If I could give VIP Trust Deed and Peter Rosenthal 10 stars I would. An excellent review is what this company deserves. Peter helped my family sort through a very difficult situation and his solution, surprisingly, worked out to be in everyone’s best interest. I am forever in debt (no pun intended) to VIP Trust Deed.

We want to thank V.I.P. helping us to collect our loan on the property we had for 22 years and when we demanded the borrower deny the loan and V.I.P. staff with their experience and hard work collected for us and the cost was lot less than Attorneys charging us. Thank you V.I.P.

We received amazing professional and helpful service at V.I.P. Trust Deed Co. on our 1st Trust Deed loan. Peter R., Cameron, Cheryl and Annette took good care of us and went above and beyond to help us get out of an extreme situation with a previous lender.They answered every question we had and did everything in a timely manner. Peter R. was so personable and so knowledgeable that it made the things presented to us throughout the process, easily understood.We were very pleased with the interest rate we received. My bank wouldn’t touch my complicated deal. They frankly didn’t understand what I needed. VIP not only saw what we were trying to accomplish but added elements to the deal to make it smoother, more affordable and faster than my escrow office could believe. Three days from start to finish on 100% financing. Not only was I impressed but my escrow officer and my realtor were amazed at the efficiency of VIP. They both said they’ll use VIP in the future when a deal gets complicated and the bank can’t fit their qualified client into the corporate pigeon hole for regular financing.What my bank couldn’t get done in two weeks, VIP did in three days. Unheard of in this day and age. And the whole staff was so polite and respectful of my time and went out of their way to insure I understood all the paperwork.If there were more stars I’d give them all to VIP Trust.

What a great experience to work with Vip Trust Deed Company. Peter and escrow lady Annette are truly amazing professionals and nice to work with. I had asked to close escrow on March 9th or 10th and we closed on the 8th. They do perform and do as they say. I would for sure work with them again. I can highly recommend them. Recommended by my financial advisor, I contacted Peter to explain the financial timing issue I was experiencing to see if he was able to help. I’m halfway through that deal now and Peter has been very helpful in making the process as seamless as possible and I now have the $800k needed to close on the home purchase I making this week. In a few weeks when the property I own outright closes, he will be made whole. All without the extreme hassles encountered when working with a bank and it is costing me less than a bank would charge. Thank you Peter & Co for making this process about as stress-free and simple as one could imagine. I recommend VIP whole-heartedly!Update: 7 months ago my real estate transactions closed with VIP’s assistance. The VIP team quickly and successfully prepared additional documents in response to the recorder’s office objection to the original paperwork filed regarding the “bridge” financing and the release of that lien. Without the loan from VIP, I would have forfeited my earnest money and not been able to close on my new home. So, I very much appreciate the service Peter at VIP provided, which involved very little paperwork and cost me less than a traditional lender likely would have charged. They allowed me get on with my next chapter, which I’m happy to report is off to excellent start.

Peter Rosenthal, broker, gave me outstanding advice regarding the sale of two apartment buildings I have owned for many years. He recommended a great real estate broker, Arthur Mangassarian, of RE Max Tri-City real estate in Glendale, CA. Peter explained the advantages to me regarding selling the properties and carrying the financing. It was the perfect thing to do at my age.Peter helped me with every detail of the terms of the first trust deed.Both buildings sold within 2 days of one another at a very good and fair price; right in the ball park with comparative sales. The escrow period was relatively short.Mr. Rosenthal is extremely knowledgeable with many decades of experience. I highly recommend his company.

VIP Trust Deed was great! Peter, Annette, and the entire gang over there were quick and so accommodating. We were working on a ground up project and the conventional loan was taking forever. In stepped Peter and the rest is history. I would highly recommend using their services.
