There is a worker named Tony or Johnny. Doesn’t wear glasses think he is Hispanic. He was working the freezer on Aile 5. This was at 9:35pm last night. Very rude, unhinged is best way to describe him. I asked him for help to find a product he said I was bothering him and proceeded to lecture me. I shop here all the time and I remember once a woman called him a racist as I was shopping there and I didn’t think much of it. But now I believe there is fire underneath that smoke.or maybe he was hungry or hadn’t had a break but there is still no excuse. If you don’t want to help shoppers or customers please go and work in a warehouse.Amazon is always hiring. Or say I am quite busy we will ask those that can help us. A lot of shoppers complain about him and his rudeness. The other employees are very sweet especially day shift but him he is trouble .vons should not be hiring colorists or misogynistic people

I love shopping here. Employees are so kind and they get so excited when I say hi. Makes my day❤️Store Manager is very kind always saying hi to me. No complaints I love it. I drive almost 4 miles a day just to go here each day.

Worst place ever to go shopping for groceries.. seems to me off the top that they. Racially profile you the minute u walk in the store.. and from the time I walked in until the time I walked out I was being fallow though out the hole store which made my shipping nerve wrecking and would not recommend this to for shoppers with tattoos or people of color such as my self! 💯💯💯💯 only positive thing to say is that this lady in the picture. MAKES SOME BOMB SANDWICHES 💯💯💯💯💯👍👍THE CHICKEN STRIP HOFIE IVE EVER ATE!!! 💯👍💯💯👍REAL TALK !!!;

Shelves were basically empty. They were getting ready to stock. Police had to be called in cos someone had threatened to kill an employee. Floors were dirty. Parking lot was dirty. Only good thing is it’s open 24hrs, which is rare nowadays.

I like the store. My family goes there a lot since its a few blocks away BUT make sure they put everything you buy in your bags. I went one day and bought my dad a slim jim and they never put it in my bag. Today I went an the same exact thing happened. Make sure to check all of your bags because so far, thats like $10 total for things I never got

Great grocery store to visit. One of the few supermarkets that is open 24 hours. Excellent selection of produce, regular, organic and exotic. Great range of products. Keep in mind, even though its open 24/7, the bakery, deli and butcher sections are closed during the night.I usually stop by every now and then after work late night/early morning, and there are always employees restocking during that time. Friendly and helpful employees during that time. Only downside of being open 24 hours is that it attracts suspicious people between the hours of 2:00am-5:00am. They need to have a security guard available.

Employee had me leave the liquor aisle when I was struggling stressed to find the correct IPA beer item for an Uber Eats customer (original item sold out) and didnt have enough time to check for 1 more minute (closed at 2:00 a.m.). Then other employee cashier refused to check the price of the potential IPA beer replacement since refused to have me possibly buy it if Uber Eats customer wanted it since past 2:00 a.m. by 3 minutes. Wasnt told originally from aisle employee that cant buy it, just said have to leave aisle by 2:00 a.m. I wasted 3 minutes typing in the replacement liquor on the app, shouldve told me that cant buy it. Other bad reviews as well I see, makes sense. Abominations of human civilization zoo animals.

I want to like this place. Only complaints are- Please get all the displays out of the main aisles. Its so stupid to block half the aisle. Also to many employees are IN THE WAY with no regard for paying customers. They look at you like you are the problem. How about taking some of those employees that are continually in the way and talking amongst themselves to open up some more registers and ditch the self service lines

I ordered diapers and beer. Pick up orders have no designated parking. It’s a Wild West pick up order zone. Let them know where you’re at and pray you find them or they find you. I really had to pee but I had faith my order was coming. I waited 20 minutes for my order to come out. It would’ve been faster if I went inside and grabbed my items. I saw lots of people go in and come out with alcohol and self check out items.

I come here for the Sushi! They have freshly made sushi all day and its fairly priced! Also love the prepackaged fresh fruit! Really great selection of prepackaged meals. The Starbucks also has a great selection of cups
