Purchased online grocery order for pick up and received my purchase and noticed that one of the corns were cut open with a knife. I do not receive mangle money or collateral for murder on ANY purchases made online or in the store.

I love everything about this Vons location: store size-super huge, freshness of food-deli and refrigerated, variety of items (especially those that are hard to find in other grocery stores), customer service, and easy of checkout-self checkout is always a plus!!! Having a members card is a plus so that you can get the deals. Cant wait to return!

It is a standard vons grocery store. It is large in size with an average stock. The prices are not the best but also not the worst. Where this store lacks is in the cashiers there are never enough people on register, and there is always a line despite it being busy or not expect to wait.

The place is awesome. Huge, large selection of things I would not see a lot in other stores.The stars are for the bakery. They must not seen the Office with the episode of Dwight and Jim making a party for Kelly. It is your birthday. My daughters birthday cake is ruin. For shame.Edit: Went back and the manager was kind enough to fix it in 10-15 mins and free cookies for waiting. Thank you, Oscar.

I drive all the way from Pico Rivera because this Vons has such a great selection of foods my child has food allergies and I find all her products here, customer service was amazing, I visit every Sunday and I always go to the deli for fresh cut meat, never had a problem, until recently the past few weeks, the workers walk in and out as you wait for someone to help you they do not even acknowledge you to say they will be right with you, I worked in a very busy ralphs deli and I know how busy they get but at least acknowledge a wating customer today is the last day I come here, I waited 10 Minutes at the sandwich area no acknowledgement, meats and veggies, were out on counter, finally a women with glasses says from across the way the sandwich bar is closed its broken, you can get already made sandwiches in the cooler, I was upset because they made me wait just to say it was broken they had no sign up stating it was closed or broken, when I walk over to the sandwiches in the cooler they only had 1 sandwich that was dated with use by November 5, I walked out, I belive customer service is so important to keep people coming back.

WORST VONS EVER!! How could it be good when their Manager SAGE would rather customers leave unhappy. I was having trouble clipping my digital coupon and SAGE and the cashier Kassidy both denied helping me even though they knew we were attempting to clip it.He said they cant honor anything rudely and cared less if I left the store empty handed!!. So sad this is how they treat customers over a coupon that is advertised. What about the old folks that dont even know how to clip digital coupons?! A cold cold world we live in if everyone is like them. 🤦‍♀️

Love vons but the stores have been losing quality. Last time I was there all meats looked spoiled, Mozzarella Balls were swollen and ready to burst in the package from spoilage. Everything was in disarray. Staff walking around like zombies with food spilled on there clothes. It was just a bad experience. So Ill will shop elsewhere for a while till I see the quality of the store come back.

Vons was great! Always fully stocked, clean, and easy to get assistance when you need it. Ample parking too. The one thing that I have noticed is that on about 3 or 4 different occasions that Ive went there, someone was either about to shoplift, or being chased out of the store for shoplifting. But the scary thing that Ive noticed is that the regular employees have to deal with it like theyre some kind of armed guards or something. That is very scary! They should NOT have to do that. I cant imagine how awful it would be if they were hurt, or even worse, killed trying to play security guard. Believe it or not, there was even one time that I was cashing in some lottery scratchers when a guy had a basket FULL of Red Bull and was about to exit the store. The manager (Jannifer) literally asked if I could use theyre intercom to call the security guard who was not in front because she didnt want the shoplifter to hear Her call him, probably out of fear that he may come back and try and harm her. THIS SHOULD NOT BE THEIR JOB! Someone is gonna get hurt! I really feel for the employees who have to deal with this BS!

I walked in to Vons and walked up and down the bread aisle. Not sure how I caught the eye of a Clerk...he approached me and asked if I needed assistance, I said Yes! Im looking for the Ezequiel bread. Hes like its in the freezer section, which one do you want? I dont know, what kind do you have? He brought three different kinds and I chose the sesame one. Ill definitely be back for the outstanding customer service.

Needed to go inside of Vons, very well kept up, shiney floors, beautiful produce if I dont say. I just needed to be there 5 min. while I was there I asked a couple questions and then got into line. everyone was helpful. The Cashier, I noticed he was there for years but looked so young and I told him so, i guess I embarassed him cause he blushed. Nice Store and kept very clean inside and out.

Love Vons! The produce is fresh and its always laid out the same so I always know where to find my stuff is! You dont realize how important that is but when youre in a hurry you just want to run in and grab what you want. They also have a great meat department. Their grass fed beef is one of my favorites.

I Love shopping at the Vons off of Woodruff n South street in Lakewood, its a large Vons, that use to be a Pavilions. Very Organized Store, the Checkers and Staff are great, and Starbucks is inside the Store !

I tell her I need to buy another money order and 10 cigarettes and she look down at the her cellphones to text another employee her supervisor and her supervisor stand behind me in my personal space. She thinks I have fake money, or because Im a Asain woman she can walk all over me and get away with it. If I was caucasian woman these employee wouldnt give me hard time.This has nothing to race but is the way they are treating and speaking to me and the way they refuse to be nice.Associate yells from where she was standing what do you need help with, I say money order, she didnt understand me so she yell what do you need help with!!! employee are so rude, she could me of come closer. The store is set up very nicely and well stocked. The customer service is very friendly. Subtracting 1 point because in their fresh beef selection, everytime I go, half of the meat on the shelf has already turned brown. Otherwise its a very nice store, especially the floral section / selection.

I had a birthday cake made for my daughter’s 13th birthday and let’s just say I was beyond disappointed. First the cake was a totally different looking cake from the one I was shown as a sample. Secondly the cake was super stale!!! The cake was uneven with drags all over the decorations 😡 I was so upset but didn’t have time to get another cake!!! Lessons learned, never again Vons!!!

My go-to store!Its now 2020 and I love their Drive Up and Go service. If you are vulnerable, health wise, they can do the shopping for you. Order online, reserve a pickup time (usually a few hours) and let them know when you get to the park spot reserved for this service. I noticed that the vegetables and fruits seem to be fresher than those I get from the shelves. Thank you for service, Vons!

$5 Fridays!Pavilions, owned by Vons, is a more upscale supermarket. Fortunately, sale prices are good at both locations.The layout is easy to decipher and the entirety of the store is kept clean and neat. A pharmacy, deli, butcher, Starbucks and fresh sushi are on hand to make a one stop shop experience.What brings me in are $5 Fridays. From chicken wings to meatloaf, many a deal are to be had for just $5. Another enticement is clearance diving for any good finds I may spot. Great for finding dinner!Service has been good. The deli employees are really great with gathering up what I need. Parking is in a private lot, shared by Rite Aid and other businesses.Pavilions is a great place to fulfill your grocery needs. $5 Fridays are a great way to save & prices are competitive with other markets.Recommend!

This is one of the best grocery stores in the 562 area. I can be there at 11 am or 11pm and the only difference is the traffic. It is to be a Pavillions, so itsSuper Big, but its well organized, notlike another super store I know. Just hope it doesnt disappear, like the rest.

A fully stocked grocery store with a pharmacy, bakery, florist, and deli. There is also a Starbucks just inside the right-hand entrance so you can get your caffeine fix while you shop.The manager of the bakery can be a bit brusque in how she speaks. She is not quite rude but is also not entirely open and welcoming. Their products are good but if a pleasant human interaction is important to your bakery experience you might wish to get your baked goods elsewhere.

Horrible experience here when the cashier charged me for the wrong item and tried to return it or exchange it I should say cause I just wanted what I originally had asked to be rung up for but gave me the worst experience by not helping me do the exchange or return and just left me with an item I didnt want. Manager was sympathetic and just not being friendly or caring about my situation when I explained it was out of my control nor was I responsible for this mistake made on my purchase when the employee who charged me was the one responsible for charging me the incorrect item asked. It was just a whole big complicated mess where I left unsatisfied and very unhappy with my purchase and wasnt very helpful either when it came down to my situation. Horrible way to leave a local customer without any help or any repercussions to support me. Felt terrible and as if I did this to myself without even doing anything at all. A and situation left unresolved for me and left me feeling so cheated and unsatisfied without a doubt

The pharmacist tech Sylvia is always rude, never approached me, the person waiting behind me was wondering, too, if she was going to be helped since she was just talking to the other pharmacist without even acknowledging us or saying at least Ill be right with you. She make me wait 1 hour today over a 20 minute wait to tell me my order was not ready. I told her she couldve told me that or called me but she never did, instead she started yelling at me and tell me there was no other option than that...when I turned around there was a line again. Terrible customer service, she couldve just be polite and save my time.

The employees are friendly here. I am not good about ad shopping or cutting coupons, so I cant honestly say how the prices compare, but I like a clean store that has all of my familys favorites. The convenience of having Rite Aid and Tuesday Morning in the same shopping center makes for one-stop shopping. The reason I dont do 5 stars is not the employees faults, its district offices that cut back on staff hours making it difficult to get anyone to help if you have a question or a return. In my days of working the grocery business, there was a customer service counter (that had someone always there) that helped with all of that. Now, you have to stand around waiting a long time for someone to come up and help you or you have to interrupt cashiers who are trying to help get lines down in the checkout lanes. Not good for customer service.

Arrive at the store at 830 am from the south entrance two ladies where taking down a table or putting up a table, I asked one of the ladies, where are the tortillas, she pointed towards the back of the store and said by the dairy department. Not every customer service rep, but a vast majority on them conform on occasions. Its funny writing a review for a grocery store... its so everyday and common that I didnt think it needed a review. But like restaurants and other service industries, the people need to know what to expect when they glide past the sliding doors! Since this is a Pavillions (an extra posh version of a Safeway or Vons), it includes a Starbucks, a full bakery, a full deli, a full butcher, a full florist, and a sushi chef! Its got everything! The cashiers are all really friendly and they always have plenty of courtesy clerks available to help find anything. Its a big store so they have a lot of options on the shelves that the smaller stores dont have. VERY large alcohol selection.

Stopped by for soup this morning and was told it would be ready in 30 to 45 minutes. Hung around and came back well over an hour and saw that the soup bar was still not stocked. High expectations was met with non-delivery of a service. My rating is really no stars.

The security guard followed me around the store. Then asked for my receipt on the way out. Never have I ever been asked for a receipt leaving a store except for Wallmart. Thanks for harassing me while Im grocery shopping VONS! NO LONGER COMFORTABLE SHOPPING THERE.

I love vons..I was sad they were out of dandelion today for my tortoises but they always have so many great things from fruit to bakery to meat to jello and soups..almost forgot...icecream and popsicles. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. My mom Kathy Olivos shopped at the vons on woodruff and carson she used to have groceries delivered when she was too sick... love that vons too.
