I shopped at 1133 am on May 12, 2024 and I purchased T-Bone Steak that stated on the package, packed on May 11th, sell through May 15th. I unpacked the meat and it was Brown! I called the store and the store director, Valente Valencia said that meat always turns brown when one piece of meat touches each other. This is absurd!

Fresh, fresh & FRESH! They had a large selection of pre-cut fruit. The deli was a little thin with most things being sold out. I did get the last rotisserie chicken and it was delicious. I use the self check out, and the clerk was on hand to be helpful. I highly recommend this store.

I arrived around 7:30 pm and it was relatively quiet.This Vons is not too big or small, I think the size is just right for a small family or singles. Maybe because it is late, some of the veggies are not refilled yet. I guess I have to come earlier next time.Some of the bagged potatoes already have sprouts and I think it starts to be poisonous. It seems no one is checking and I got something else instead. I also did not find yoghurt starter here. I have searched many places and it seems so hard to find. However, yeast os on sale and I got some to play with it. I also got bean sprout here. Not from Ralph’s or other places. They do have this.Steak is on sale for $6.99 per lb, which ks better than CostCo. I got some for myself and my boy. When they are on sale, it is a good deal here and you don’t have to buy in bulk.Ryan is helpful at cashier check out. But the cart has alarm that triggers the system when you walk out. I don’t know the design and why, but the young boy says each time they have to manually disable the system to let people walk out with cart. Because people steal carts, he says. But all carts are in the parking lot and we have to bring it in. When we walk out, we have to wait? Kinda funny. And the carts are kinda of far from entrance as well.The parking lot sign is not too clear also. People may take wrong way to enter or exit at night when it is dark.But overall, they have abundant selections and people are doing their jobs well.

I like their Signature Brand foods.Their organic brand is very good also.The prices are excellent.I always get the pre cut fruit.They just updated the store.All new refrigerators new flooring.New deli set up.Better than very clean and organized.The employees are very helpful.

The store itself is fine. Most to all the staff are friendly and helpful. Stuff is 85% in stock at most times.The reason for docking 1 1/2 stars to 2 stars.1) Many customers (but not all) are rude and inconsiderate. Some will push by you with or without a cart and they won’t say anything. Others will block the whole aisle and if you say something they will ignore you or look at you with a disgusted look.2) After 5pm or 6pm and sometimes before 9am the flower department has no one on duty. Myself a few times and other customers on multiple occasions wanted to buy some flowers (especially behind the counter) and there’s no one out there at those specific times. Even going into the store to see if someone would help and they don’t feel like coming out to help. Would be great to have an extra couple of employees in the flower department from opening to 9-10am and from 5-6pm until closing or have someone that is standing around inside come out and help for a minute. The staff that’s normally in the flower department during the day are nice and friendly which is great and give them an A+++.

The staff is always friendly and provides great customer service. I normally get the baked habanero chicken, but today I ordered the chicken artichoke sandwich with mustard. It’s delicious and perfectly baked.

Very clean and bright. Self checkout is great only if you are not buying wine/ beer. No idea why they cant have a clerk check id there for small purchases.

The service is wack, and the management needs training on services. I hate going to this location.. even though this location is one block from where I live, I usually go to Ralph on Cloverfield a couple of miles, which is quality service and a great atmosphere.

Check the meat I found this open nature uncured boneless ham steak dated use by August 6th and its September 9th nowMy favorite grocery store chain. The best union workers, when they had the scabs work during the strike the place was filthy and disgusting.Great flowers as you enter and nice deli and very friendly!!

I am updating my previous review and raising my rating to them since they are very well practicing all the Covid -19 regulations.All employees are wearing masks, and carts and shopping baskets are getting cleaned and sanitized. The lines are moving much quicker now. You have to wait for the cashier to call you, and sometimes there is a person who is managing the bar.All the employees here are excellent except for the guy at the meat counter. I asked him for one pound of salmon fish, but he refused service, saying I could get it pre-packed from the open-air refrigeration (those units lacking doors).The same thing happened to my husband with the same employee. He refused to do his job and cut some fish for us.
