Vital Skin Care is my SAVIOR! Ive been seeing Laura for 1 year now. I wanted to write a review sooner, but wanted to wait and see how my skin would do after at least 6 months.I didnt struggle with SERIOUS acne, but there was definitely something happening to my skin. I was feeling self-conscious and knew that I had to see a professional instead of reading all these blogs and watching YouTube videos. It was SO overwhelming. Fast forward to the 6-9 month mark and my skin was showing signs of improvement. Now at the 1-year mark, my skin is in the best shape its ever been. Keep in mind that this doesnt just happen overnight. Its a long game but totally worth the $ and time.MY SEARCH WAS OVER! I was researching estheticians all over the Bay Area for months before I came across Vital Skin Care. I was starting to lose faith and patience, then I decided to just pull the trigger and book an appointment. Keep in mind, I had only received facials 2-3 times (Im 34 years young).THE WEBSITE is beautiful and really caught my attention. It was clean, straight to the point and easy to navigate/use. Her bio is what really got me interested.REQUESTING AN APPOINTMENT was done via Yelp. Within 24 hours, Laura reached out to me via email to confirm and answered so many of my questions. I sent her a list of my routine and the links to the products I was currently using. She provided feedback and also educated me on what ingredients may be causing my skin to react the way it was. It was SUPER helpful and it really got me even more interested and excited about my first facial with her.ONE THING I LOVE ABOUT LAURA is that she NEVER EVER pressures me into buying any of her products or services. She always leaves it up to me and provides me with different options at different price points. This is how you make sales and keep your loyal customers.I HIGHLY recommend Vital Skin Care to anyone struggling with acne or if you just want a really relaxing facial experience. Her neck and shoulder massages are amazing!

I am a long term client -- 2 or 3 years now.. Laurel is great and she really helped me with my scars and acne problems. She is also really nice to talk to and have reasonable prices!
