2022-12-08 17:13:10Horrible horrible horrible company. Do not sign any contract with them. Do not expect anyone to be able to help with your issues. Expect the worst when working with this company. Their contracts are a joke. There is no way to speak with anyone that can resolve your issues. If I could give them no stars, you know I would. If you need a printer, it is honestly way better to go straight to a reliable dealer, and stay away from Image Source.

2022-12-06 01:22:34Office staff was rude. Tried to call about a job offer they had, was treated with hostility. Not worth working for in my opinion.They need to get rid of HR and get better employees.This is a customer service company. They rely on excellent customer service skills to get more customers. A potential employee is also a customer but they do not seem to realize that.

2022-10-21 18:37:38This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I have a printer issue and Ive been trying to talk to someone but the only thing they want to do is charge me avrage overages for the remainder of my contract and give them a check for over $6000. There is no one I can talk to to get a resolution.Please be smart and dont do business with them!!

2018-11-02 18:21:30I would highly recommend Image Source! Their customer service is impeccable! I never have to worry about ordering supplies such as toners and replacement belts, etc…all are necessary supplies are delivered to our door before we even know we need it! There has been few times that we’ve needed emergency supplies and image source has gone above and beyond to get us what we need! Recently our printer needed unexpected servicing and I called late in the afternoon and to my surprise (thinking it would take a couple of days) the next day Sergio arrived first thing in the morning to service our machine. He not only fixed the issues with our printer’s print quality, but he also conducted a full tune up on our machine and cleaned every speck of dust from our entire machine. It looked brand new! The peace of mind that image source has provided us is invaluable. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed in their service and more importantly their customer service!

2018-12-10 17:16:27Our company has used Image Source for the better part of 15 years to lease to us our copier needs. Consumable replacement items are always shipped fast and arrive promptly. Repair technicians usually arrive within 24 hours and many times on the same day. Our overall experience with Image source has been very positive.

2018-12-06 18:19:05As a business, Image Source is a vital asset to me as the manager. For an incredible reasonable yearly fee, Image Source will do quarterly maintenance and if there are any problems, they come right out and repair and replace any parts needing it. I have had my current copy machine for under 10 years and I havent had a single problem with my machine because of the quarterly maintenance. And I dont have to worry about running out of toner because that too is part of the yearly maintenance fee. Image Source is an excellent and imperative partner with me to run my business smoothly and without interruption and I highly highly recommend them for all your printing needs.

2018-11-29 17:45:19I highly recommend Image Source! For years our relationship with Image Source has been solid. We receive timely and friendly support through the call center and with on-site techs. We have multiple offices in four western states and they ship and dispatch support to each location for our large and personal machines.We are on an auto replenishment system - devices are tracked on an internal server and consumables are delivered directly to the end user or office by name. Our IT department rarely gets involved with toner swaps! It works great!

2022-11-28 19:17:53Ordering supplies has got to be the worst experience with any vendor EVER!!! The girls never get it right, they transfer calls right when Im talking, Ive dealt with this for a year now... Im over it. Management, please get the staff in order, its embarrassing for you.

2018-11-01 21:01:58We have been using Image Source for years and they have always resolved any issues we have had in a timely manner. They have come out to train us on our new equipment and were very friendly and knowledgeable. I have worked with Juana, Kevin, Bruce, Jordan and Sergio Amezcua, they have all been a pleasure.Thanks for everything!

2022-09-14 01:50:40I went in for an interview for the CSR position. Janae was very unprofessional and rude to me. What made it worse was the fact that she was unprofessional and rude to me in a public setting around other people in the lobby. I decided not to interview & was no longer interested in working with this company. First impressions for me are everything. The way you treat and interact with potential employees definitely matter. All money is not good money. The same goes for (jobs)! One thing I will never tolerate is for someone to belittle my intelligence or disrespect me in any kind of way!
