My son is on the autism spectrum and loves self check outs. When we were at the store this morning there weren’t a lot of customers so he was so happy to get to look at all the self check outs. Veronica was so sweet to him. She was super busy getting all her opening duties done. She was explaining to him what she was doing and never made him feel like he was in the way. He doesn’t have many verbal words but kept saying happy over and over.

This Vons is hands down the cleanest and well stocked grocery store in existence. The aisles are perfectly stocked with everything in perfect order. The staff is friendly and willing to help you with anything. Special thanks to Bridgette, she was extraordinary friendly and helpful at our checkout this morning.

Nice clean store, the staff is really friendly and helpful, their sandwiches are good! Especially the chicken pesto one!Update: today when I went to the store I noticed there are gearing out for Christmas, they were a little busy but one thing I notice is the service was so great. They have a great selection of items right now for sale as well as the chicken strips that are great. This time I picked something different and I enjoyed it very much, not only the chicken strips were good but also they were fresh they just came out of the fryer. I didnt notice they have a bigger selection of wines and the prices are very reasonable. Theres sushi bar I may have a lot of new things, this Sushi is made there fresh everyday. Also I notice that they have a good Starbucks there they were busy. Theres a lot of items for sale or a cheaper price and regular all over the store you just have to take them and look. Theres room for wheelchair, the parking lot is free, are bathrooms at the store and theyre clean. I also notice if you go to the meat department smells a little funny but its really clean. If you have time to look all over the store you will be able to find a lot good different. I love this store!

For some reason, this location is out of everything all the time. The options, or lack thereof, are terrible, and to get the better prices, you have to download another app. Why cant you just get the displayed price? I will say that the workers do what they can and they seem happy, but Ive been told by them that the store policies tie their hands from being able to do anything.

I have been shopping at this store for over a year and a half, always hoping it would improve and always being disappointed. The exception of a few very nice people, most of the staff is sullen and rude, the store rarely looks clean, and there is almost never anyone manning the registers. The other morning, I asked if someone could check me out and was told to do it myself at the self check. When I pointed out that I had alcohol (a bottle of wine) and couls not check myseld out (thwir rule), the employee humph and, after several minutes of stalking, begrudgingly opened a lane.I think Im done with Vons.

I just bought from Vons, and the cashier just started her turn at 8:52 pm and she was disrespectful and didnt say hello or even say a word. I told her, are you talking or not? I told her why the debit machine isnt working. She just pointed with her hand where the card was. In order to buy things, this is not a good thing for Vons, and for customers as well. I asked her, “Can you speak?” She said yes, and with a disrespectful look.

THIS LOCATION IS DISGUSTING! I used to shop here all the time until I discovered a funky smell I didn’t think nothing of it I thought it would be one time thing then after shopping a few others times the smell would be at different parts of the store I asked a associate and he laughed and seemed to know what I was talking about I soon find out on my own when I go to self checkout and there was a worker ahead of me that he smelt like that smell Iv been smelling all along it was not something it was a walking person I saw him walk towards the deli worst part was he was actually working at that department he was not buying ham or cheese I saw him go in the kitchen myself!!!! THAT IS DISGUSTING to think that this guy is handleing peoples food and smelling like a garbage can. This man looks in bad shape he can barely get around the store! Shame on your vons for having this man working there when he has bad hygiene or a medical condition handling food. I will be sure to let my real state friends who shop there the siutation to not support this local grocery store!!! They don’t care about works or customers health!!! This man smells really really bad I can’t describe the smell.

Absolutely astonished with this local establishment. Clean eating area, respectful employees, and delicious burgers!!! I go here every other week for their double cheeseburgers, french fries, and milkshakes. Lines can take a while but I truly believe it’s worth it!!!

I came in today to buy a couple of things I was a little lost and for some reason that made it okay for a worker to harras me at the self check out and accuse me of stealing and snatched product out of my hand I didnt get a good name of the person but her name stared with an M maybe Marla or Maria who knows. You were very rude to me and Im pretty sure you even called security on me. Probably makes you feel a tough person judging people. I will make sure to call corporate and file a complain this behavior is unacceptable.

I witnessed the new security guard psychically assault a woman. Totally illegal in California and very scary. Vons owner please consider this problem.
