VM Tech handled upgrading our full office IT setup and devices back in 2017. The were very well organized, thorough, and communicative throughout the process. Along with the upgrade we signed on to have a service agreement with them for all IT maintenance and assistance. Whenever we submit a ticket they are prompt, knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. They have excellent customer service. Im always happy to work with them.

My company recently moved into a building located in Chino. On opening day we learned that our telephone system and network were not working correctly.After attempting to fix ourselves, we contacted several local service providers in the near area. And of course most tried to sell us new telephone/network equipment for thousands of dollars without any attempt to use the existing equipment that was working perfectly before moving.However, when I called VM Tech, I was introduced to Virgil Motta. I explained the panic I was in without telephones ringing into the office. Virgil, suggested a few things I should try over the telephone.When that did not work and realizing the age of my equipment Virgil suggested that I contact Omega Tele Com. In fact Virgil forward all my communications to Steve at Omega for me to expedite this matter. Virgil said we should check to see if we can get your existing system up and running before we even start to look into a new system.Im happy to say that with the help of VM Tech - Steve from Omega Tele Com arrived at my office on time the very next day and got my system up and running THAT VERY SAME DAY! Omega fixed wiring problems throughout the office and was able to identify installation problems from the service provider - Frontier, which could only be fixed by them.I KNOW FOR SURE THESE GUYS CAN HANDLE ALL MY COMPUTER AND NETWORKING NEEDS IN THE FUTURE!GREAT JOB FELLOWS!THANK YOU!

VM Tech has worked on my familys laptops as well as my companys computers. I have had computers cleaned up and work computers upgraded. They are professional, extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and update you throughout repair processes. VM Tech gets everything working like new or better! We have had excellent service with Virgil, Cirpiano and Richard.During quarantine, they have worked with me remotely to resolve issues and also patiently walked me through a set up/connection issue.

I have taken two home computers and one laptop. The service is great! They updated my old Dell computer, cleaned it up, and added extra security protection on all my devices. The prices are very reasonable. If you are not computer savvy, let the professional do it. Better then the geek squad, way pricey, and the waiting time is way too long to have your computer checked out. By far VM Tech is the BEST!

My laptop was having startup problems. I took it to this place for a diagnostic. Cipraneo and Richard were both very helpful, they found that my hard drive was failing. They were able to help me transfer the data to my backup port. These guys were very helpful and I would strongly recommend this place if anyone is having computer problems.
