Your team, all of them worked very hard to be able to put me into my new Camry. It was hard to leave my 2009 Corolla, which has been very good to me, but I had to make a decision of putting more in it and breaking down or have peace of mind with a new car. Everyone there was so accommodating, kind, friendly, helpful. I give them ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Archie, Brett, Lexi, Kyle, Daniel, George, and Sean. I hope I remembered everyone that helped me.

Victory Toyota gave me the best experience when buying a new car. I wanted a very specific spec of the rav4 xle premium, so we had to wait a few months for it to arrive. Victory Toyota called me with weekly updates on arrival to make sure I was in the loop. Trading in my car to buy this one was such a smooth and easy process. Dhiya and George were a great team who helped me pick my 2025 Hybrid Camry. They even searched and found the color and the modeI I wanted from Fresno and had it delivered the next day. Dhiya took the time to explain all the new technology that was install since my last Camry was a 2010 model. No CD players or 6 cylinders Camrys anymore, but the 4 cylinders has so much power, it’s unbelievable. The hybrid is so quiet that I feel like I’m driving on air. The paperwork on the financial part, thanks to Sean … was fast and painless. My humble thanks to all the good people who help me get my dream car. This was my 7th Toyota car and 6 was from Victory Toyota.

Walked onto the lot and was immediately greeted by Tomas. Let him know what I was looking for and he immediately got to work showing me different options. We test drove a few cars all while Tomas was being extremely helpful, friendly and making sure I loved whichever car I was stepping into! He understood my concerns and listened to all my car needs! Originally visited dealership to “look” at a particular model and determine whether this was what we were looking for. After a long discussion with a very knowledgeable and courteous salesperson, we entered into a discussion on all financial situations to obtain the vehicle. Again, the salesperson, and eventually the Sales Manager, were very professional in their approach, neither pushy nor curt. ***Please read*** I had an excellent experience leasing my Tacoma from Victory Toyota. It started with a phone call asking for the sales manager and ended with me owning my first truck!Last Friday I reached out to the dealership asking for the sales manager. I spoke with Ray and explained that I never have owned a truck and that I wanted to see if I would like driving one. Ray invited me to visit the dealership and introduced me to Daniel. They had a Tacoma ready for me to drive. Daniel was really good at showing me just what I needed to know to enjoy the drive and even let me take it to my house to show my wife and to see if it fit in my driveway. We live about 1.5 miles away and have a small curved driveway.Upon returning to the dealership Daniel explained the available options and also the packages. Daniel went through the benefits of the different available packages and also went over the current inventory. Ray then joined us and we went over some leasing options. Ray said he would find the truck that worked best for me even if he had to go to another dealer to find it. I went home and met them the next morning to work out a deal on a truck they had on the lot. After we shook hands on the deal, Daniel facilitated the application and Ricio, the finance manager, prepared all the paperwork and had me driving my truck home in short time. Ricio was great at answering my finance questions and explaining the process.The gist of it is that I met 3 professional people that were incredibly respectful of me and my needs as a customer. I didn’t feel pressurized to make something happen that day. It was all about the relationship. Ray, Daniel, and Ricio were top notch! The relationship made the deal. Everyone in the Service department makes an extra effort to ensure customers are taken care of. Excellent experience. Making the appointment was simple, dropping the truck off was quick and hassle free. The employees and service technicians were very polite and professional. I actually fell asleep and missed the time I was supposed to pick it up and they went out of their way to have the keys and paperwork with the sales team so I could still pick it up after the service department closed. The oil change was great. Fast and efficient. The person in the office can work on his customer service skills. He kept throwing his pens around as one does when they are frustrated. Which I thought was rude as I had just gotten there. He also seemed to have little patience for questions.

Scheduled an appointment online only to show up early and be told they don’t have enough time to service my vehicle. Got completely rushed through rudely and never explained what services they were doing to my car. Left spending over $200 for an oil change and tire rotation. I now have to go somewhere else to complete services on my car. I will never return to these crooks.

Had a terrific buying experience on the fourth vehicle weve bought from Victory. Daniel Thorup was our salesperson, and he was kind, knowledgeable about the car we were interested in, and offered multiple ways to help us locate the one we wanted. Daniel was always friendly when we called with updates, helped out with questions about optional equipment, and ultimately accompanied us on two separate test drives to make sure we wanted the car. Kyle needs a raise. You arent paying him enough. I came into the service. I didnt have an appointment but needed help with my car. There was a message on the screen saying I needed maintenance on some filters on my traction cooling. Kyle worked me into the schedule and was a life saver. Kyle is a fantastic employee and should be training people to do the job so more people working there are like him. Seriously, hes not being paid enough, give him a good raise.

Mr Lafayette Is not pushy: he is very thorough. He goes through the history of the car 10 years back. He checks what is car needed and recommended .He recommends the best options and they finances for it and he lets you think on it. This is the second time I deal with him. Great place! I called and talked to Rob in sales about downsizing my current truck. We talked about a few of the Tacomas on the lot, He set up an appointment for me and when I arrived Rob had a truck cleaned and waiting for me to test drive at the front of the dealership. I dont believe that anyone takes the time to read these reviews. Anyhow, when my tires were rotated the other day, 2 very good air-nipple caps were not replaced. Maybe minor, but may be reflective of the attention to detail. Moreover, even with an appointment, my oil change took over two hours! Finally, this service costs more than $400!!!! Even Lexus charges less, to say nothing about Honda!

Great experience! Im an out of town RVer who called on a whim on Sunday morning not even realizing it was Sunday. As someone also in the industry on the sales side, I can appreciate those who work on Sunday because we do not. lol Also, it was Mother’s Day so I really thought id end up at Jiffy Lube. Not only did I get in within the hour thanks to a cancellation, I had a great chat with two advisors and a tech regarding work schedules, an awesome breakfast recommendation at Rocky’s Cafe within walking distance, and my oil change and rotation was done in about two hours. So basically 3 hours of my Sunday was spent in total. You may not realize it from a customers perspective, but from a Sales and Sales Manager perspective from Nashville, I’d recommend this service department to anyone spending time in the area. Thanks!

There has been 2 times where I have has issues here. The first one was my 25,000 service I got handed a paper with the wrong vin and mileage on it. When I got handed the right paper I was told my service was not going to be free because I passed my mileage. I ask about it when I bought my car and they told me it wouldnt be a problem. I currently drive frome salinas to San jose to work and I go to this toyota to get service because I bought my first new car here. This time, I walk in and I ask if I have any credits or if there are any deals going on and I was told no I look on my email and see 2 emails from victory toyota for deals that I could have used on my service that could have saved me money. I call and explain whats going on and was told because the service associate wasnt working I could not be helped. As Im explaining the deals even the lady that called me didnt know the deals that were going on I had to explain them to her. I felt like my issue was not going to be resolved so I drove from salinas to toyota to explain as Im trying to talk to another associate the same lady I was on the phone with proceeded to say oh I already talked to her the associate isnt here till Wendsday. And after I was told I could not be helped till Wednesday because they didnt want to take the initiative to do a return and a rewrite on my service report. All I wanted was a return in the difference of what the coupons are for they should have a copy on the desk so they can best help customers get the best prices. I really hope in the future things will get better here because right now I feel like everytime I come in I am not being told full information.

We were ready to leave after paying a reasonable fee for getting the work finished. I would not go to another shop for car maintenance. I purchased my Prius at Victory Toyota when it was new. All care for my car has been done at Victory, in a swift, accurate, and well done manner. I must happily say that my Prius was clean, working well, and shiny when I to picked the car up. I went into Victory Toyota with trepidation. It was my first time buying a new car and I’d heard horror stories of aggressive car salesmen and I wasn’t looking forward to it at all. We were greeted by a salesman named Dhiya as soon as we stepped into the building. He was friendly and easy going. So far so good. I told him what I was looking for and he showed my husband and me the way. We went on a test drive and I discovered all my nerves had dissipated. Dhiya was so fun and more importantly, was making the experience fun, that I forgot that I was supposed to be hating this experience. He helped me figure out the exact car for me and made sure I was comfortable with this very big and serious purchase. He worked with us to get the right payment for our budget and I walked away almost wishing I could do it all over again. I had to come pick up my car a few days later because it was in transit and he updated me all the time with ETA. When it was time to pick up my beautiful new car, he had put a great big bow on it and took pictures of my son and me with my new car. I’m still so happy with my car and with the service Victory Toyota always give me. They even wash my car when I bring it in for service!! ❤️. Im glad I did my research ahead of time because this dealership is either cunning or ignorant. The sales person was extremely kind, attentive and helpful but he was being handed false information from his superiors on pricing as well as financing. Do plenty of research before going in. They had one price listed online and then tried to charge a much higher price when paperwork came out and the price was over what the Kelly Blue Book value for the car is. They also tried to low ball our trade in again completely ignoring the Kelly blue book value. With online dealerships offering no haggle, all inclusive prices with free home delivery and especially with the current pandemic there is no reason to go to a dealership like this. Oh and although they did not seem to know how to work with an outside bank I highly recommend doing your financing elsewhere because their APR is ludicrous compared to our banks.

Made a recent purchase and have been stressed and unimpressed.Sales team took advantage of me. Straight up. Avoid. Theyre nice, but the rep and manager dont actually care.Had to ask for floor mats that were clearly included in the pre sale maintenance. Was told I had to pay for a GPS tracker, remote disable, and care package that ended up being 3k. The car is a prior rental, for all I know they had it installed prior to the dealer ever having the car. Failed to say anything about how they are null after 75k miles, the car has 33k miles on it and the car has 5 free oil changes on it still. Ill be lucky to even get 2 of those 15 I paid extra for.Cant even get a simple weather striping replaced. Damage was pre existing to purchase, along with indicators that the car was broken into as a result of theft, crash, or massive mistake.

I came here for the first time about a week ago to get a ToyotaCare checkup as well as to check out a rattling noise in the door of my 2022 Tacoma (mostly the ladder). It was a breeze to schedule the service, and they got me in a few days after I called, but once I arrived, things went downhill pretty quickly. I went inside to the service department to check in my vehicle, and when I mentioned the rattling in the door, the desk tech laughed and told me that it was normal and that there was nothing they could do about it. It’s worth noting that he had this response before I had even checked my vehicle in - so there was no basis for this dismissal of issue. I have worked on cars for years and have done work as a mechanic as well as been around family members who are mechanics. The only reason that I brought the truck in instead of doing it myself is because I am under warranty, and if I have a $40k+ truck I would rather that they fix it. The desk tech and I went back and forth a little, but he remained condescending and dismissed my issue which I felt like was belittling. It’s worth noting that I’m in my mid-twenties, so I’m not a stranger to this attitude at dealerships and shops. I received my truck back after the service (only 15k mile service) and predictably there was no reference to the rattle from him, and when I asked about it, he went so far as to say that I likely just had a bottle in the door (lol) and that it was normal for Tacomas. Bummer to have a bad experience here for my first time, and even more of a bummer that I’m going to need to take the time to disassemble the door assembly and secure the wiring harness that is likely causing the rattling problem on a practically brand-new truck. I will be looking for other Toyota dealerships for the remainder of my ToyotaCare period.

Its a 2020 Toyota Camry with VIN 4T1C11AK0LU990592 and price was lower than the typical market value, thus I was very interested in acquiring the car.On the phone with Nathan, we explicitly discussed this specific car, confirmed by Nathan when he looked up the matching VIN number between the website and the dealer system, and confirmed its availability. We arranged for a meet up at 3PM on the same date to finalize the car purchase. Note that I was 2.5 hours driving away from the dealer.At noon, Nathans manager, Ray Alcaraz followed up with a text:Hello Minh! My name is Ray Alcazar, Sales Manager at Victory Toyota. Just wanted to quickly introduce myself and confirm your appointment today 10/22/2023 with Nathan to go over Camry options. Does 3PM still work for you?Reply YES to confirm, or reply STOP at anytime to end.I confirmed the appointment and headed out, assuming we will finalize that specific car i was interested in. Upon arrival, Nathan and Ray attempted to upsell me in much more expensive car and excused that the specific car i was looking for was no longer available due to various reasons ranging from operational glitch, system malfunction, staff incompetence in checking availability, etc. In short, each person gave different reason when i managed to question each of them separately.Notable things:-The car might still be available, but as they realized the price could be higher, they came up different excuses to not sell the specific car-Business ethic was clearly lacking when they clearly know the car was not available but still willing to tricked me to drive 2.5 hours, just so they have another chance to upsell me other vehicle at the expense of customer precious time and effort. The service advisor Danny Camacho who helped me was professional and very nice, but I’ve also been helped by a few other service advisors there in the past and all of them are extremely helpful.I have 5 Toyota vehicles and have been to previous Toyota dealerships before for service, but Victory Toyota is hands down the BEST Toyota dealership I’ve ever been too. They take such good care of their customers and so relieving to see such amazing customer service.Everything went so well, I will definitely be going there for all of my car needs. This was my first new car buying experience. The team at Victory Toyota were incredibly helpful and not too pushy at all. Dhiya Albarti was the agent that help me. He provided us with an excellent experience. He was flexible with my schedule and didnt pressure me into feeling like I need to act fast. He was very patient and answered all of our questions in detail to make sure we felt comfortable and well informed about the car. He took the time to make sure this car would be the perfect fit for my needs. Dhiya worked to the best of his abilities to make sure we got a deal that worked best for us. Also knowing this was my first new car buying experience, he even took the time to make it extra special buy placing a big red bow on the new car and allowing us to take photos with it before we left the lot. My only regret was we didnt get a picture with him included in it. Overall I am incredibly happy with my new Toyota Venza and the considerate and caring experience that was afforded to me at Victory Toyota.

Let me preface this review: Ive been buying used cars for 15 years of my life. All private sales and 2 used car dealerships. The experiences were adequate, not really noteworthy.Ive *always* stayed away from new car dealerships because theyre just too...clean. Theyre not bad, theyre just... not my jam.Fast forward to this year. I had been looking for a very specific used 2014 Toyota Tacoma 4WD for months. I looked throughout California and Nevada. I even almost planned a trip to Portland, OR to look at one. But as it turned out, the Unicorn was parked at Victory.I sent them my information and Rob called back and sent a short walkaround video immediately. I almost waited a weekend to go see the truck, but, fortunately I drove down the next day. He held the truck for me as a I made the 3 hr. drive.Rob was professional and real pleasant. The guy just knows his Toyotas and he isnt pushy at all and thats the kind of person that Id like to deal with. He even gave me some directions to a local artichoke field to test the 4WD.Who is this guy? Amazing.Both he and Sean (financial manager) did a superb job in closing this deal. And they were fair with the trade-in value of my 2014 Tacoma PreRunner which made a big difference to me.When I need another used Tacoma 350,000 miles from now, Ill head to Seaside to visit them.Nicely done.

Save money!!! Go somewhere else. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here. I took my vehicle here for 2.5 years and occasionally taking it to other places and never paid attention to pricing, me not knowing anything about cars and what I was needing and being overcharged for I always listened to what the service department said my hybrid RAV4 needed. I drive a lot so my vehicle gets serviced about every 2-3 months. I was in the Santa Maria area and decided to take my vehicle here and only paid about $100 but when I take it to seaside I walk out paying about $500.I went in 4/6/2023 for my vehicle 60,000 mile service and was told it was going to be $1,915. The guy explained to me what each thing was and how my vehicle needs all these services.I decided to wait and take it to Santa Maria Toyota on 4/13/2023 and was only charged $340!!! The service rep told me that they will check to see if my vehicle needed the other services that Seaside told me it needed but if it didn’t need it then they wouldn’t charge me for it while seaside doesn’t check to see if it needs any of these services. They just tell you you do and charge you for it.Do yourself a favor, save your money and go somewhere else!!!

Sold me a car with alignment issues, was told I would be taken care of when I brought it in, I was not, I had to pay for it in full. I honestly think they kept my car for half a fat and did nothing. I took it somewhere else and they verified the alignment was not fixed. I had to buy new tires and 2 alignments within a year of purchase. Do not recommend.

Friendly staff, but youre just another number to their store manager. Maybe they should worry about selling volume instead of making extra thousands per sale. I had a wonderful experience with Victory Toyota! I was recently in a bad car accident that totaled my 4Runner so I reached out to Victory Toyota about their RAV4s. Daniel contacted me quickly and offered to have a ride set up for me to check out the vehicles and all. Daniel is so friendly and patient, letting me test drive as many RAV4s as I wanted to and not pressuring me into buying anything since the accident was still fresh in my mind. I bought my Corolla from Gilroy Toyota but I wasn’t satisfied with our 2 initial visits to their service department. For our 3rd maintenance appointment we decided to visit Victory Toyota, and that first visit was all we needed to be loyal customers for as long as we live here. We’ve been coming to Victory Toyota for all of our service and maintenance needs since. We’ve even bought a brand new Camry for another family member here. The service and sales team are amazingly friendly, and NEVER pushy. All of the staff here are really great at what they do!I’ve noticed they’ve gained a lot more customers over the last year which is great! They’ve definitely been busier but they still never miss a beat when it comes to providing excellent customer service. We had Pablo as our service advisor tonight and as expected, service was awesome as always! My 4 year old Corolla is doing great and I’m confident that being maintained by this team will ensure it lasts forever! Slimey salespeople. They screwed us on a purchase, lied to us about the warranty, and in general the secondary salesperson knew nothing about the cars. The underwriter made multiple mistakes on the paperwork that I corrected - like dates and names and addresses. If it wasn’t a need at the time, I absolutely wouldn’t have purchased from them. Will never go back. So mad about this huge purchase.

Our experience is always great. 2 weeks ago, my boyfriend and I just went to go get my car serviced and while waiting, we just explored around and next thing we went home with a brand new Tacoma. Excuse the length of my review but I believe every piece of my relatively short time with them is extremely important. I took my car in for a part that was recalled through a third party. I was able to schedule this appointment for within the week and its an odd repair that I had expected them to have to order the parts for. However they had them in stock and were very quick to get it replaced. It took less than the quoted time and they even washed my car for me. They were going to vacuum the inside but I didnt have time to clean out my car before taking it in so thats my loss. Zeus was the very polite gentleman who helped get me checked in and personally called me when it was done. To which he extensively apologized for waking me up from my nap, unnecessary of course since I wanted my car but nice of him none the less. When I got there it was a matter of signing the paperwork saying I got my keys and my car was in the same condition if not better than when I arrived (a new passenger side air bag that wont kill my entire family and a car wash, Id say it was in much better condition). It didnt cost me a dime for all the work they did. I will be going back for my oil changes and other maintenance Ill be needing in the future even if it will end up being a little bit on the pricier side. Best experience Ive had at a dealership in a very very long time!

All too often compliments go unsaid and only negative things are posted about businesses. Today I want to complement the staff of Victory Toyota. I found the specific vehicle (even down to the color) I was looking for at the facility via an online search. From the first contact via phone to the completion of the transaction they were professional and accommodating. The accommodating point is critical considering I was going to travel 400 miles from Southern California to pick up the vehicle. Everything they promised and agreed to with no changes. I can’t recommend then enough and a big thank you to the Tomas (salesman), Jorge (sales manager), the finance team, and the GM. All were professional and a pleasure to work with! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

This review is really in reference to my experience with the service manager, Hap Plain. I brought my Land Cruiser in for some tire and brake work while on a road trip from the East Coast. There was a mishap with the tires where they put the spare on by accident and I did not double check before leaving. I reached out to Hap to express my disappointment and he did everything he possibly could to make it right. Since I couldnt go back to the dealership, he made sure to reach out to my local dealership as well as reimburse me extra fees I incurred to have the tire swapped. He was very professional and thorough, and worked really hard to make things right. I appreciated his help immensely. Im sorry it took me so long to write this, as my experience was around 6 months ago.
