Was really an eventful that I wouldnt try to do every day as my assistant was very helping as well as put me at ease as she too let me know she had feelings too from laughter to being serious when she needed to convey a particular subject concerning money be it mine though which was a surprising factor most companys wouldnt care as long as it wasnt there money yet I wanted not just monthly but I dont like having to worry about next month or the one latterr on so when i said all for a price to work with an I heard her say hold on let me speak to her boss and see if she coukd grt me a super grey deal in a six month and go from there and lo n bhold after i was asked to send pics u knew that they would like whaf i sent as the beauty on a 20year jeep 4x4 was remarkably clean no dings or missing pieces a really nice jeep and got what I was looking for Im happy as I know shes too...thank you dear women fer the help recieved today

The agent I spoke with was very good, very helpful. Not pushy or trying to hit me with the hard close.. he also wasn’t to lackadaisical or a yes man, I asked him a question about a discount, he wasn’t sure, he said let me find out. He then put me on hold came back and everything went the way good business should. He was able to get me a little discount due to paying for a full six months as opposed to the month-to-month that I usually can bearly afford. Very good work.. good price, good connectivity, good experience, equals good sale 👍 I would recommend.

The worst company ever they cant even seem to keep my auto pay going. They have canceled my policy 3 times in the 3 three months due to there own neglect. I dont not recommend this company to any they are slow and really argumentative. There manager does not lesson to anyone he just tells yous what he thinks is the right thing and if you dont argue with him he will just tell you You are wrong. Im my opinion this is the worst car insurance company I have ever had.

Setting up insurance with them was pretty easy, but when Ive called back a couple times with questions after not receiving my documents 4 weeks later their customer service has been not very friendly and impatient. Nick was especially curt, impatient, and seemingly very put out to answer simple questions or help. I hope this is not a sign of service given in a tough situation.

I was in a bind the police had tagged it over a week ago thankfully I was afforded this ins company and the gentleman who gave me the quote was awesome I ended up getting their insurance and he helped me expedite it .I am Leary about Internet business but this man had such a reassuring quality that I didnt get any red flags as he helped me understand the terms of the policy after he and I finalized my policy he sent me my copies over email along with my cards I needgto download and keep in my car and I was short on. My down payment but he and his manager decided a way I could afford it and allowed me to partially pay my down in the first month way better than bristol west the farmers ins budget branch of auto insurance if I had it all to do over I would have been much better off with this agency than I was with farmers I strongly recommend these good people as the went past the extra mile to help me get my vehicle insured three hours later I am licensed and insured just the way Im supposed to be .

I was originally with progressive and trying to switch to Geico, but they had me waiting for over two hours to speak to anyone. Instead i found Vios and I was immediately connected with Grace! She was so friendly and now my insurance is so much lower than what i used to pay! Not a good experience. Was quoted a different price than originally told and when I got my paperwork there was a $25 late fee added for having a canceled insurance policy even though my policy was still active. I saved a little money but the hassle of waiting 2 hrs to get my insurance policy was almost not worth it. Will most likely go with a different company in the future.
