Great market. They have almost everything, including high-end liquor up to $800 and even high-end wine and champagne. They have a fantastic bakery in store and a great meat department. All of the employees are very friendly and extremely helpful with anything you may need. All three stores in my town operate exactly the same as the other stores.

Vons on Tapo Canyon is a nice local supermarket chain here in Simi Valley. This Vons is my preferred grocery when I need to run in for a few quick essentials. The store is always clean and the employees are always helpful. If your into Starbucks they have one right inside the entrance which is great for those who just want a quick cup of joe. The flower portion of the store is always full of fresh cut flower arrangements and priced well compared to what you find at a florist. There’s also a Pharmacy in this store which is also helpful. If your in a rush use the self checkout stations. Overall clean safe environment to shop for groceries.

This Vons is horrible; especially when it comes to both their App deals and honoring their advertisements! I say a big “Buyer Beware”!!In regard to their app deals, over the past several visits there has been screwups ranging from $7 to $20. Fortunately, I checked every receipt and go to their Customer Service for refunds. They always give me the proper refund, but I wonder how many others are ripped off customers hundred thousand dollars per month. They always just blame the app.In regard to Advertisement, it is often that they run short on their sales items. So, you have to get a rain check. However lately they’ve been saying if it’s a “Just 4 U Deal” product, they cannot give out any rain checks. I know they have given me rain checks for these many times in the past. Today, they refused to do it again; for Planter’s Peanuts that are normally $3.99 but were supposed to be on sale for $0.97. I think this is false advertising, as I never have seen a written policy on it. In any case it is highly misleading!Lastly, the store is pretty filthy and seems to be further declining ever since it changed from Pavilions.

I decided to drive a few extra miles to this location after doing some research on the availability of a specific type of wine blend. I was a bit disappointed to find that they really didnt have what I needed in spite the fact that Google search along with the brand referral stated that they sold it. Better luck next time I guess.. 😏

My daughters birthday was this past Monday 9/6/21. We always get our cakes from here. Never are they just your “average” cake. The cake decorator is absolutely amazing! I never make her job easy by my special request. We asked for a two-tier watermelon cake. It’s was perfect!!! My daughter was beyond happy and everyone was impressed!! I highly highly recommend her!!

Best customer service ive ever received. I had two workers in produce ask me if I needed any help, and felt very welcome.. Found everything very easily. I checked out with cashier naleah who has rung me up several times. she is always so kind and social, easy transactions every time, wonderful customer service. shes always happy to be ringing me up and makes me feel welcome. again, great customer service. amazing store. Clean, well stocked. Fruits and vegetables fresh and offered organic and otherwise. Meats and fish look good and there is a good choice of frozen foods and there is a well stocked deli. Staff are pleasant and service is prompt and hours convenient. Parking is good as is access. Times lve shopped there have been a good experience and food quality has been as good or better than other venues. Prices are in line and sales are weekly. Brand products and proprietary goods are available.

Very clean, organized and stocked up everywhere. All the employees were friendly to each other and customers. When I shopped 10-11am on a Friday a lot of the employees were around stocking up the isles. It wasnt very busy around this time maybe 30 of us shopping and about 3 cashiers working. The old lady at the register was kind and the lines moved fast enough. There is also self checkout, bakery, gift section and fresh veggies. Will keep shopping at this Vons!

Its a good Vons with a Starbucks.If you havent downloaded the Vons app you should. There are extra coupons in there that you wont find anywhere else. Once you clip it to your account it will be applied at checkout.They even have coupons for the Starbucks in store.Looking for a more expensive shopping experience this is your place.

This place although a good store to get the things you need is actually very bad when you look at it from perspective . From countless inspections and many times of going to the store due to its close proximity I’ve noticed that the customers and a few employees do not wash their hands and here they are touching are produce,bags, carts etc…now we can’t control our customers but we can control our employees. Recently I have noticed that there are people coming and going from working at the store some people have gotten new job offers and some say they just don’t like working there wether it’s dealing with the occasional bad attitude customer or their manager or supervisor. Now if you go over some of the bad reviews you will notice that some of them repeat things such as unhappy employees and long lines. Half the time when the store gets crowded it’s surprising to see employees if the office just catching up with a former employee rather than helping upfront. As for the unhappy employees? Work is supposed to be work just like how school is gonna be school but even with school teachers find new and innovated ways to keep the students engaged in the learning so why can’t we have that same type of ideal for work you’ll notice if you stay around long enough that someone will talk to an employee to go do something and it’s almost never appreciated or asked nicely. Another thing people have been complaining about is The prices are a bit high and if you want to lower it just a bit you can sign up for just for you but if you’re and new customer and want to sign up it takes forever because of its poor internet connection in the store and people will wait if they can save money and you’ll see how courtesy clerks or managers/supervisors blow them off after awhile cause they don’t really care. The store also used to close its doors at 10:57 cause they want to get everything ready so they can prepare to go home on time and would turn down customers if they wanted something …Anyways there’s too much to unpack about this store and it’s faults but definitely won’t be coming back here

Very disappointed. I am partially disabled from a car accident and I use the electric carts. They only had 1 cart by the door as the are using 1 door as entrance only and 1 as exit only. The cart did not even make it around the store once and died in the produce department. I gathered a few things from my selections and checked out. Leaving the reminder of what I had already chosen and the cart where it died. I have been without power for over 24 hours and was just trying to grab a few things in case I have to continue with no power for a longer time. I feel this was a terrible waste of time. I have other things to do. With the reduced amount of people out because of the lockdown would it really be so difficult to keep 2 handicapped carts charged for use. There are plenty of other businesses that want my business and are willing to do nominal upkeep for me to be able to shop at their establishments. I will be going to them from now on!

This is a Nice Vons. Used to be a Pavilions store. Very clean and well-stocked. Nice meat department, and large produce selection. They offer self checkout and there is also a Starbucks inside the market.

Service was great! It was very busy but everyone was taking distance and they were keeping everything clean. By the registers was very organized and marked 6 feet apart stickers on the floor.one side for entrance only and another for exit only to avoid close contact between customers

My girlfriend was in the restroom and a male employee popped their head in the restroom without knocking and asked if someone was in there. She replied by saying yes and he said okay sorry but then proceeded to wait outside the restroom for whatever reason (no cleaning products in hand and definitely no social distancing) right in front of the door and it scared her a lot. They need to be trained better this does not make it feel like a safe environment (especially for a woman). No man should be waiting outside any female restroom for any reason. I probably will not be back even though we liked your store and its sad. Also, when walking by the lunch room where workers eat someone jumped out with no mask thinking it was another employee and acting like a complete child.

Its open till 12.00 midnight and its packed with a wide verity to chose from. its feels different than other grocery store do to ware its located, a nice shopping center not an old one so your experience there in my opinion is a great one.prices fair. As for as I can tell wouldnt matter anyway I like it for all of what I have told you and if you really need to save a dollar just that go wait in the long lines at the dollars store on tape you will save there if you have a lot of time

I only shop here if I absolutely have to! The isles were full of boxes so you couldnt get through if someone was coming the other way! Only one check stand open besides the quick check and the checker couldnt have gotten slower! Cant even get the current People magazine! For some reason, Vons decided to be a week behind the other stores when stocking magazines. I shop Stater Bros for my weekly groceries even though I have to drive 8 miles further than Vons!

Horrible customer service here. Every cashier that I have encountered here was rude, very rude. No Hello, how are you? Thank you goodbye. Have a good day. I dont know if I catch them on a bad day but this was my experience. One of the ladys was Kathy and the other one was old, a little extra weight with glasses. I will never go back here again.

Excellent quality of merchandise and service. When my family first came here to the USA from the Philippines, VONS was the very first supermarket that my uncle and Aunt took us to go shopping. We especially loved the bakery department and all the fresh bread they just cooked. The fresh baked bread air permeated throughout the store.

This vons is SOOOOO amazing and clean and gives the best service!!!! Especially Jackson in the flower section he is so sweet and so helpful. Though the young girl Jacqueline with blondish hair is very rude and very repulsive in her speech to coworkers to the point where customer’s (me) can hear it form the other side of the flower section. But Jackson is very polite and always complimenting!!! I think he make the best arrangements out of the other 2 girls that work there. Made my arrangement so beautifully. Will always come back for more!!!

Have shopped at this Vons (Pavillions) for 10+ yrs. It has remained consistently a good store. The only thing that I wish to see improved is the veg/produce section. I do think it is better than most others out here but they should maybe reduce products that dont really sell and focus on turning over those items that do sell but not as fast. Salads in a bag esp! Disappointing when I will go thru 3 rows of a certain type (i.e. Ceasar Salad mix) and they ALL look unfresh, brown or wilted. Also, wouldnt hurt to do a few more price reductions. :) Other than that, I love it!

This is the best grocery store in town. They have a great selection, a really nice layout and important for me personally: they have great oatmeal cookies, they have my favorite Power Bars and they have USDA Prime meats like tri-tip and different steak cuts.It also has a pharmacy, a Starbucks and even a bank inside.

I like this Vons more now than when it was Pavilions. They did a nice job on the remodel a couple of years ago. It is the closest grocery store to my house so where I usually go. The staff I always find helpful. Overall the only area Im usually disappointed in is the produce. They have some nice offerings of tropical fruits and such but often the vegetables are a bit beat up and in poor shape, bruised and such. I have much better luck with the fruit than with the vegetables. Beside that, a convenient, go-to supermarket with helpful and friendly staff in my experience.

I get to Starbucks only for desperation when no time to brew my coffee as every morning and Finally I found the Barista in this location that knows how to make real cappuccino like we do in Italy. He actually knows how to frost perfect cream from milk ( vulgarly foam) nicely blended on right temperature espresso instead that typical Luxury Bath Foam usually splattered on top of 200 ° burned coffee. The store is very good. We shop here frequently. Close to the freeway easy access to parking lot. They are cousin to a Vons grocery store. One thing we learned recently though is that the flyers for Vons dont match up with the sales at Pavilions so just a word to the why is regarding that.

I would call and ask of they got any in and when I do come in after they said its in someone else tells me no we are out we can order some it just going b 3 days later. This used to be my regular market, but stopped when produce got bad, clerks got rude and they stopped carrying the ice with the three individual bags inside and went with a different vendor with just the 20 lbs. bag.
