I had the pleasure of representing a buyer for one of Vincents listings. As is the case these days, being a listing agent can be pretty grueling with all the calls one gets. Vincent however, answered his phone and was very professional in our conversations. Vincent shared what he could to help me write an offer that was selected by the seller. We had a super easy escrow and closed quickly without a hitch! It was very refreshing working with Vincent to collaborate a win-win for our respective clients.

After interviewing several agents, we chose Vincent because of his North SD knowledge and his great listening skills. After successfully purchasing our house, we are happy to endorse him. My experience with Vincent Morris could not have been better. The level of attention, professionalism, and care that he brings to his work is really too notch. When my mother passed unexpectedly, my brother found was referred to Vincent to help selling her house and it was the best choice we could have made. Vincent helped us navigate getting the house ready for market and assisted in getting repairs and marketing done even though my brother and I lived in different places. At a time when we were dealing with stress and grief, Vincent helped keep things on track and we were able to sell within days of listing at more than asking price. Vincent responded right away to any issues, clarified any confusion and saved us money and stress by having really great and affordable people work for him. The other realtors that we met with before Vincent wanted to list the house for less and did not inspire confidence. I cannot more highly recommend Vincent and his team. I interviewed multiple agents and what stood out immediately was his authenticity and easy-going, non-sales approach. I was also impressed with his in-depth knowledge of the area in which we were selling our family home. Vincent was also optimistic about selling at a higher price than other agents I had met, who seemed eager for a fast experience and quick commission.Vincents profound analysis of our home was very helpful and led to a significant list of required and recommended changes, most of which we eventually accepted as smart investments in getting our home ready to sell in a tight and uncertain market. I can say confidently that these suggestions on improvements gave us the look and feel we needed to sell a luxury house. The final offer we accepted reflected Vincents work in getting the house up the required standard.In a practical sense, Vincent went above and beyond in helping us to fix and repair items and pay vendors and handymen since our family does not live locally. He had a great organized timeline and budget plan for us from the beginning and checked in often. We chose him partially on his willingness to help us project manage these situations and he really came through. He earned our trust quickly and was very careful to communicate about the house alarm, who would be in the home and when, and he was always checking in to assess progress or hold people accountable to our schedule.Lastly, his marketing expertise and familiarity with the North San Diego County Coastal really made the difference. The micro details mattered and we wound up accepting an offer above our optimistic asking price one immediately after our open house. There were several other seriously interested buyers as well so we know that house was seen in the all the right places.Selling a family home after a loss was not easy but Vincents low-key, can-do attitude made this experience the best that it could be under the circumstances. We feel very fortunate to have met Vincent. We felt pretty qualified to sell our house, however Vincent counseled us at nearly every turn on some important decisions. From prepping for an open house, what was important and what was not.We had an offer, above asking, for our home before the first, and only, open house. My wife and I have yet to meet a professional as generous with their time and energy as Vincent. He puts his clients first. No excuses. He WILL go above and beyond for you. I remember saying to my wife many times—“Wow, I can’t believe he did that for us; he must really care.” His work ethic and commitment to our happiness are unprecedented.Additionally, Vincent listens to a T. Vincent Morris is an outstanding realtor in San Diego County! We first met Vincent while attending an Open house he was hosting. Impressed with his knowledge and character, we hired him a few years later to sell our home, and help us locate our dream home. This was not an easy task since it was the beginning of the Covid pandemic, and open houses were not allowed. Nevertheless, Vincent was able to sell our home within the first few days of hitting the market! His continued dedication to finding us our dream home came to fruition shortly after the sale. The main thing you want in a real estate agent is to know they have your best interest in mind over how quickly a deal gets done or how much theyll make off commission. I have done 3 real estate deals with Vincent in the last 5 years and I can honestly say that he puts our interests in mind first and foremost. On both home purchases, he aggressively negotiated us a deal and got the home closed efficiently. On our second home purchase, we ran into issues with the home after we had closed. Vincent, despite the deal being closed, continued to fight for us when he knew there was nothing more to gain personally. This is rare in an agent.But he really shined when he sold our home. His team is methodical and organized. He advertised in just about every relevant publication and website you can think of. He staged the house to perfection. The photos looked incredible. And when all was said and done, we had over 100 visitors at a single weekend open house and 27 competing offers. Thats how its done!I would gladly recommend Vincent and his team to any of my family or friends. I look forward to doing more deals with him in the future.

Vincent Morris was our realtor in selling our home recently. He was/is very professional, organized, truthful and did a good job in handling our contract with the buyers. He used several marketing/social media techniques - everything available to try and sell our home, as well as setting up a staging company to make our home sellable. He was able to sell our home during a challenging real estate market - mostly a buyers market. We highly recommend Vincent and would use him again.
