After being disappointed by the work of another company, I found Voaas, Patrick understood quickly the challenges of setting a Mac OS server for a small post production. He is completely professional, responsive, answers any questions. In short, his technical knowledge made a huge difference for us, he knows his craft and now, things are running smoothly.

I spent a lot of time searching online for good IT support. I needed help with my software and email problems. I’m so glad I found Patrick.He logged onto my computer remotely using GoTo Assist while we talked on the phone, and he explained everything as he did the work - it all made sense and he fixed the issues.Don’t waste any more time searching for your next IT person. Hire Patrick because he knows what he’s doing.

I got to know Patrick through a business webinar. Patrick was the speaker and he covered very helpful concepts about working remotely. I am a business owner and I wanted to get my business IT infrastructure ready to allow my staff and I to work remotely. I contacted Patrick and got exactly what I wanted and much more. Patrick, with his IT expertise and experience, will listen to you, evaluate your setup, provide you with options, and most importantly implement and execute with excellence. I now have a dedicated PC Server, Windows backup, NAS backup, cloud backup, and am in the process of evaluating VPN. As with other clients, I am very happy with Patricks work. If you have any questions regarding your personal/company IT infrastructure, the best thing you could do is to pickup phone and initiate contact.

La Casa Community Center is a very small non-profit in San Gabriel. My PC was upgraded and moved to a new server. I was having major issues getting back files and other IT issues. Our IT guy was out for a few days. I needed to get everything in working order since I had a major deadline. Patrick was able to get me up and running in no time! He is highly knowledgeable and he also makes great recommendations on how to improve workflow.
