Stay away! Worked with Coral Sandoval-Eldred. She showed up late to the appointment, wearing capri leggings and flip flops as if she had just woken up. The application process was a nightmare. Asked for over 6 references despite our excellent credit, and bank statements- and never even called any of them. Got extremely personal with excessive personal questions about my marriage. Then went missing. Had to chase her for answers. I have never worked with such an unpleasant and unprofessional person and company suck as this one.

When it was time for us to sell our home in this tumultuous housing market, we knew that Vlad was the right realtor to hire. I have worked with Vlad several times over the last 6 years. I don’t even know where to begin because this experience was so exceptional. Vlad was amazing. He was completely on top of the process from start to finish. He helped us prepare our house for sale, made productive suggestions about how we could show it to its best advantage. His sense of the market is accurate and he kept careful track of where our house fit in to the comps in our neighborhood. Thanks to Vlad we sold our house for 30k above the asking price on the very first day. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell (or buy) a house!

I first met Vlad after deciding to sell my home in Long Beach. I asked three different realtors to submit a marketing proposal for selling my home. Vlads proposal was significantly better and the interview process proved him to be a very charming, patient and knowledgeable real estate agent. I was sold.Vlad is great to work with and aggressively marketed my home with online videos, open houses, door to door, upscale flyers and sign placement. The house sold quickly and Vlad did a background check on the buyers and then monitored the process carefully and generally held my hand through it.A few months later I asked Vlad to sell a rental property for me. It was in the same market but needed some repairs inside and out. Vlad gave me referrals for people to do the repairs and that worked out beautifully. Once again Vlad found a buyer and I received a record price per square foot for the house.Finally, I was looking to downsize and Vlad scoured Long Beach and we looked at numerous homes that fit the objectives but I ended up moving to Palm Springs.I highly recommend Vlad whether you are buying or selling or considering. He will make you very happy.

After having an agent from out of town fail to sell my property, I looked online for a local agent. With 59 reviews all 5 stars on yelp, Vlads name caught my eyes. I picked up my cell and called him, he called out my name like an old friend. I was speechless and thought he is a Russian spy. Under my inquiring, he told me that he saved all callers information to his record, and I called him in 2015. I was so impressed by his organization, and told myself he should be the one that I can rely on for my hundreds thousands dollars business. After signing the contract, his professional knowledge, skills, unique personality.... revealed gradually, it made me rest assured and totally put all of the burden on him.Vlad is:Detail oriented: Before making an appointment with his professional photographer, he not only examined the material of the property, drawing sketches, but also examined the lighting & the position of the building to decide when would be the best time to take the pictures. Vlad is a great realtor. I was in need of finding a new tenant for my condo, and although Vlad doesnt normally do this, he helped me out. He worked hard to find me a new tenant, advertise and post listings online, and set up one of his co-workers to show the property. Within a week I had a new tenant.You can tell Vlad is great because he would always return texts or calls within a few minutes, no matter what time of day or night. He was courteous, yet had an opinion about the way things should be done and was a great adviser. I just sold my commercial property in Wrigley area of Long Beach with Vlad. Some financial problems led us to be behind on our payments and taxes, so we needed to sell quickly. We worked together with Vlad, filled up our vacancy, and put our property on the market. He proposed a creative solution to get us out of our bind. Vlads marketing included contacting his lenders, producing several lending scenarios, and a return calculation flyer to show the buyers how good of an investment this property was. He found several cash buyers, and sold in 22 days very close to our listing price. We had a couple of sharks swoop in and low-ball us, but Vlad held the line on price and negotiated hard on our behalf. His confidence gave us confidence to negotiate the right offer. Vlad has sold our income apartment building in Manhattan Beach, Sand section. Our accountant advised us it was time to exchange into another property. Vlad listened to our wishes, and navigated the 1031 sale and purchase exchange expertly. It was a bit tricky putting a correct price on our downleg- we have not raised our rents in years. And there were not many similar buildings to compare to. Vlad and his team did an extensive research job to help us orient our expectations. They also did an excellent presentation showing the current market rents and the return the buyer can expect from our property. He advised us on minor improvements, making the property much more attractive, and raising the rents to prep for the sale. We were priced well, and closed above our expectations within two months. Vlad has extensive experience dealing with tenants- helped us and tenants navigate the transition smoothly, and without any major conflicts. He is patient, attentive, diligent, expert, has a feel for the market, and most importantly - direct and honest. Vlad introduced us a lot of possibilities that we had no idea existed in the home buying world or at least we didn’t know were available to us. He ended up snagging a deal up against a couple of other buyers based on his bargaining capability and relationships with the seller agent. The whole deal ended up taking less than a month!! In this current housing climate, we didn’t know we could get what we wanted! Vlad also answered our questions at all stages of the process at any hour. We have considered selling our Long Beach house for a while. We have children, and we did not want the usual for-sale situation with people outside peeking in, open houses, and buyer traffic all the time. Found Vlad on yelp, and called to hear his ideas.He listened to our concerns, and went straight to the point, giving us the pros and cons of a typical listing. His knowledge and experience were evident.Vlad suggested an off-market listing - to offer the property to his network of agents and buyers, without having to list the house for sale. We were looking for an investment property in Long Beach. Vlad had superb knowledge of the area, and did extensive research on the properties prior to recommending us to view it. The analysis he presented to us on potential properties included a rent survey, as well as current rentals in the property. It enabled us to easily calculate whether a particular property would be profitable. We ended up buying an eight unit building, and are very happy with our purchase. My wife and I sold our condo and bought our new house through Vlad. A few months before we went on the market, an old hotel across the street from us was leveled and the piece of land is sitting empty to this day. This turned out to be a major obstacle as many buyers were concerned that the ocean view from the unit may get obstructed, should something taller than 4 stories get built there. Vlad did a lot of legwork and acquired information through the city that was not made public. Because of that some of the potential worries were put to rest. Video, photo shoot, open houses... - endless efforts paid off and in the end we got the price we wanted!Equally as committed and creative was Vlad during the buying process. We had so much info crunched for us! I always wanted to live in Los Angeles during my retirement. Right now I work in NYC. I was looking for a nice condo to buy, rent and later on live in it in LA. Lots of thanks to Vlad Rodov, he just sold my grandmas studio in Downtown Long Beach.Grandma tried to sell it with previous agent, and there was no success.After Vlad listed and advertised studio - we started to receive offers, and in 22 days we accepted the best offer.
