Went to this Von’s today,Customer service was a complete joke, visited the deli for chicken, the girl behind the counter acted like I was bothering her and both girls didn’t even know where the fresh tortilla chips were located in their own store.The checker was just okay, and the kid bagging groceries named Doug (which BTW I started bagging myself before he showed up) completely ignored me when I spoke to him, until I said his name. I guess he thought the mask he was wearing made him invisible?Only plus to this store is it is neat and not crowded, probably because of the high prices and lack of customer service!

Have my pharmacy here and love the people who take care of us. Also easy to find all your needs for groceries as well. A real time saver and very nice employees

There was only 1 cashier in the store, 10 people. With the margins Vinson enjoys, they can do better. Its not even safe to only have 2 employees in the store

This is a good grocery store, though it is slightly smaller than its sister store, Albertsons, on Foothill Blvd. So, they are more likely to be out of some of the things I like. Kristin, an evening manager, is one of the best employees. When she is there, things within her control run smoothly. Unfortunately the staffing levels seem out of her control, so most of the staff leave around 7 or so, four hours before closing time. Somewhere around that time, the number of open registers drops to one. By 8 or so, the one cashier has to do their own bagging.Another good staff member is Samuel. He was working on an aisle when I was unable to find an item. He tried to help me find it, but was unable and admitted he was new. The way he stood out was, he told me he would find out what aisle the item was on, and look for me to let me know. When he saw me up front he did so. This is beyond what most workers would usually do and I am grateful. Beyond Kristin and Samuel the rest of the staff members are very pleasant and helpful. However, there seems to be some real bare-bones scheduling at work at times during the day. Tonight there was one register I could see open when I first arrived at about 5:40 p.m. By 6 there were two, but there were were at least 7 people in each line. There were no announcements for staff members to come up front to open another register until after Kristin clocked in. The lines stretched into the product aisles. It had been this was for quite a while before Kristin was able to help get it cleared up. This is pretty typical of the way the store runs during the day. Im grateful that they have bathrooms without codes at this store, however, the mens room is often completely out of paper. Theres no sign that someone wasted a bunch, it just seems that staff dont stock the restroom regularly. Maybe they do it every couple of days or so? Given that the restroom checklist near the door always seems to have a bunch of checkmarks on it, indicating regular checks were made throughout the day, I wonder why no one bothered to check the paper. They do keep the restroom clean, so thats good. In general, this is a good store. It is kept neat and clean and has a pretty good variety.

Always has great variety, good lunch selections also. I shop there for quick and perfect gifts for any dinner host or last minute invites.

Best meats in town. Ribeyes never disappoint from here. If youre looking for quality then this the store come to. Fruits and vegetables are first class store is clean and well stocked. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Theres nothing like waiting 20 minutes in line at 9 at night when youre just trying to get daipers for the baby. The only thing that could make that be process enjoyable is having the Vons worker (who proclaims she refuses to help her Coworkers with the long lines because she already worked her 8 hours) cuts in front of you when a new line opens up. But definitely, the best part of my visit was when said Vons employee chatted up her said coworkers, making you wait even longer. Awesome!

Its pretty good store and weve decided to buy the deal that was buy two get three free on sodas...not bad even though its almost nine dollars each...for total of twenty-two dollars after CRV and taxes!
