After reading the negative I am at a loss. I have been coming here for years and the service has been outstanding. They are very thorough and explain all available options. As for glass selection, look at my pictures, they have one of the largest selections around. I could not be any happier.

I was here on April 2022 to get a pair of prescription reading glasses. My last pair was about 10 years old from Costco. I was examined by Dr. Lizette. She was knowledgeable with great support staff. Even with Medi-Cal, everyone made sure that I received personalized, effective, and efficient service. Visionmax is way better than Costcos Vision Center.

Horrible customer service would never buy again. Very sad, my family & I have been buying here for years way back when my man Leo was running the floor. The eye doctor is just not good. Young an inexperienced. She for what ever reason did 2 prescription near and far. Near for computer which I didnt need. I bought two prescriptions and 1 pair of new Gucci glasses9why would I buy Gucci glasses for the computer) and they put the near sided in both which I didnt want nor need. When I let the very rude employee at the front desk know of their very careless mistake she wanted me to pay for this because I bought this 3-4 months ago. Im a business owner, travel, husband & father of two. Im busy this was my first chance to have them make this right. Told her 2 weeks ago need this fixed and she said she couldnt do anything and shed have the owner call. Still waiting for that call?? As a business owner when Im wrong and didnt provided the service my clients paid for no matter WHAT I fix it. I WILL not rest till this is fixed Shanon Davis a passed loyal customer. FYI love the remodel BTW you guys did nice. Looks good. Thanks to the high price you guys over charge your clients with.

Seeing an optometry office with such a great review of the doctors but poor quality in their staffing tore my heart.Ive scheduled sequential appointments for the entire family. Not only the office messed up the patients name and the correct appointment time, but the office also refused to accept the mistakes they made.The insurance card data makes it easy to identify the offices mistake. Unfortunately, the incorrect appointment is not so black and white. After all, there is no confirmation email or text messages from the office.The front office is the face of the business. The Im right and you are wrong attitude is less than ideal. I recommend double and triple-checking your appointment date/time with the office a few days before the appointment. Sadly, Im uncomfortable wasting time ensuring others do their job correctly.

Im so angry I cant even talk right now. I wanted to get a set of nice expensive Silhouette glasses. Had an appointment at 2pm. Was there just about 1:50 and had a preliminary short exam right away. then I had to sit and wait for the Doc. And here its where it got weird. the Doc took every single walk-in before me and let me sit for 30 minutes. I got up and left. Fun part is they didnt even realize that I was gone for another 20 minutes. Then they called me and wanted to reschedule. Can you be any more inconsiderate with someones time? This place is by far the worst place Ive ever been in.

Ive been coming to Visionmax for around 10 yrs. and have been very happy the whole time. Dr. Han is incredible she is very professional. She is knowledgeable, thorough and kind, definitely a doc you can trust with your eyes. She just fantastic. The reason for my low review is I went and asked a member of the staff if I could buy one pair of my contact lenses to hold me over till I got paid ( as Ive done in the past) I was due for a annual eye exam and need more contacts but didnt have the funds at that time. The lady I was talking to gave me a pair of contact lenses and when I asked her how much for them she said no charge but after that she went on to scold me over and over agin how I cant have another pair and how she was making a note on the account so it wont work if I ask someone els for another pair. I expected to pay for the pair I never asked her for anything free. She talked to me like I was trying to con her out of a pair of lenses then treated me like a child. I was so shocked by this I insisted to pay for them, she insisted to give them to me. I was so embarrassed and a bit upset that I just left. She made me feel so terrible that I went and found another place. :(

Im a first impression type of person and when I walked in for the first time I was greeted by a friendly attentive staff and quickly made an appointment. Upon my next visit for my eye exam it was a smooth easy process no wait time and the optometrist was extremely nice and knew exactly what type of contacts Id need. Im a very satisfied customer.

They are as friendly, on time, and welcoming as described. I not only received a very accurate prescription, but found the perfect frames for it I was unable to find elsewhere. They also accepted my insurance.I strongly recommend them.
