Employees, over the last few months have consistently been becoming more unproductive and condescending when it comes to their work. They seem to be bothered by simple questions as if it was a personal insult at times. Makes me wonder if the manager here is unaware of this or simply doesn’t care enough to fix this due to most of the staff being their for a significant amount of years. Hope to see improvement of the quality of this store and the attitudes of the workers. If not, I’ll personally start documenting these interactions with proof of the incompetence of this store so that some real action may be taken so that I and fellow community members can enjoy going to this store without fear of a lazy employee ruining our day.

Id give it like a good 4/5 just cause the Starbucks ladies are mostly nice in the mornings and the other employees. They definitely work very hard to make the place tidy and inviting, the bakery is always stocked up but doesn’t seem like it’s fresh daily. I put a star down cause I have had a gal employee be somewhat rude at the self checkout, I was on the phone and using Apple Pay and she rudely told me to press finish and pay (you don’t have to press it until after you use your phone) and was snarky when I paid first.Anywayyy y’all’s spicy mayo on the sushi isn’t spicy. Why’s it like $3 more dollars?

I love coming here when Im in a hurry and need to get in and out. Their prices are a bit higher than most around here, but it beats the chaos when u just need a couple of things. Having a starbucks doesnt hurt, especially if Im making a morning trip..

I have shopped at this Vons location 3x a week for about 2 years. I am disappointed with my experience today trying to purchase alcohol. I had left my CA driver’s license at home. I gave the cashier supervisor 2 types of government ID and a picture of my passport, and he still refused to sell me alcohol. My employee has also had trouble on multiple occasions using his Montana ID at this Vons. Although the staff are sticklers when it comes to the “good stuff”, this store has a great selection of grocery products. Lots of organic and low sugar options available here. They often have good deals on meats too. See you next time, Vons!

This stores badly needed infrastructure upgrade is basically complete and from what I can tell well worth the money. It doesnt smell like something died in there any longer. which can be expected from a store of that age. really that was my only criticism staff is always been helpful and kind considering its not a giant store it still has a large selection of items with variety between brands with the same items. They also have quite a good clearance section for us cheap skates. Lol

The waiter was very slow got things wrong and didnt come back with condiments so I had to get up and go to the bar and ask for myself and remind him of the proper things to bring they werent busy at all probably three tables and not only did he not bring the condiments he gave me the wrong ingredients on a salad I told him no cucumbers and it was cucumbers on it and the wrong dressing completely and didnt pay attention to my water and didnt bring horseradish sweet for my iced tea everything that I asked for the steak was good the baked potato was good my friends french fries were cold I had to get up twice and go to the bar for condiments.

This Vons is very clean and very organized. The atmosphere as far as the employees is alright. They seem very polite and friendly. This visit was at one in the morning so it was pretty quiet and empty. I didnt feel like I was being stalked to death by loss prevention. I dont know if they are there to be honest which is how it should be if they are doing their job correctly. Will be returning to this store in the future.

Like most grocery stores these days, there were a lot of empty shelves and you can expect that you wont find everything on your list. I also had a bit of trouble ordering from the deli, as the one clerk behind the counter was rather impatient and irritable whilst complaigning that he/she hadnt had lunch yet. On the positive side, the clerks who were stocking items were quite helpful when I asked where a particular item was located.

I like this store. The staff are really nice and very helpful. Specials and sales have some great values. But why go to this location? The staff!Staff were all masked. Not all the patrons, but most kept their distance.Contrast this to Albertsons on Bolsa Chica and Heil. Same sales ads and prices but I loath going in that store even though its much closer. Why? Half the staff arent masked and theres a negative vibe. Most of the patrons arent masked either. The store has a smell to it. Hard to place but it feels unclean and stale. Just miserable like the staff appear to be.So I drive 5 or so minutes more for a cleaner store that smells fresh and faces covered with masks. Their eyes and attitude give away the hidden smiles and Im smiling too by the time I leave.Groceries are getting very expensive and shopping with Covid concerns makes it even more stressful. This Vons is edged out a bit by the Ralphs on Warner near Bolsa Chica, but they are the two best in this Google Guides opinion!

Its a vons, if youve been to one youve been to them all. They are overpriced even with current inflation but they have good sales if you use the app. The store was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. I like that they offer rain checks even on the Friday sales.

This Vons has a Starbucks inside which I find pretty cool. I wont comment on the Starbucks but the store itself is very clean and well organized. Very helpful staff who helped us pick out some flowers we needed for a customer whos cat passed.

Worst customer service ever! Team of mangers need to start customer service training from scratch. I don’t know if you don’t want to do western union why you keep it opened for customers?!One of the mangers told me we get one dollar from western union transaction, I asked so if the customer buys a pice of candy, you tell him/her no we are not going to sell it; because we make few cents!Very strange mangers faces, look like they just waked up!I prefer to do all my shopping from Ralph instead of seeing these faces

Ordinary grocery store, looks better than it did back in 1998 when I worked their as a teenager, doing GM graveyard shifts at 16, handling the bailer and all no problem, not a single complaint from me. Up until the store gm decided to step back away from the urinal one morning as I was adjusting my tie in the rear employees restroom and demanded that I clean up his piss of the floor... Nope. Not to my surprise the next day I was terminated without reason. Times sure have changed these days and well, yeah... Three stars is a blessing coming from me.

I love this Vons. They have a good selection of products. Theyll have many items that you probably wont find at the Ralphs or Albertsons. The staff and management are top notch and on the ball. I just wish their selections and choices in the organic produce section were fresher e.g. better looking broccoli, asparagus, carrots, apples.

I have been shopping at this store for over 10 years and I always thought it was the best store but lately it has gone down hill theres less and less employees available. you have to wait for a long time at the deli and at the bakery for service and the choices of cooked deli food is down to fried chicken wings and chicken tenders the deli keeps offering less and less variety. as a busy mom I like to get some pre cooked food to make easy meals and now they arent any choices. And than there is the staff or the lack of they have downsized employees so the lines are long. today I was there and we waited a long time until the manager opened a register to move the lines along she helped us but was very rude she maybe didnt help customer enough to keep up her customer skills. It was ok. Not my usual Vons, but this one is a little closer to where I live. I went in for one item and came out with more. It was because they launched this thing with an app and made grocery prices cheaper. Unfortunately, the person checking me out couldnt figure out why the promotions werent working, so I ended up not purchasing everything in my basket. It was recommended that I call customer service instead which was fine, but she missed out on at least a $50 additional sale for not being able to price the items as posted. The location has a lot of parking, but very random stores in the plaza. I probably will go to the Vons a little farther down the way, the staff is a little more friendlier and helpful.

Not too large of a super market. There are a lot of senior complexes within walking distance, so they get a little exercise as well. Also, Vons has a courtesy deal that the seniors can use their shopping carts to bring home their groceries and the carts are picked up the next day
