carts in the blue no parking zones next to the disable parking spots.Serious action should be taken to curb the disregard for common sense and spelled out traffic laws. Driving legally through this parking lot often leads to near collisions as patrons treat driving here as a free for all raceway.

Nice store. Has a good meat selection although meats are pricey. Pretty nice produce section and bakery items too. Has a Starbucks inside. Most days the store (but not The Starbucks) is open 24 hours. Store is located across from Hungtington Hospital. Parking lot is often pretty crowded. I prefer The Vons on Colorado Blvd near Sierra Madre as they have a chicken wing bar, which this store does not.

Vons is still open 24hrs.Better to go in the morning when they stock up and its cleaner.Night time visits are sketchy because of the difference of crowd.Afternoon is still the worst time to go and the lines are longer but they are safer.Due to COVID-19 they have some changes but overall its still the same and well stock on different items. I like going to it because its close to the hospital and open 24hrs.Bathrooms are ok but are often dirty so use with caution. I would not let my kids go there and probably take them somewhere else to use the bathroom.They have a Starbucks thars open and semi fast but it does get busy in the morning and afternoons.

As with any grocery store, depending on time of day (weekends & 5pmish), this place turns into a madhouse of drunk monkeys aimlessly pushing cars around. Aside from that, the selection and prices are fair. They have a descent beer selection and an acceptable amount of fresh fruits and veg. The flower department is larger than most in similar stores and they have a good selection of florals to make your significant-other forgive you.

I found what I needed quickly. They had many yummy offerings in the bakery. The line was out if this world though. We waited in line for 15 minutes. So maybe can work on that. It was on a Saturday afternoon. Glad to see there was a Chase Bank ATMs next door. Popular raspado place down the way was poppin as well as the taco truck on Foothill Blvd in front, which only accepts cash or Venmo. Convenient location for a day out of eats & treats. Thank you.

I came here to collect some groceries for a neighbor; carefully selected her items and brought them to the cashier for check out. The grocery bagger put bread with a 64 oz bottle of juice and smashed the bread, cracked the eggs when he slammed a 12 pack of soda next to them in the cart, bagged grapes with a gallon milk container and smashed some grapes ... When I went to the customer service to complain about what had happened and that I wanted to replace the items, the two cusotmer service girls werent much help either. It seemed they couldnt have cared less but rather, made light of it. I did exchange the items out but, overall it was an unecessarily unpleasant run to the grocery store. Ill remember to bag my own groceries at this store next time.

Horrible..... cashiers are rude... One of them commented negatively about my tattoos in front of a line full of people .....i was super embarrassed, She made people laugh at me....😦 ...... another one wouldn’t give me a quarter rolls for my laundry and when I asked her why she said that she didn’t have any and that they’re not there to service peoples “laundry needs“ and laughed at me ....I moved from Whittier to South Pasadena 4 months ago and I’ve never experienced anything like this before?! I thought maybe it was just one but I’ve had multiple negative experiences there....there is always the one nice guy, but it shouldn’t be that way ........... working a very highly regarded profession but I guess you wouldn’t know by looking at me I was on my day off and I shouldn’t be treated like this .... Had the worst vons experience at this location from a cashier named Nadine. Found her at the register sitting on her ass on the plastic bag area. Didnt say a word to me so I say hi. She does not say anything after transaction is done. I end up saying thanks and bye to maybe let her know she hasnt said a word to me.It is funny that people act the way they look. What a dirty experience. If you hate your job quit you loser.

Vons delivery service is like a mine field, you never know how much they will charge. Once they charged $70 more then the calculation at order time (which was 50% over the bill) and, when I complained, they lowered it by $35, but still kept $35.
