We had an amazing experience with Vineyard Blind & Shutter! Kayle came out to take a look at our home and provided excellent suggestions based on our needs. The quote was very fair and competitive compared to other local companies. We had both a rollershade installed for one of our sliding glass doors, as well as 20+ shutters for all of the windows in our home. We were quoted 3+ weeks turnaround time for the rollershade and 14+ weeks for the shutters. We were extremely satisfied when we got a call just 2 weeks later that the rollershade was ready for installation. Similarly, the shutters came in almost a month ahead of schedule and installed by Chris and Phillip who arrived right on time (actually a few minutes early!) They also hauled away our old blinds so that we didnt need to take care of disposal. We definitely recommend Vineyard Blind & Shutter if you are looking for a quality business, and we were very happy to support this veteran owned small business.

We’ve used Vineyard Blinds for over 16 years. Absolutely the best service I’ve seen. If you need anything related to blinds, call Vineyard Blinds, ask for Lucas Martinez, or Randy! These guys are the absolute nicest guys and extremely competent at everything Blinds.I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

Just had plantation shutters installed in my condo- 20 shutters, lots of windows! What a great company to deal with, and excellent pricing, as well. Randy was my sales rep and main contact, and he was great! Super communication at all times, and he went out of his way to make sure this job flowed! He and his installers really know what theyre doing! Im so happy with my beautiful shutters! They look fantastic and my condo is much cooler! Although I live way down in Oceanside, that wasnt a problem at all for Vineyard! Thanks to Randy and everyone at Vineyard!

Polite, fast, efficient and professional. I bought my Shutters from Vineyard Blind & Shutter about 14 years ago. The quality is excellent and their prices were hard to beat. The shutters came with a lifetime warranty and have held up exceptionally well over the years. On a very rare occasion one or both of the pins that hold a slat in place will break. I have many shutters installed in my home, but this has happened only 4 times in 14 years. Today Andre their warranty repair technician, came to my home to replace the pins on a slat in one of my shutters. Before arriving Andre called to let me know he was on his way and his estimated time of arrival. I greatly appreciate that because I am a day sleeper and it gives me time to get up and be ready when he arrives. Andre was very polite and respectful. He completed the repair in less then 7 minutes and cleaned up after his work . The best part is that the repair was at no cost to me because of my life time warranty. Over the years I have recommended Vineyard Blind & Shutter to my friends and coworkers. The owner Matt is veteran U.S. Marine who runs his company with honor and integrity. I highly recommend them if you are looking for blinds or shutters. Thank you Andre and Matt for the many years of outstanding customer service.

Ive been using Vineyard blinds for over 15 years and what can I say... Their quality, follow up and customer service is like no other.They stand behind every shutter, blind & shade sold. I called yesterday to have my shutters fixed because of my kids breaking the louvers and immediately the next day Vineyard Sent out John their best lead installer to fix it.Although it wasnt a warranty issue and more of a wear and tear issue, they still fixed it at no charge.Ive never had a company not only stand behind their product but stand behind the family that Is using their product.You can tell its just the fact of the integrity and values that this company has, from ownership to the installation.If youre looking for window coverings of any sort, I suggest and recommend Vineyard Blinds and Shutters.They are a family-based business that has a strong foot hold in the Southern California Market area and will always strive for the best quality and customer service.I also just found out that the owner is a Retired Marine Vet and it goes to show how not only they have served our country but it reflects on how they serve their community & customers as well.Thank you Vineyard Blinds Shutters for all you do and your service 🇺🇲 😊!

We LOVE our shutters!!! By far, our favorite home enhancement!!! The shutters make our home look much better and dont get me started with how dark our bedroom gets because that is my husbands favorite part lol.Trudy, our sales rep was absolutely AMAZING!!! She provided several options to fit our budget and asked what WE wanted not what she needed to sell. The installers were very professional and supper prompt; they installed our shutters with care in less than an hour.Im so happy we picked Vineyard and not the original party we had intended to use (gut feeling) from H.Dep (3rd party, their price was TRIPLE from Vineyards and their service was not the greatest, they were selling what they wanted with limited choices and NOT within our budget... Oh and we had to remove our own existing blinds/covers...Vineyard, we look forward to your fabulous business in the near future to tackle our sliding door!!! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!!

Very honest and knowledgeable company that go above and beyond in customer care. We got reviews from 2 other companies which were almost twice the price for the same project and warranty. Vineyard blinds delivered on time with great shades and most of all they listen and solve any issues that arise without any excuses. Thank you for an excellent job, great teamwork and thanks Randy!P.S this is the 2nd project done for our business and they have been excellent both times!

Update: Randy, the business owner called me the same day this happened. He apologized for the miscommunication and promised to make everything right. He immediately put an order for the same blinds I have in the rest of my home and installed them. The blinds are beautiful and I am very satisfied with the service he provided.I waited for 3 months to have my shutters installed and they are not the correct shutters. When I got a quote, the guy that came to my home said that the shutters would be the same as the ones on the rest of my house. They are not. Now, the company is saying that “they understand my frustration but there is nothing they can do”.

We have had the most amazing experience with Vineyard Blind and Shutter. From the sales to the ordering to the instillation. We had top of the line shutters in our old home and recently moved to a new home that did not have window coverings. We are SO HAPPY we chose Vineyard out of all the other companies. Elated. I am so beyond pleased with my new blinds and verticals. Vineyard Blinds did an amazing job. I had my home remodeled and it has been a nightmare. Vineyard Blinds came in this morning and turned my bad feelings into JOY. Katie in the office was fantastic when it came to scheduling. I had to reschedule so many times and she made me feel it really was not a problem. Shari Kirkingburg came to show me options and give me an estimate to do 8 windows and 2 patio doors. Not only did she explain everything so I could understand (so thats what honeycomb blinds are lol) she showed me multiple options with multiple prices so I really felt it was my choice and I was not pushed to the most expensive product. My budget really mattered to them too. Today John the installer showed up early, always a plus, and he went right to work. He brought in all products and new what went where before even coming into my home. Within 45 minutes to an hour, John had all my Window Covers done. No mess left behind and all information I needed was given before he left. Everthing fits to perfection and is exactly what I had envisioned. I have been walking around my home for the last 6 hours absolutely gobsmacked. Im amazed at the beauty. The coverings look like shutters. So elegant. The quality and workmanship is fabulous. I Thank Vineyard Blinds so very much for ending my remodel with such perfection. I will recommend them to everyone I know and even people I dont know.

Just placed an order with Peter M. and he is awesome. The price was great and were looking forward to installation. Theyre great because they allow you to do your home in phases without any additional charges and there is a lifetime guarantee. Ill update this post with before and after pictures once installation is complete, but for now the service is excellent.

Very disappointed. I ordered one shutter and waited at least 8 to 12 weeks only for them to come and realize they measured wrong. Now I am waiting again. It’s been nine weeks and still no word. The tech who came called me with a weak apology saying “well it’s not gonna kill you to wait since it’s your garage shutter.”

Just completed shutters and verticals on my third house. Vineyard did each home as I kept moving. Tha gal who answers the phone is so friendly and helpful. Shari the design rep failed to show up for an appointment. She made it clear she was not happy about an evening appointment. The scheduled time was 5:30. Customer texted her and told her freeway backed up; it would be 5:45 a 15 minute difference. Shari never responded, never showed up and, when called, said we should make a weekend appointment. We picked this company because they could come out in the early evening.I TAKE BACK ALL OF THE ABOVE! WHEN I CONTACTED THE COMPANY ABOUT THE ISSUE, THEY IMMEDIATELY TOOK STEPS TO REMEDY THE SITUATION. I SHOULD NOT HAVE WRITTEN A NEGATIVE REVIEW BASED ONLY ON ONE EMPLOYEES CONDUCT. THE COMPANY WAS EXTREMELY APOLOGETIC AND WE CHOSE THEM TO DO THE WORK ON OUR HOME. THE BAD DECISIONS OF ONE EMPLOYEE IS NO REFLECTION ON THIS COMPANY.

I wish there was a negative star I could add for this company. Terrible products and customer service could not be worse. Seriously, I think all the positive feedback online is done by friends and family of the owner or their employees. Liars and crooks! Beware and stay away. there are so many reputable companies offering the same products, stick with them. These guys dont know what theyre doing, theyre rude and there is no follow up. If you place an order, dont expect on-time delivery or any follow up at all. Theyre just full of excuses. Seriously all these positive reviews and 4 star ratings cant be true...

We are being charged to replace three of the vertical slats on our vertical blinds. The lifetime warranty doesnt apply to them? That is very disappointing, when you consider that i spent thousands on our shutters.

Customer service is awesome and prices are compatable, if you find someone cheaper pay the extra bucks you will not regret it, specially when the product malfunctions, lifetime warranty!
