Buying a car is always a stressful experience that I loathe. This time at Vista Ford, it was one of the best experiences I have ever had buying a car. Brandon helped me choose the right vehicle and, after some negotiating, the sales manager Lee, stepped in to work out a deal I was extremely happy with. My new ST Line Ford Explorer is so beautiful. I have gotten so many compliments. I will definitely be a return customer to this dealership. Buying a car doesnt have to be a stressful and agonizing experience. Not at Vista. They were willing to work with me and find the right deal to make me a very happy customer. Wouldnt go anywhere else after this

I decided to say farewell to my 2012 Hyundai Elantra after driving it for 6.5 years with about 60,000 miles on it. It was time to upgrade to a 2023 Ford Explorer Timberline. I never expected in 24 years I would be making my first car purchase from Vista Ford Woodland Hills. My father got an Explorer and an F-150 way back in the day from this dealership. He got a Lincoln MKZ back in 2018 from this dealership. I want to continue my family’s legacy of driving domestic cars. My grandfather always had a love for domestic cars passed down to my father and it’s now passing down to me.Service wise was excellent. Marvin M. was very knowledgeable about the car and putting a deal together. John, Finance Manager was also very knowledgeable and helpful on executing the sale. I put in a “CONFIRM AVAILABILITY” request online and their Salesman Marvin reached out to me to let me know they have it and was able to setup an appointment. After the test drive that is when I decided to buy the car. It was worth it the spend the time to do some research before buying a car.

Ask for James! My entire experience was wonderful from start to finish at Vista Ford! I worked with James and he was the perfect mix of enthusiasm and straightforwardness, without ever being too pushy. I actually went in to look at a used Subaru on the lot and fell in love with a Bronco Sport they had available. He walked me through the process for both vehicles and was quick to answer my endless questions, reaching out to managers and whoever he needed to in order to get me the best information. We had good banter, crunched some numbers, and ultimately I drove home the next morning in my new car! Lee, the senior sales manager, and Nissim, the finance manager were both awesome and helped to make it such an amazing experience for me. This dealership is family-owned and all of the staff said wonderful things about how well they were taken care of as employees and respected the business. I was happy to be a customer and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car :)

Vista Ford is definitely one of the best experiences Ive ever had with a dealership and having to do any sort of service for my car. Omar is absolutely amazing I cant say enough kind things about him just him by himself I would say 10/10 . The staff alone is kind and accommodating and really tries to work with you no matter what the situation is.As for my actual experience, they actually answer their phones unlike Galpin Ford. Omar was able to fit me in for a diagnostic check on a Saturday morning and get me answers within about an hour about what was wrong with my car. They ordered the parts for my car and were able to get everything fixed within a week of finding out the issues. Even set me up with a rental with Enterprise and got the car fixed pretty much that day. I was able to return the rental early as a result. My car runs better than ever thanks to them. Everything went so amazingly smoothly really this is a wonderful dealership! 10/10

Had a really bad experience with the service department.I took a ford transit in for repair for a small electrical issue. Over 2 months and $4,200 later, my car was in worse shape than when I left it. The initial mechanic and service department rep left while working on the vehicle, so there was no one consistent to talk to.When I got my vehicle back the second time, parts were missing and the shape of the vehicle was a mess. The front bumper even came off on my way home. Additionally, they replaced the PCM poorly, and a month or so later, my car wouldnt start. This resulted in having to go somewhere else and spend another $1,000 for repairs. After filing a complaint, I was given a portion of what I spent back in a refund. But it was overall a miserable experience.Id recommend going somewhere else, where the mechanic working on your vehicle wont leave during the job.

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for the early morning and after being told the wait was two hours I was already ready to go somewhere else. But I waited, imagine my frustration when it took four hours. They recommended additional work and said my car should be rattling and clanking and I needed to get it fixed. But when I told them I’d never heard any sounds and my car was a fantastic ride, he rolled back what he was saying and then said it wasn’t a safety issue. I asked the price and how long and he said the fix would only take 30-40 minutes and he would come back with a price. 30 minutes later, I still hadn’t received a price and I’d had enough. So I went to the desk and asked to pay my bill and get my car back without whatever the additional work would be. He suddenly had the price and quoted me a ridiculous number. While I was waiting the 30 minutes for the quote, I looked up the price of parts and got two other quotes that was a third of what the advisor from Ford just quoted me. When I questioned the price he said well it’s a dealership. My last ford dealership was a touch pricer than other auto services but not 3 times more.If you don’t have time to waste, and money to burn, this is not the place for you.

What a fantastic experience buying my new truck from Vista Ford! I was able to negotiate with my salesperson Danny and his manager via text from home, and truly felt like I got a great deal on the truck. I also appreciate how I was able to take care of a lot of the up-front paperwork like the credit app and document uploads before I came in, so that I could test drive the truck, complete the contract, and drive out with my new truck in about an hour. Will definitely be back.

Had a fantastic experience with the help of Joe Ruotolo. Joe stayed late into the evening to ensure my wife and I secured the Memorial Day Sale promotion even though it was the final day of the promotion. I have never had a worse experience than dealing with this dealership. I was directly lied to, just to make a sale happening...the sales manager Aaron and Mehrasa spent 6 hours with me at the dealership knowing full well the details of my situation. Just a few months later, I get completely screwed out of thousands of dollars while mid-move. This dealership not only got me into this situation through sleazy misinformation for a sale, but also gave the LOWEST offer of any individual or dealership to get me out of my lease. They did absolutely nothing to help me, nor did I ever hear back from them when I asked for further help.Truly the definition of why car salesman get a bad rap. So disappointed to see this predatory behavior.

I did my sale there through a car buying broker. Vista couldnt have been more helpful. I live in Northern California and I found a car at Vista that I wanted to purchase. We negotiated and came to a simple out the door price and I flew down to LA. Al (the dealers sales person) picked me up at Burbank airport in my new car and we drove to the dealership. I was out the door in little over an hour on my way back home to Northern California. It was a very pleasant and efficient process, would definitely recommend them if youre looking for used or new vehicles.

Long story short, we purchased a newer Sport Edge with the help of some incredible sales people and staff. I can’t say enough about Mehrasa who helped guide us to the perfect purchase. Had a great experience here buying a navigator. The main sales guy I worked with was great, communicated throughout the process with me (I live several hundred miles away), and helped me finish when I showed up. They gave me a really comprehensive electronic packet of information about the car (not just Carfax). Im pretty sure they could have done the whole sale remote and shipped the car to me, but it was nice finishing in person. The finance person was also reasonable to work with. Even their bathrooms were really nice. Overall it really worked out well

I took my F150 raptor for the required scheduled maintenance. The dealership was supposed to also rotate my tires. when I went to pick up my car, I realized a rotation wasn’t done because I had marked my tires. I let my service advisor know, and then he started accusing me that I am lying. I made a complain with head quarter and the service manager just called me to resolve the issue and told me he would call me back and he never did.This is not the first time I have issues with this dealership. The first time they did an oil change for me there was oil all over the skid plate. The people working at this dealership are very rude, and they are not professional whatsoever. I do not recommend going to this dealership.

Service and employees are great. I’ve been going there for 8 years. It is unfortunate that they now add a 3% charge to use a credit card. Customers shouldn’t have to absorb that charge for the ease of using a credit card. Businesses accept credit cards for the benefit of the customer, and yes the business pays to have that ability. If I am now absorbing Vista Fords cost of business, I will probably go elsewhere. I like Vista Ford, but this is unfortunate.

Fixed my ignition switch in just a couple of days. Friendly on time and got the extra part overnighted so I wouldnt be without a car for very long. I called 2 werks before and had trouble getting anyone on the phone. Two weeks later they seemed to have the issue fixed and I was able to call and schedule very quickly.

They performed the oil change and vacuumed and washed the car. However, the guy that checked my car in left sometime in the day and I never got a call that my car was ready. I showed up at closing time and I had been done for a while I was just never notified. Also, they said my lug nuts were swollen so they couldn’t check my brakes. And my suspension bar was cracked. Usually these are things they would notify me of earlier in the day and ask if I would like them replaced and fixed and give a cost estimate. But there was no communication and now I have to schedule a separate appointment just to find out if my brakes are in good shape which I technically already paid for with my cars 160,000 mile inspection.

At Vista Ford, Omar Mendoza helped me get my f-250 get checked in on a late walking appointment. It was some sensor/fuse issues and he had my truck back running to 100% fixed in less than 24 hrs, something I did not expected. He kept me updated and never did he ignored my texts or phone calls.. his customer service and communication was above and beyond expectations. I would recommend anyone who is having problems at other dealership making appointment or having their vehicle sit at a dealership for days or week to give Ford Vista a try, you will not regret it!! I bought a Mustang Mach-E a couple of weeks ago, but there was a clear miscommunication during the purchase process that left me feeling dissatisfied with the deal. Although I was in love with the car, I was extremely unhappy with the response I received when I inquired about a certain feature. However, I decided to contact the company and let them know about my experience. To my surprise, AJ, the general manager, personally called me and made sure that I was completely satisfied with the whole process. I was impressed with the level of customer service and satisfaction that was provided to me. Not the greatest customer service. The entire experience is a bit depressing, when it really doesn’t need to be. It feels like when you place your order with a waiter who doesn’t write your order down; this doesn’t instill much confidence.Also, if you sell cars for $80,000+, then you should offer free courtesy vehicles. Cost should not be an excuse for not doing this. Instead, they sort of make available a free “shuttle” service in a dirty Lincoln. Why? Why so tacky? Why no emphasis on good customer service? Honestly, the Pandemic is over. It is okay and good to get back to real customer service.Overall, there is much, much, much room for improvement with Vista Ford’s service.

I was not treated well when looking for my Corsair. The agent was rude because maybe he tought I am just wasting his time because I looked like a college student. He just treated me well when he realized that I am actually buying that exact hour. I didnt even look for other car. He gave me a good deal though thats why I gave 3 stars. I brought my vehicle (Bronco) in for 5,000-mile service. At the time of service, I noted that my parking sensors were not working, and of course, I experienced the typical run-around regarding warranty service. Apparently theres a sensor unplugged somewhere in the front bumper, and since another Ford dealer replaced the plastic bumper with an OEM modular bumper, and apparently, missed a connection in the harness, I was redirected back to the dealership to handle the repair, and left Vista with parking sensors that still do not work. The other dealership is where I purchased the vehicle is roughly two hours away.

Been going to this dealer for a long time. Very disappointed to find out they now charge the 3% credit card. They don’t charge that at other dealers. Also took a week to get service completed because they had to order a part and it took like three days to get it and then into holiday weekend. . Probably will be getting service else where took too long and could have save 3% on my bill. The repair was fine and corrected the issue just time consuming and expensive.

We live over 100 miles from Vista Ford but we wanted to purchase a 2022 F150 lariat 4WD. We really didn’t want or need the 4WD but everything else checked all the boxes so we decided to move forward. Our sales associate, Joe, took our credit app and we worked out a deal but also checked all the boxes.When we arrive to complete the purchase, we noticed at least five deep body scratches and an interior with visible signs of wear (none of this was conveyed to us upfront). It looked as though this unit was picked up at auction and then ignored. On the test drive, the ride was bumpy, much more so than it being 4WD should account for. Because of all this, we decided against moving forward with the purchase.So we asked Joe to check inventory for other suitable vehicles new or preowned, but nothing came up. At that point a sales manager joined Joe and was all smiles. We told him why we decided against the purchase to which he replied “well you knew this was a four-wheel-drive“ to which we replied “yes, but we’ve never driven a four-wheel-drive and the ride of this vehicle is rougher than our 2010 F150 Lariat with 116,000 miles“.At that point, the smile disappeared from the managers face and he said: “We took this unit out of inventory to hold it for you and turned away several potential buyers. Because of this, we will have to charge you a $500 disposition fee“. I told him that we had no intention of paying a $500 disposition fee. Joe and the manager just stared at me with scowling faces and I said if you have no response, then I’m just going to walk away. That’s what I did and neither Joe, the manager or anybody else attempted to speak with me on my way out.Everyone I’ve recounted this story to is APPALLED that Vista would have a car as in bad shape as this one was and then have the audacity to try and stick us with a $500 fee (which I’m pretty sure is illegal; we were never advised that we could be subject to something like that).Vista is a shyster dealer trying to screw the public all BEWARE!

The Service Department is horrible. With every visit I’ve had to return for them to fix an issue created by one of their technicians. Standard oil changes lead to engine check lights. Refusal to do recall replacement as they call upon an internal service mandate that goes against mail out document. Incomplete service without tire rotation. BEWARE!! Do not try to contact for help or buy a Ford ESP!! Bought 2 cars and and an extended warranty, and all was great until I needed assistance or a call back! Here is my quick story: I sold the car I purchased the extended warranty for and since the warranty never kicked in I am due a refund for it. I called Ford ESP customer service, provided what they needed to cancel the warranty and in a week it was cancelled and I received a confirmation letter to provide to the dealership to collect my refund ( which is approx $800). I was told to contact this dealership to coordinate my refund. Well, I have emailed and called the finance manager and the GM since mid October with ZERO replies!! Ford ESP customer service also tried to contact them as well on my behalf, and they were ignored as well. Very disheartening that a large company like this will ignore a customer over $800!!! Don’t buy an extended warranty through the dealership, buy it online yourself - because you can !! We did that with another Ford we bought and our credit card was refunded within 10 days !!!

Vista Ford has been my dealership for more than a decade, and Ive been happy with them, but my most recent experience left much to be desired. It took almost a month for them to schedule a repair to my electrical system — which left me without the onboard entertainment and information functionality. No audio, no ability to connect my phone, no GPS. When I was forced to take my car in because the electrical failure spread throughout the car, and it wouldnt even unlock let alone start, it took two days for them to change the battery. No one at the dealership let me know the repairs were completed — I had to call to find out, only to get a Oh, its been done from the coordinator. And picking up my car from the dealership took an hour, in which no one took responsibility for the delay.Ive been buying and leasing cars from them for a long time, but if this is what service has become, I might reconsider that decision.

The salesman Walid was super helpful in helping me find the car that met my criteria and checked all the boxes I required. He wasn’t pushy toward anything I wasn’t interested in and he brought me directly to the car I ended up purchasing first! Aaron the General sales Manager was sure to get me the best deal financially and made sure I was taken care of. You would think Ford came with a built in babysitting service the way they helped me watch after my 3 year old while I filled out paperwork. If u have a kid- ask Amir to watch them. We walked into Vista Ford on Friday with the hopes to begin research on the latest F150 to add to our growing fleet of services Vehicles at Pacific Shore Holdings. Avi the salesmen quickly approached us and helped us decide on the best truck for the job, not the most expensive one. Originally we went in looking to purchase the Ford Raptor with all the bells and whistles we thought that would be the one we needed. After being on the lot for an hour and comparing models he helped us decide on the standard F150 with a lift and some upgraded wheels. Avi’s knowledge of the products he is selling was above what I expected. Alan the manager then helped us get a great deal on the vehicle and made it very straight forward in the finance department. We’ve purchased 15-20 vehicles in the past and this has to be the best experience. Thanks to Alan and Avi, for your attention to detail and helping get the deal closed in a timely manner.On a separate note, Ken in service handles all our current company vehicles and does a great job at returning the vehicles to us in better condition we brought them in. Took our car to the dealership to find out what trade in they would give. They test drove it and had the vin and told us what the trade in they would give us. Paperwork was being done when an hour later the manager came in and said there was a mistake because he couldn’t find his glasses and had told us the wrong trade in price. He lowered the trade in by $8,000. Then offered another deal and said it was a done deal before calling back and changing the deal again. Most unprofessional place I have ever been.

I have bought many cars over the years but my experience at Vista Ford was by far the best. We ordered the popular Mach E which had a long wait. Marvin Morales was our sales person. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and available for all of our questions. (And there were many!) When it appeared our car would not make it in time to get the full tax rebate Marvin found another vehicle in the exact color and specs we wanted. Where other dealerships were playing games with hidden costs Vista Ford was very straight forward and honest. We definitely will be recommending Vista Ford and would consider them for another car purchase in the future.

Lack of professionalism and basic communication skills. I have no idea why this place has such high ratings. The customer service is absolutely terrible. There’s several recalls on my vehicle that need to get fixed. I got multiple letters from Ford reminding me of this. Our usual Ford dealership is Team Greenwood (formerly Tiffany) up North in Hollister but we live in SFV now. I reached out to Ford and they told me any dealership has the capacity to make these repairs. The closest one to us is this dealership.I called and I was told to call in again in about 3 weeks (after the 19th of July) because the parts of one of the 3 recalls where on backorder and it was best to tackle them all at once. I called after the 19th and no one could recall even having the above conversation with me, so the gentleman tells me to call again the following day as most of the service reps where gone for the day and I might have better luck earlier the following day. Note that it was 4pm and that this guy was a service rep himself. I found that s bit odd but ok…. Anyway, I proceeded to call the following day a bit earlier only to be greeted by another service rep (a man) who said he had to check if they had the parts for all recalls and that he would diligently call me back the following week because it was Thursday and he was most likely not gonna be able to find out on Friday nor Saturday when I could come in.Obviously “Next Week” came and passed and…. surprise surprise…. No call! We are in the week after “Next Week” now. I called the other dealerships who are a bit further out but my God, the customer service at all 3 of them is by far superior.These clowns at Vista had me going back & forth waiting and wasted 7 weeks of my time. Despite being a few miles away, we will not be purchasing any vehicle nor servicing our current ones with them. I do not recommend them at all.Try Thousand Oaks or Simi instead. They actually communicate efficiently.

Ok so probably one of my least favorite things in the world is attempting to buy a new car or truck. That being said, I want to show my appreciation to a dealership that treated me fair. Are car prices insane right now ? Yes. But the car buying experience doesn’t need to be as well. I want to thank Jose Flores and Aaron for being straightforward and up front. They answered my questions and made me feel comfortable. I would even say they went to bat for me. The price has to make sense for them just like it has to make sense to me. Look, everyone has to answer to someone. In the end I got the exact F-150 I wanted for the amount I was willing to pay. All the way down to the finance guy I was treated with respect and I usually don’t feel that way at any dealership. If you happen to want a Ford car or truck this dealership is the place to go. Did we negotiate ? Did we go toe to toe for a couple rounds ? Yes. Yes we did, but it was lighthearted and dare I say, kinda fun. Give Vista a shot you might be happily surprised. Ask for Jose Flores, he’s a good man.

I have had nothing but problems with this 2019 Ford Edge Eco Boost. Ive been a loyal customer for many years with Ford and this has been the toughest by far. You have lost me as a customer for future vehicles. I have had MAJOR issues with this car regarding the power train and to find out that this last emissions system issue wasnt covered under warranty really was the last straw for me. The technician Omar was very helpful, but the bottom line is, that this car has given me so much trouble and anxiety. If I could give it 0 stars I would, but I cant.

However Vista, my service technician Anthony and AJ.JOHNSON the GM agreed we need to replace the transmission. Ford Corp wanted to repair not replace.Well that was poor judgment on Ford.Saving grace was AJ.JOHNSON and Anthony going to bat for me and after several days, Ford concluded a new Transmission was warranted.Vista Ford really stepped up for me and gave me a loaner as this was a 2 week ordeal .I now have my car back rolling again.Special thanks to the team at Vista Ford Lincoln.
