Awesome. I can cash my work check, scratchers, and get panda express or Starbucks. It gets jam packed during rush hour at the registers on occasion. The cashiers are pretty fast most of the time.

This Vons store is poorly laid out. Similar items, are on opposite sides of the store, separated largely, by produce. An employee affirmed the fact that other customers had expressed similar views on this issue.Unless your buying the Just-for-U items, this store is rather expensive, and so I conduct much of my grocery shopping elsewhere.This Vons Grocery Store, is convenient in terms of its location to other businesses I frequent within the Festival Shopping Center.The store appears to be clean and most of the time, appears to be well stocked.The store brands, are of above average quality, compared to like, name brand items.MOST of the employees I have encountered, perform the duties of their jobs, with the right attitude.Re-stage the store shelving, to make it more intuitive, (like a typical grocery store), and lower your prices, and I will adjust my business rating as well as amend this review.

I recently bought the sour dough bread from the bakery for the first time a few days ago. It’s delicious! I made a ham sandwich and also just warmed up a few slices with butter spread on top. The bakery chef has some skills! 🎉🎈🥁🎷

I am the former manager of this Starbucks and let me be real honest with you, AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! IT IS DISGUSTING! There are rats, ants and cockroaches littering the back rooms and crawling all over the products they sell you and management was aware and told us to keep serving the products anyway. I had to stop working there because ethically and morally it was wrong and I wouldn’t stand for it. DO NOT EAT OR DRINK HERE IT IS NOT SAFE!!! Also, it has been over a month since I last worked there and they are still refusing to pay me and are illegally holding onto my tips. DO NOT WORK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE FORCED INTO 12 HOUR DAYS, 7 DAYS A WEEK WITHOUT BREAKS OR A LUNCH. DON’T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY STEAL MONEY FROM THEIR EMPLOYEES AND REFUSE TO GIVE THEM THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY. Darlene and Shanell are the store managers and they are liars and thieves. Darlene had edited my time stamps multiple times to make it appear that I took a lunch even though I never did.

Recommend the bakery here. The baked goods they produce on site are very good, and very convenient. For years we would order the cupcake cake for our kids birthdays, and they were always a huge hit. They look just like a sheet cake, but pull apart as cupcakes, much easier than dealing with plates and forks for the little ones!

I was elated that finally a grocery store was just a hop, skip, and a jump from my new residence. I had no idea that unless I sell my identity (member), otherwise each price tag displays $1.00 / item incresse for non-members. Also, produce is hit or miss. Now I only go to avoid driving further.

Always spotless! I make dinner every week, for the last 9 years, for the men over at a sober living house for a Bible study. So Im always looking for the best buy in the main dish, that is the meat.. They not only have the best buy, but its great quality and the butchers are wonderful!

This is an ok, store. The bathrooms are also just ok. (A huge thing to me personally.) The produce is not the best when I have been there. That is why I choose Ralphs up the street. The employees are ok, but occasionally some just dont care. I think since it turned to a Vons, and no longer a Pavilions it changed. I know its the same company, but the service has changed. Overall an ok store, wide aisles, pretty displays, but... as I said, some employees just ignore you when you are asking for help. I only go for a specific sale item now.

They have the best precut fruits! And they have a large selection of Stonewall Kitchen items. Always clean, organized, and well stocked. Doesn’t hurt that there’s a Panda Express and Starbucks inside.

I came in for their rotisserie chicken which is delicious! I like that they put the time its cooked onto the packaging.I wanted to purchase a cantaloupe also but they just didnt look good at all which really surprised me as their produce is always top notch.The bakery didnt excite me this time... I wanted a single dessert serving but didnt see anything that appealed to me.Overall the deli has some of the nicest and friendliest people working there! I appreciate that a lot. 👌

Employees and location are terrific. Great GM. In my personal opinion, corporate big wigs made a mistake when they ditched Pavilions. I know it’s just a marketing decision but let’s face it, Pavilions just sounds better. Vons is great but a Pavilion sounds better!!!

The staff, ie checkers and baggers aren’t used to black people shopping in the store. They are exceptionally rude when interacting with them. I always say please thank you and they look at me like I have two heads. They seemed burdened when they have to bag my groceries. It’s like they feel like that roles should be reversed and I should be the hired help. I will no longer continue my weekly shopping at this location. I like to be valued where I spend my money. The staff should take a cultural diversity course as part of their onboarding when they hire on. Do better Vons.Sincerely,Disappointed POC

Nice market. I prefer Ralphs, but this is a close second. Good selection, pretty good in restocking, etc. I dropped one star because they never seen to have a lot of certain sodas, but their card discounts are stuff like must buy FIVE. This is obviously a corporate issue, so I really would give it a 4.5 if I could.

Good grocery store. Usually pretty well stocked. The prices arent the best and the lines can be a bit long but its close and convenient. Also nice that theres a Panda Express inside so you can get groceries and dinner at the same time. Also has a Starbucks inside as well.

This has to be the biggest Vons Ive ever been in along with an indoor Panda Express! My cashier had a constant smile (maybe he had had a little Cali herb 😂) and was super friendly ( must have been weed) .Will definitely shop at this Vons again - the store is HUGE!

James Batler, the supervisor on duty, was phenomenal. He took care of a complicated return situation so well that my mother and I have decided to make this our regular Vons even if we live half an hour away. He listened to my explanation with patience and treated me with respect. All the while, he also seemed genuinely happy to be working at Vons. It was very impressive and refreshing to see someone who truly cared about his job and the customers. James also has a contagious, hearty laughter!

Do not buy kale here, bought some for family dinner and it was infested with bugs, the store didnt rinse it because when we put it in water to soak it, we watching 100s of these little bugs soak in the water and crawl all over the kale was the creepiest thing Ive ever seen. I will never shop here again.

Pavilions is a good big size store. But as much as I hate to leave bad details in a review. I have to tell you guys check the expiration date on everything. Ive gotten expensive prepackaged meat cuts that have been expired for days, same story with milk gallons. Besides that its an Excellent store.

Came in to the parking lot and Rueben was gathering carts. He cut in front of our car then stopped and threw up his hands as if to challenge my wife that was driving, He did not see I was in the car. I exited the vehicle and asked him why he would do that to a customer and he told me I better watch where I’m going. After a few words he The went to we were speeding? We actually were stopped when he challenged her and in no way were speeding. He yelled at me and used words he should not be using. I was appalled that he would act this way so I went to his manager and he followed me in a confrontational manner and told me watch what happens. I found Harold, a supervisor, apparently a manager was not working on a Friday since they told me he was the only one there in charge. Sometimes they do this to keep their friends from getting in trouble. Harold, the Supervisor, not only did NOTHING, but when I was checking out he had Ruben on the only register for over 15 items. He not only did not get in trouble for his actions, he was promoted to cashier and I was being forced to check out with the very person that attacked us 5 minutes prior?!! We need to stand up in Anaheim Hills and demand better than this. I will also be going to my association regarding his behavior. We do not need to give our money to a store like this. My wife is 67 years old and was so traumatized by this event she will never go back to this store and we have been shopping here for over 6 years. Please watch yourself if you shop here or avoid it all together.

My go-to market near my house. Has everything youd want from name brand to off brand. Has a bank, butcher, deli, sandwich shop, Panda Express, and a Starbucks. Staff and friendly and attentive. Often has wine/liquor tastings for new drinks over by the well stocked alcohol section.

This is based off the online delivery only. The online ordering process has one major flaw and thats on the ability to edit/create a substitution list for certain items. The only options really given are same brand/different size same size/different brand etc. I order quite a bit of items based on diet and if you could make a little note it would probably help out five fold. For example, I order keto ice cream... not available so they sub with regular ice cream. Now I cannot return it during this pandemic and were stuck paying for something we cant have. Same went with todays order. I ordered zero sugar Gatorade... what does it get subbed with... regular Gatorade with loads of sugar. Now again, stuck with this item (in large quantity) that I cannot drink or return. I wish the ppl pulling the items would take two seconds and logically think about what they are subbing items out with. Very disappointed and I probably now will stop using the delivery service since Im just throwing money down the drain.

Years ago, when I still lived in Santa Ana, a young lad in my 20s I worked as a service plumber. This Pavilions was one of the clients. I did work there only once, but I remember it. Now, 20 years later I live in Anaheim Hills and I shop at this store all the time. I also remember driving by the hill upon which my house was built and stands today. It was just a little hill. Most of this area was just hills 20 years ago. You just never know, huh?I shop at this Pavilions 5 or 6 times a week. Im not a once-a-week grocery guy, I just get what I need on a daily basis. Hey, I dont know - it gets me out of the house.This store is huge and clean and well managed. All of the Pavilioners are very kind. They are quick with light conversation and they dont let tasks get in the way of offering outstanding customer service.The prices seem to me to be comparable to the Ralphs down the road. They might have a higher price on milk but Pav has a higher price on cereal. It all seems to balance out. Im not a super big math guy, though, so I cant say that even I would take my word for it.But, then - I wouldnt take my word for a lot of things. Most of life seems strangely subjective and surreal. Two different people, for example, may experience the exact same thing and both may describe it completely differently.I read reviews on Google Maps sometimes and there will be all good reviews except for one or two people who insist that a place is a one star establishment. See? How is that? The customer service just suddenly sucked for just that one or two people? Why? Why would that be?Our perceptions rule our world. But our perceptions are imperfect. They are easily skewed by emotion, mood, how your day is going, how much you may be paying attention, etc etc.There are just too many variables. The..Huh? What? Oh, the Pavilions review? Oh, you know - they coo.

I havent had a bad experience at Pavillons. It a bit pricey but its worth it. It could be a bit of a problem now as Bristol Farm has opened, as l use to do a lot of shopping when l lived in Irvine.Its even $$$ than Vons Mkt. Both are really nice places to purchase food and grab a snack, Starbucks Coffee, flowers, magazines, baked items.

I use to love shopping at this store. But after today I will never shop here again..... I was accused of stealing a bottle of alcohol when I had a cart full of groceries!!! The supervisor (women) screams down the aisle caught you on carmera!!!! I was like is she talking to me??? Comes over and said I was tucking the bottle. Yes, I tuck the bottle between the huge case of beer and chips!!! The way she handle it so unprofessional!!!! Because Im lesbian with short hair and tattoos does not make me a theif...Ron (manager) if this is how you train your supervisors then you need to train your staff!!

This is a very nice grocery store and pharmacy. It offers delivery or pickup of your groceries and has a beautiful bakery and produce section. The deli is also very nice. It’s always clean and the customer service is awesome.

The deli service at the Pavillions located in Anaheim Hills Festival is terrible. My latest experience is the deli person telling me they could not wait on me since they had some work item to do. This has happened before. Their work items are more important than serving the customers.
