Your cashier- Keith is very rude. On two accounts I greeted him when he was behind the till- both times, he ignored me. Today, I made sure I said hello loud enough, again he ignored me. The bag gentleman greeted me back, as obviously he knew about Keith’s behavior. If Keith doesn’t want to be in that position and wants to be rude to customers when they initiate the acknowledgement and he gives them silence, I believe you should remove him from that position.We do not need people to think Riveria place is unfriendly.Your store doesn’t accept Apple Pay, yet there is picture of Apple Pay logo on the car machine?I had to fetch my card from the card …Keith rudely yelled at me “why you still here, go get your card!”Disappointment service!

I was paying for my groceries when the cashier pointed out the window, and said to the 2 bagger guys, that girl just walked out with a cart fill of stuff.When I asked why one of them didn’t go out and stop her, they said, “not me”.So you and I are paying for the blatant theft with no attempt to stop it, report it, or even block her from stealing there again!Disgusting business practice.

Do not go here if youre buying ingredients for a Mexican dish. They only have ONE type of Mexican cheese (which is out of stock 90% of the time), they do not carry crema, conchitas, bagged herbs/spices, dried peppers, etc. Go to Ralphs around the corner instead. They have it all.

Parking can be tough. Not a lot of organic produce selection. Also, there are rarely checkers available. I had to use the self check out lane because there were no checkers and then I needed some assistance looking up an item. The response from the self check out attendant when I couldn’t find the item and need help was, “this is self check out so you do it on your own.”

Available parking on the side but not a big strip mall. A smaller store but it is well stocked, employees very nice. Get rewards, $ off, groceries when you join their U rewards program .

Took me 30 minutes to find 4 things for groceries because nothing is in the designated isles. Mio was in breakfast when its meant to be in the drink section. Olives were in the condiments sections instead of the canned vegetables. Im severely sick and cant walk around an entire store to search for items that are meant to be in their proper isles. Luckily I left before I ended up vomiting just outside of the parking lot. Atleast the employees are nice.

Everything in one store. Produce is good, beer is cold. Prices are high, but the membership discount makes up for it. Location is very convenient. Store appeared very clean and well organised, staff are friendly and helpful.

This is my local Vons. It is also one of many stops shopping for other locals through Instacart. Store clerks here are angry with Instacart shoppers. Here when I am insta-shopping the Store manager follows me around. Theres a produce clerk who gets frustrated when I ask where stuff is and others dont bother asking if we need to find something.The merchandise is being purchased, there is volume turnaround, less clutter, and less shrinkage from too many people in the store.Instead of getting with the new way, they wish to be ignorant then angry because they werent informed sooner.

Always clean and friendly customer service, except for this one time we had a huge case of bottled water I have a bad back as well as my friend and we needed help with the carry out, the gentleman that was called to help us walked the water outside and just threw it in the backseat and gave us the stink eye... This is a smaller store with easy access to the lot from the street. There is limited parking close to the store entrance (deduct a star). The busy store was well-stocked and clean.

VERY LONG LINES!!!!!!!!!! They have never once in 2+ years enforced their 3s a Crowd Policy- very, very long lines, rude employees, poor parking. AVOID! The 4 and 5 star reviews are obviously from the union and their lazy and rude employees. One of the worst VONS in California.
