The team at VirtualPBX have been phenomenally helpful. I must mention this as we are a customer of virtual PBX for more than fifteen years. The team at VirtualPBX are wonderful people-people, not just some help desk. It is hard to find such a committed team these days, specially in this highly competitive, cost-conscious PBX market. I would strongly recommend virtual PBX to ANY startup - their services are much much cheaper and come with high level of service commitment, as part of your ion-house team.

The team at Virtual PBX is simply awesome! They are attentive to our needs and have gone out of their way to make sure that we were set up properly. Linda (customer service) is an absolute Gem...she truly represents VIrtual PBX well...she followed thru on all of her promises and took the time to provide exceptional customer support! We shopped around before settling on VPBX and we are so so glad that we did! TOTALLY SATISFIED AND RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY!

My real estate practice is very demanding and time is of the essence in every task I am involved with. I was in the bind this late afternoon because my fax machine was down and I needed to recieve a 29 page time sensitive document asap. I suddenly remembered that my new subscription with Virtual PBX included faxing priviledges. Thus I instructed my client to send the legal documents to my Virtual PBX line and presto I recieved an email notifiying me of the incoming fax which I immediatly Esigned, re-uploaded and send to my next client. Everything happened so quickly and my transaction did not miss a beat. I thank Virtual PBX for having such dependable services. In addition to the big monthly savings I am recieving after switching my business telephone services from AT&T to Virtual PBX I am recieving other value added services that I now know I cant live without.
