Gavin is the ultimate professional. My husband and I decided it was time to purchase a home and got with Gavin. Due to some issues it ended up being a very rough journey. Gavin was so patient, helpful and kind. When I was stressed and anxious he was so compassionate and showed me so much grace. it was a long rough road, but Gavin made sure we made it. He is super smart, capable and incredibly helpful. He communicates extremely well. He kept us informed the entire time. If you are looking for home, this is your guy. He is trustworthy and will help you find exactly what you need and be really respectful along the process. 10/10 def recommend.

Gavin has been such a great person to work with. From the very first day my family and I came across him at an open house, it’s been nothing but a great experience for us. My sister and I were on the search for a house for a few weeks prior to meeting Gavin. We were completely lost as this was our first time purchasing a home. Upon meeting Gavin and working with him, all of that completely changed. He right away made sure to have many listings lined up for my next day off. He also has so much patience with all of my never ending questions. He made sure to always be in constant communication with my sister and I so everyone was always on the same page. He’s very great at explaining everything in detail so that there’s never any confusion. My sister and I are extremely grateful for him. He recommended our amazing Lender Ernesto Garcia. From the very beginning until the very end, We were all in constant communication with each other and everything ran so smoothly. Gavin found us a house that my sister and I fell in love with. Gavin and Ernesto worked hard to get us our home. They both were able to get us into our home in less than a month. There was never any confusion and everyone made the whole process so pleasant. I had followed Gavin’s business through social media for a while and decided it was time to start looking for houses. Just recently closed on a condo with Gavin .Gavin was there every step of the way to make sure if we had any questions he would find the answer . He was honest and upfront and had lots of patience with us looking for more than the better half of a year . Communication was consistent and very transparent if anything came up that is the buyers needed to be informed about. Highly recommend if you are in the market for real estate.

I still can’t believe my fiancé and I are homeowners! We have Gavin to thank for that. Being first-time homebuyers, we came into this knowing very little about the home buying process, so it was important that we worked with someone that we could trust. No-brainer 5 stars for Gavin. As a first-time buyer, the process initially felt daunting, but I had a such a positive experience. Gavin is down-to-earth, personable and passionate about real estate. He is responsive, accommodating and has a great work ethic. He undoubtedly has his clients’ best interest in mind. It was impossible not to feel excited during walkthroughs, his energy is contagious. He will even go an extra step and make interior design recommendations. What more could you ask for in an agent?Indeed, there is more. This man is a realtor but someone please give him a therapist license because he has heard and seen it all. He patiently listened to concerns and kept my worries at bay. Rest assured he will be there to address the highs & lows of the home-buying journey.He’s got a great team and will get clients in touch with the best in the industry, from a knowledgeable lender, to a trusty inspector. Gavin was referred to us by a family member who had nothing but great things to say about Gavin and their whole home buying experience. We did what everybody else does and went straight to his social media to do some digging around. We loved his funny videos and seen all of his happy clients holding their SOLD skateboard decks. Me and my wife contacted Gavin to ask him a few questions about selling our condo to buy a new home and instead of giving us a sells pitch on why we should go with him as our agent. He educated us on the whole process, informed us on what the market was like at that moment and let us know what our options were. We knew right then and there, Gavin was our guy. This Review was long overdue.Having Gavin as our Realtor was one of the best decisions that we have made!In this market you need someone in your corner, that is quick on their feet and has your back.Before Gavin, we were frustrated, exhausted and ready to give up on buying a house. My previous Realtor did not work with my crazy schedule or my needs. We felt like we were doing all the work and had to make time around her schedule. And not to mention all the mistakes that were made when putting in offers.But then we were introduced to Gavin. And oh boy did things change.He was exactly what we needed. A pandemic, the death of our family matriarch, q reverse mortgage and a family trust - all causing the forced sale of our childhood home of 50 years.We have known Gavin through our children since they all were in High School. We had heard that he had gotten into real estate - we had not really seen him in many year but wondered if he could maybe sit with us and give us honest guidance - answer our dumb questions - which we had many! We need a favor from an old friend - didn’t think of hiring him because realtors were lining up to “help us” (everyone knows a realtor) plus Gavin was just that kid our kids knew from High School.Gavin was gracious enough to come by our house to help answer our questions.Long story short during a bathroom break I told my wife - lets hire him. Lets hire Gavin to be our realtor! Forget all the rest beating our door down!Gavin guided us on what he felt we should do to get the family home ready for sale - he was upfront, candid and honest; the family had their work cut out for them! - but so did Gavin. Navigating these uncertain housing waters can be daunting especially for my husband and I who are first time homebuyers. Gavin and Lupita from the beginning encouraged us and worked diligently to assure us that our dreams were attainable. I want to say that we are very lucky because of the seamless process and given the fact that 25 days after opening escrow we now have our keys; but in this case I believe that luck is in the back burner and it was having a powerhouse team like them that got us here. I met Gavin and Kimberly via Instagram 2 years ago. Our first FaceTime consultation was great and they made me feel at ease considering I was doing this on my own. However, I had to do some financial work so we decided to reconvene in a few months. We still kept in touch, even recommended my cousin and wife to them(whom they helped purchase a home in July 2021!). Fast forward to today and I am one month in on my very own condo as beginner home. I am very grateful to have been guided by both throughout this whole (learning)process lol.
