I had no other internet options last year. The one other broadband I had been using always had problems. A friend suggested Vista. It’s been wonderful! Fast and reliable. I had it go down once, called the office, and they were so nice and had me up and running in less than 30 mins. If you live in west county, give Vista a call. I highly recommend.

Run don’t walk away from this company! If this is your only choice for Internet contact your cell phone provider about getting a hotspot. We’ve had their service for about a year and a half and it’s the worst Internet service we’ve ever had. On top of that this is one of the most dishonest and unethical companies I have worked with. We have never had functional internet. When we signed up we’re we’re told their service would handle all our devices. Each we called with connection issues we were told we were using too much internet. We had to unplug all but one tv to get it to work. We have never had internet in half our small house despite the company placing the equipment And telling us we would have service throughout. This was our only option for Internet so despite these complaints there is nothing we can do. Finally moving and called to cancel and we’re told it would be $180 early termination charge. I had specifically asked the sales person I talked to if we would be under contract since I knew would be moving and our moving date was unknown at the time of setting up service. That was annoying enough to find that they actually charged me over $600. I called back and of course the employees deny ever telling me that would be $180. I’ve talked to several other people now that I’ve had similar experiences and will be filing with the Better Business Bureau next. Stay away from this company.

Terrible customer service. I inquired about getting Vista Broadband service to a relatively remote address in Sonoma County (though a neighbor 0.5 miles away has Vista BB service). I wasnt given any guidance on who to contact to build the network that would allow us to even sign up for Vista Broadband. I was told to look in the Yellow Pages. Huh?

Great service although rarely needed in view of their reliable signalI am located in a remote area and have tried several suppliers, but Vista have resolved my location issues.This thoroughly recommended.

Poor signal, poor customer service and expensive. Unfortunately I have no other options where I live... avoid if possible
