I stayed with my husband in a huge, accessible room. It had a king bed and a queen bed which was perfect for us because of my cast. The room had two large windows and a back door onto a patio so a through breeze was easy and we didn’t need the air conditioning much. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was a great 4 days!

We stayed here 3 nights while in the San Luis Obispo area. Hotel is in a nice downtown Atascadero location close to many dining options and other downtown activities. We had a nice large double queen room that was clean, roomy, quiet, and comfortable with an affordable price. Manager was great and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Had booked at a budget chain hotel down the road that wasnt good and our family felt unsafe, so we needed a last minute room. We took a drive and found Vino Inn. Upon pulling into the parking lot you could tell they maintained the property- parking lot, paint and outside appearance all looked good. I inquired what they had available and asked to see the family suite. This had a king bed in one room and two queens in the other. Was a great setup for our family that was in town for a wedding. The staff here were so polite and accommodating. Others from our group also moved to this hotel and had the same experience. While not the newest and a few minor things could use updating (looked like they updated but forgot to put in new stand lights or bathroom mirror lights), the rooms were clean and nicely setup. Nice small refrigerator, microwave, TVs ect. We were on the ground floor and there was a small area patio/yard in the back of the rooms outside which was nice. Was quite and in walking distance to a some great restaurants and a donut shop is right next door. I would highly recommend booking here.

Very nice rooms, areas, staff is wonderful. The neighbors in the other suites are quiet and respectful. Very clean and comfy beds. Although in room 107 the fridge froze everything, so I put a card board box in the little freezer part. It stopped the freeze but some of my food got ruined. So just a heads up if you got to 107 or the freezer doesnt have a door.

It’s a self run (no way that she is the owner or it would go under) operation bored lady. Wifi has never worked from key card info. Before you ok the room then make sure that you have a comforter they are in the cabinet. I didn’t have a car w me when ditching my boyfriend and location yay but give a hotel your money. Motel 6 is better or as good. I think she drinks because she was livid for some reason gripping pepper spray while she tried to use her big girl words.

Completely satisfied with everything. It is not a 5-star hotel but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything was in working order. The room had a refrigerator whidh was convenient. The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown section with several establishments within easy walking distance. If I ever visit the area again I definitely would stay there again.

We got married at a park near here. We rented several rooms for ourselves and our out-of-town guests.It was very nice. The rooms were clean and well taken care of, theres a back door in the downstairs rooms so you can step out onto the patio and overlook the stream that runs through the back.There are several good restaurants and even a shopping center within walking distance.The managers were super nice and very accommodating. I would absolutely recommend, as a safe and friendly place to rest your head.

The rooms are nice, clean and cozy. The manager and staff are very nice and friendly. The location is prime for Atascadero zoo and parks, Paso Robles wine tasting, downtown SLO, Templeton restaurants, etc. We stay there every time were in town. Thank you Kari

Right off the freeway and directly across the street is a TESLA SUPERCHARGER! Our room was very clean with no needed repairs, and a recently updated bathroom. I was worried about noise level but found it surprisingly quiet through the night. Parking wasnt an issue at all. The staff at the desk were very nice and polite, but perplexingly offered a nice bonus for us, but when came time to receive the bonus we found it missing. Since it was not part of the customary services for a motel Im not inclined to have it affect the ratting outside of the service category. Definitely would stay again.

I was a little skeptical getting this motel because it reminded me of motel 6 from the looks on the outside but when I saw my room I was surprised. Everything was clean, I got a suite not knowing it had two beds so that was great! The place was also next door to a theater and Mexican restaurant. Came here back in March for Sensorio Lights. I will definitely come back to this motel! Front desk lady was kind. 10/10

Dont be fooled be their website. The pictures and services seen are not a fair representation of what is really offered. The room smelled musty and decor was very outdated. The microwave must have been from the 80s. Set my alarm early in the morning for the free continental breakfast as they advertise, this is the most important meal of the day. So surely they wouldnt disappoint right?! Front desk says there is no breakfast because of Covid. Well Covid has been going on for 3 years now and it looks like youve updated your website since then so why are you false advertising. There def was not any walk in showers. And the bathroom wreaked of urine so bad that I would not shower at this hotel. I had to wait until we checked in our next hotel room.

This is an older motel and in places shows its age. The rooms were clean, smelled ok, and the beds were comfortable. The King suite we had actually had an additional queen bed in it. Price was right.

We stayed 1 night here and it ended up being really nice place. The bed was great we stayed in room 107 it was a king suite not really a suite but had 2 beds and 2 chairs. We came into town to see Santana and we were able to check in early which was nice. The room was clean.

Had to get a room last minute with some family members for a sudden passing in the family. The lady up front stayed up until we checked in. She was extremely friendly and even suggested where we could get a couple of drinks since we had had such a long day. There was a little back door that led out to the back of the hotel we really enjoyed that. Considering our circumstances we slept very well only thing that was disappointing was when we went to turn on the TV we noticed that the back of the TV the cord had been pulled completely out other than that incredible stay

Clean Room and friendly staff. The whole motel has been upgraded since I first stayed here 8 years ago. The bed was very comfortable. For me with my bad back this is a necessity. The location is ideal. Staying here you are within walking distance of several fun restaurants and bars. It is also a good location to go wine tasting in the Paso region. The price is significantly cheaper than many of the surrounding hotels and represents good value. So much so I have stayed here twice in the last 6 weeks. It is my go to motel when I go wine tasting in the Paso Area or Edna Valley.

We booked this hotel through Booking.com and the service was atrocious. The staff was rude and we believe to be racist. As a black business owner who had reserved rooms for employees for out of town work, I cant believe the total disregard of human decency. After being refused service, Booking.com would not refund the entire reservation amount. So we had to be disrespected AND have our money taken. Im highly disappointed in both this terrible hotel and Booking.com. Lesson learned.

Our stay at the Vino Inn was quiet and restful. The outdoor area was great for relaxing with my fat cigar after dinner. There is plenty of choices for local restaurant delivery as well as a conveniently located Dennys across the street. The best part of our stay was the hostess Chelsea who provided the perfect hospitality.

Was a warm room, with decent shower. Parking was easy, other rooms were very quiet and it was close to much of the downtown and surrounding businesses which IS a plus. All walking distance from hotel. Other than that, it didnt live up to the price by a long shot, or standard of most hotels. I needed last minute room for the night, they had one, room was partially painted one color, and the rest another. Floor (carpet) had multiple visible stains larger than the width of my hand or two. There was dead ants in the shower and near toilet, not many, but they were there and I rarely see that when traveling. Tv service was directly through their internet, which went in and out all night until just after midnight, it never came back on after that. No wireless or TV was then available or usable until the morning. I will not personally stay here again but if you need facilities, they will work.

The room was dirty, period. Room smelled like old cigarettes and the bathroom smelled like mold. There was dirt all over the walls and unpatched holes. No towel racks as theyd been torn off the walls. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again, nor would I recommend anyone else stay there either.

Well it was an interesting experience to say the least. The rooms were generally clean, a bit outdated, and nothing like the pictures. We were on the top floor and the entire room would shake when walking normally, we could hear the neighbors TV, and I’m pretty sure the bathroom was on a slope. I’d say if you need a place to stay and aren’t easily creeped out this is a great spot. If you’re looking for something a little more comfy....keep looking.

Lovely motel. Friendly staff, clean spacious room, comfortable bed, felt safe in well lit parking lot. Avoid the in-room coffee (Dennys across the street) and my TV remote didnt really work. Im certain management would have fixed it or moved me to another room if Id mentioned it - I was tired and one channel was enough for me! This is a great alternative to the chain motels.

This is an older motel but the rooms were very well-maintained and spacious. I have a handicap accessible room and it was very easy to maneuver a wheelchair in the bathroom. There was a fold-out couch as well as the bed and a dining room table with a small microwave and refrigerator. There is a continental breakfast buffet in the morning. Motel clerk was very pleasant.

Perfect motel to stop!The lady at the loby is really funny and kind, if you wanna talk a little bit with her, you will see that 😉Rooms are great but not awesome (for 125$ with four persons, we are not expecting more but we can expect less) so pretty great, TV is HD, fridge works, microwave too, lights are good, there are plugs close to the beds.The view is great too (as you can see on my pictures) of course it is not awesome but its cute.The pool is good too.Final, good hotel, go if you are in the corner and your looking for a good place to sleep not too expensive.

Ive been staying there a while and she always is out doing her job and available when I need restaurant advice or even a plastic spoon or knife for my room. Wonderful accommodations for the price! Huge room with microwave, refrigerator coffee maker ect at no extra cost. The lady at the front desk was more than professional. She was neighborly, she made us feel very at home. The hotel is in a great location near many restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores.. Its also right across the street from the 41 to Morro Bay

Outside air coming in around the windows and sliding glass doors.. middle of December is a little chilling being 35 degrees at night. Not so sure the sheets were changed on beds several different types of hair on the pillows. Checked out next day went to a different hotel

We came to stay at tye hotel and we almost got rob and broken in. A person at the middle of the night stared kicking the door and scream at us. we call the police and the hotel manager did not due anything to help. we recorded the conversation with her and nothing was done.

The room was very outdated. There were tweekers wandering around outside at night screaming at each other. The sliding glass doors were unlocked when I arrived and were difficult to lock once I tried. Huge piles of construction trash right outside the room as well as a nail poking through the interior wall from the outside. I would have given 1 star but the female staff member was very personable and kind, she was this places only saving grace.

First off they charged us for cleaning carpets and stated (we smashed food into carpets) and stained their floor. First of all there is no way I would allow my kids make any mess as we respect all places and so say we left stains is ridiculous as we dont drink any soda. I asked over and over for pictures and none were ever received as this lady claimed they had them for proof??? Lets talk about us not being able to go inside at the time of checking as there was man still painting the doors going in and out of the room? As you mentioned someone walked around with dirty shoes? We are not allowed to wears shoes inside and I promise you this place is shady!!!! Keep your $75 as your probably needing it to pay the guy for his paint job anyways

I made reservations on a Wednesday for that Friday night. Unfortunately circumstances forced me to need to cancel my room. My wife made the call and was immediately met with Its not before 48 hours of your stay you cant cancel. You cant get your money back We were prepared to eat the cost but the lady (if you could call her that) on the phone was repeating that over and over again and continued to become more and more coarse on the phone. My wife explained our circumstances to her and then was called a liar by this staff member and was told the owner would be contacted about our dilemma and they would get back to her. All day no call back so I decided I would call. As soon as she realized who I was she started in with the same speech about the cancellation period and condescending tone. I immediately asked to speak with the owner and she became even more combative. I will continue to try and contact the owner to let him know the kind of rude disrespectful employee he has hired to handle his customer service. And I wont ever be staying here.

This motel completely surprised me I was expecting it to be blasé due to its location. It was anything but the rooms have been reconditioned recently Im assuming because it was very nice and airy, that is due to a front and back door in the rooms the back door opens onto a courtyard, beautiful colors everything worked it looked like a brand new motel kudos to the remodel 💜

Un Clean HotelI checked into Room #108 at the Vino Inn & Suites on 1/8/2020 at 11:38 pm and checked out of the room on 1/09/2020 at 11:00 am.The room had bed bugs because the next day I had over a dozen bed bug bites all over my body. The bumps on my body were determined by my physician to be bites resulting from being bitten by bed bugs.That morning I contacted the hotel and informed them (Kari H) of the bed bug issue and they said they would close that room, and issue me a credit for the stay. I contacted the hotel a second time on 1/13/20 and the manager on duty said she would notify the owners to give me a refund. However, I never received a call back or a credit or a refund.In addition I filled a complaint with the SLO Dept of Health. This wasnt the first complaint they have had.

The host was very nice and accommodating. Room was big, and older. But ok for the price. Some sketchy things going on, like what appeared to be a drug deal from the person in 112. Looked like one night people were in a car and the lady had her kids running around and they were tired and wanted to go home but she wouldnt let them in. Finnaly the kids went to her car and stared to honk. She went back to her car and the dude inthe other car took off walking. Like i said sketchy! I think some people live there.

Large, very clean room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. There is also a swimming pool available to guests.We did not like the bad smell that persisted in the room despite having repeatedly aired it.Poor breakfast, I recommend only staying overnight
