This is the most unprofessional vons I have ever been to. The employees in the deli are the most incompetent, rudest people who do not do their jobs and ignore customers and then have the audacity to be belligerent to the customers. I will make sure everyone I know never shops here again.

The manager on duty was very helpful. I apologize I did not get her name. Blonde hair and on top of her job. Helped me with a few questions. Heavy cream for corn chowder. Thanks for the help. 😃

Worst experience I have ever had at this store. Self checkout cashier Ester is what she said her name was when I asked her (she was not wearing a badge) got in my face an had a full on argument with me when I asked for her name she stated You cannot make two purchases within one week and get the same deal. I told her I had not been in the store since the deal started and if I should try a different line? She gave me attitude and said it doesnt matter you already were here and used that number so no you cannot use it again. I walked away and she yells after me guess I will cancel this then. I went to the checkout line and didnt mention a thing and Jeffrey checked me out just fine.. I got the deal with the same club phone number. I was not rude to her and she left a bad taste in my mouth so I went to see what her name was. She got in my face and started arguing with me. I had to tell her twice to back up. I have never been in this type of experience at a stores. I let her know I was going to report her and she said I dont care. How can this happen at a store for no reason. It was like I was fighting with a lady at a bar or in the streets. Very unprofessional. How can she say I was there before. I guess she is psychic. I am sure I am not the 1st to experience this type of behavior from her. Today is 8/31 at 3:44 PM

Older store that has been around for decades. One of the cashiers is pretty rude and has complaints on various review site - try to avoid her lane if shes working. Usually shop at TJs and Sprouts when I can, but occasionally need to come here for stuff not carried at other stores. They will be moving to a new location once it is built sometime next year, so hopefully things will be better.

I had a delivery of water I got here at 4:30 and I asked them if they can unload me they told me about 5:20 . So 5:20 I went to the gate and Im hearing the receiver talking to the other worker talking about me Im the driver and theyre cussing saying that if you screw the driver and this is not acceptable I hope I can hear from the manager they should just told me at 7:00 and I do not appreciate that and Im hearing them talking about me and cussing this is not going to be acceptable

I visited vons yesterday the 27th for the second time by myself. I’m a 19 year old woman so doing things like going grocery shopping by yourself can be stressful. I entered vons through the door closest to CVS and realized they don’t have baskets by the door and it was mainly just flowers. So I walked past the isles and towards the other entrance to retrieve a cart from outside. As I passed the Starbucks (4:32 pm) a shorter middle aged lady stopped me, she was wearing various pink clothing and had a vons apron with a name tag. She touched my arm and said “Are you gonna pay for your stuff?” This caught me really off guard because I was already nervous to be at vons to begin with. I told her that I came in through the other door and I hadn’t grabbed any items yet but I needed a cart. She stared at me for a second and started rambling about how she was sent up here. I asked her for clarification and said “You said I was stealing?” She then ran off without apologizing and I didn’t see her for the rest of my visit. I’m not really a person to complain about customer service workers because I understand the job isn’t very pleasant. But claiming that someone is stealing when you very obviously have no proof and decided that because I’m a young woman trying to grocery shop that means I’m stealing. This event caused me a decent amount of stress, I don’t think I’ll return to vons again.

OMG they have Lady Grey Tea!!!! Ive been looking for years to get it by itself vs having to buy it in a variety pack & only getting 4 bag each time, super excited!!!!They also have Miso Paste RED & WHITE!!! Vegan Sour cream too!

Bathroom smells like pee. It doesnt always smell bad. But it never smells good. Theirs this sticky stuff in the womens restroom which Im sure its pee . Since its yellow and well smells of pee. Theirs a lady who says shes the manager the way she speaks to employees is shockenly disrespectful. I was asking a employee asking for help. She just came in interrupted me . Didnt even give me the correct location for the item. I had to go back to the nice employee who did give me the correct location. I didnt like how rough and in your face attitude the Lady name Liz.

This Vons is in my neighborhood so I have shopped here for 20 years. Its a very good store, never have to wait long for anything (checkstand, deli, bakery, meat, florist) friendly employees, but it is a small store and doesnt carry everything I need. I have used both the delivery and pick up options, they are good, but sometimes I dont get everything with those options either. But so convenient.
