Unfortunately, my experience has fallen significantly short of my expectations, particularly concerning their promise regarding application fees.Despite assurances from my loan agent, Steve, that my application fee would be refunded should my application not be approved, I find myself in a situation where this promise has not been honored. After my application was declined, I expected VLS Funding to promptly return the application fee of $799, as explicitly stated during our initial discussions. However, repeated attempts to resolve this issue have been met with evasion and a lack of clear communication from Steve.This experience has been disheartening, not only because of the financial aspect but also due to the principle of trust and reliability, which I believe are foundational to any business relationship. The lack of accountability and transparency from VLS Funding and specifically, Steve, has significantly impacted my perception of their business practices.For others considering VLS Funding for their financial needs, I urge caution and recommend thorough research and consideration of other reviews and experiences before proceeding. It is important for a financial institution to not only offer competitive products but also to uphold their commitments and maintain clear, honest communication with their clients.

2022-12-01 14:54:23My truck broke down and needed repairs, also with some new work thats come in we had to add 3 new trailers. I was denied everywhere and a bit at my wits end. I responded to a message from VLS Funding. I was able to get the funds I needed and then some very quickly. I cant thank them enough, I am truly grateful for their help. 2018-12-18 21:16:54I am very pleased with the level of service I received. The building I was renting became available for purchase but I had some competition on the bed. I was denied a loan by my bank and the collateral required was just too risky. I received an email from Steve and found him very pleasant to speak with and work with. He thoroughly explained my options, and was able to finance me over $500K to purchase the building. I am extremely happy with Steve and VLS, thank you again for assisting me with this life changing opportunity.

2018-10-30 20:35:33Im finally writing this review, as this will be the 3rd loan Ive done with this company and I couldnt be happier. At the very beginning, I was a bit skeptical but was in a bind with inventory needs and a truck that an employee totaled. I was astonished that within a matter of hours I was approved and funded for $150K. I literally had 2 conversations and received a loan. Now fast forward and it has been nothing but a pleasant experience, very simple to get money and cheaper than any place I shopped around at. I would highly recommend.
