Mike was just amazingly helpful to us when our computer went black. He immediately suggested the most usual cause (well he knew)..a new power cord was all that was needed. He helped with a charge over the phone. We have used him for an assessment of our old computer and he is super knowledgeable. Definitely we will use him in the future!!

Mike, from Vital Points took over our IT/network support for both of our restaurants. They have exceeded our expectations in every way. They listen, understand and have the knowledge and know how needed to handle all of our computing issues. I would highly recommend Vital points for anyone looking for network support, new computers and software support.
