Cole and Alejandro arrived on time (even shared their route so we knew exactly when theyd arrive), were courteous, efficient, and installed outlets in each bathroom. Have Vine to install two bathroom fans. The person who came to my house to get me a quote is professional and responsive. Asked me to send him a detail of work to avoid the assigned worker confusion. However, the worker who came to my house seems unprepared.1. My quote is clearly specified to remove the existing light and replace to a bath fan w/ build in light function on the same spot. They use pencil to mark where they need to cut the ceiling. Found that he tried to cut next to the light. He corrected it later after asked me to confirm the place. And finally before they left, I found that he already drill a hole on the wrong spot. He did not offer to patch the hole or let me know that is a hole until I found out. I still need to buy paint to cover the simple mistake( it could be avoided if he read the quote)2. 2nd time to ask me to confirm the work for 2nd bathroom. He asked if I am going to cut the wall and install an extra gang box for the new fan because the existing gang boxes already for the wall light and the plug. This time I asked if he read the quote before he started to work. No question asked after he read the quote.3. I knew some professional knew what they are doing and preferred not to switch off the electric panel. However, as a home owner, I prefer to minimize the accident inside my home. I introduced the panel is located in the garage and asked to turn them off when they work when they first came into my house. Later, found that they remove the gang box and wire without switching off the panel.4. I never thought that until later the day. It happened towards the end of work. Floor is cleared and the guy was in my bedroom to patch the hole. I tried to go to my master bedroom to get something and found that the door is locked. The door is remained open during the whole period of work and even when the other person cleaned up my place. The guy unlocked the door few seconds later after I tried to open door. I still feel uncomfortable what he did inside my room.

Jose arrived on time, troubleshooted our electrical issue of our outdoor patios light and fans that were connected to the inside of the home. He was able to help us get power back by tightening a loose wire in the receptical in the master bedroom that fed to the receptical that wasn’t working. He was here for less than an hour and got the issues resolved. We have more electrical projects that we are now going to move forward with, since we are so happy with how thorough Jose was.

I needed a 10 circuit manual transfer switch and a 30 amp receptacle installed inside my home for a solar generator for whole home power back up due to all the outages weve been having.I called Vine Electric for an estimate and they responded promptly three days later. I received an estimate and three days later the electrician arrived and completed the installation. From the initial call for an estimate to the completion of the job was approximately one week. Amazing!The electrician Cole Sanchez was excellent. He was very professional and was super patient especially since I asked numerous questions! I had two Hunter ceiling fans installed. The electrician arrived on time and introduced himself. I had only one question after the fans were tested. Is the slight wobble when on high speed normal? He assured me it was. He took all packaging with him for disposal after the install.

Lorenzo installed our new ceiling fan. He was experienced and new exactly what he had to do.My only complaint is that he was supposed to come between 10:30 and 12:30 and I had to text and call Vine Electric because at 12:20 pm we had no word from him or the office about whether he was coming or not. All it takes is a phone call to advise a client that technician is delayed.

I needed two circuit to be connected to the main panel. I called on a Friday after I got a quote and they were able to come the same day. Cole came and he was very professional and in 30 minutes he was able to connect the two circuits add the two breakers that I needed and he tested the outlet. Technician Lorenzo arrived early (yay) and quickly went through the list of things I needed done, having just moved to a new house. He was thorough, answered all my questions, fixed the new ceiling fan that sounded like it was going to fall off, addressed security lights, garage outlets, identified and explained circuit breakers. He answered every question I had (and I had a lot as I know nothing about electricity). He was super nice, friendly and did not waste any time. I had VA discount which I really appreciated. They will be my go-to electrician from now on.

Most electricians can do the job, however, Vine and Jose do it with a level of customer service that puts the others to shame. They showed up on time and ready to work. Jose took the time to really understand what we wanted but more importantly what we needed. He was able to make recommendations based on our electrical needs and in the process gave us exactly what we wanted aesthetically. When something unexpected happened Jose was able to handle it with speed and ease. He kept us informed every step of the way making sure we stayed on time and on budget. Needed wire installed in vaulted ceiling in order to install ceiling fan. The vaulted ceiling was very difficult to reach from attic, but Cole and Erik persisted until they found a path for the new wiring. Extremely relieved because the hole had to be cut in the vaulted ceiling first and would have been disappointing and expensive to repair had they not made it work.

I had a gremlin in my wiring through one side of my house, after trying everything I could to try and fix the problem, I called vine electric. I live about 25 miles from where they are based but they were more than happy to help me. They came and figured out the problem in less than an hour. Plus the work comes with a warranty. It all started when Sarafina answered the phone. She was very professional, and seemed to genuinely care about the issue I was having. She asked questions to really try to understand what the problem was, and she even put me on hold to consult with an electrian to help determine the best course of action - either troubleshooting appointment or an estimate appointment.Cory was the electrician that showed up (early but called to ask if that was okay), and he was friendly and professional. We had ceiling fans replaced, ceiling fans installed, and outlets and switches replaced which took 1.5 days. After the first day, I had to reach out about a things that needed to be redone the second day (ceiling fans were too low and wrong angled mount was used). They fixed this work the second day along with the other work that they needed to finish. I just discovered that the attic access panel was not put back and our breaker wasn’t turned back on completely so our AC wouldn’t turn on. Overall, services were good, but lacked attention to detail.

I left a voicemail over the weekend regarding a time-sensitive repair. A representative called back at 7am on Monday morning, and they were able to have their technician, Jeremy, come out the same day. He arrived within the specified timeframe.We had a short in our circuit, and he meticulously worked through all the outlets and switches to find the bad wire, and was able to isolate the problem and get all other lights/outlets on that circuit working.We delayed the final repair only because we will need to open up the wall and coordinate with a sheetrock company. We will be working with VIne and Jeremy on that final work in the coming weeks.Jeremy was knowledgeable, polite, thoughtful, clean -- and patient and thorough with a challenging repair.

We used Vine Electric for 3 different projects. The first 2 projects went seamlessly. However my next project, (installing the wiring for my hot tub) was somewhat of a mess. The technicians obviously didnt know what they were doing, and made it seem like they were not at fault for the hot tub powering up. $200 later, and a wasted service call from our spa tech, showed that the electric work done by Vine was actually installed incorrectly. I didnt appreciate the tone used by their techs, saying their job was done when not only was it not done, but it was not done correctly. the electrician who came to fix the work essentially laughed at the work that had been done. Really doesnt make me feel like the work I originally wanted done was done correctly or done well.

Patrick responded quickly, and solved a complex electrical problem. A switched outlet had been installed incorrectly and hadnt worked for 20 years. Patrick corrected the problem, and also found some loose neutral wires with melted insulation. Could have burned the house down if he didnt see it. Thanks so much. Excellent service!

This is a good company, today was a bit odd though. Work was fast this morning, they were missing a part that they needed and were supposed to come back later this week. To our surprise it came in after they left, but they were able to come back the same day to finish the job - definitely a plus there. The odd part was that they forgot that I was home even though I greeted them at the door. They shut off power without any warning. I of course was baking food, so it was a bit shocking 1/2 hour + of food sitting in the oven with no electricity. The technician was nice and finished the job. I would still recommend this company to anyone needing an electrician.
