What a great experience at Victory Honda! Petr was so kind, helpful and honest and helped me make a decision that was right for my first brand new car. I am very pleased with Victory Honda they went above and beyond to get me in a brand new 2024 Honda Pilot Elite. I went to the dealership and requested to test drive one which they didn’t have available but they were able to get it there the next day. I came the next day test drove it and feel in love such a beautiful SUV, the features are incredible. Everything went so smoothly they were able to get me a great deal. I want to thank Victory Honda for such great customer service and hospitality. I especially want to thank Alejandro for treating us so well and staying late after closing, Hernan for working hard to get us a great deal and getting us a white Honda Pilot Elite so fast which I really wanted. I recommend Victory Honda where I decided to drive 30 min to purchase even after having a Honda dealership 5 min from my home. I also want to thank Matt for helping us get all our documents in order and signed and for also staying late after closing. They have an amazing Team at Victory Honda.

Easiest car buying experience in a long time. Had me in and out just over an hour. The sales manager gave their best price out the gate to avoid back and forth and the finance manager wasn’t trying to push the extras (extended warranty, maintenance etc…) on when doing the paperwork.

I took my car here yesterday for an oil change and alignment. My service advisor was Joseph and he was awesome. It was my first time at this location and he got all of my info into the system quickly and had me on my way. My car was done quickly, I wasnt pressured into paying for additional services, and he helped me out with a coupon and saved me some money. He even complimented me on how well Ive been taking care of my vehicle, which means a lot! I will be back and recommend this dealership for service!

I had an outstanding time shopping for a car at Victory Honda of San Bruno. When we first arrived we got greeted by Peter really friendly and very helpful lot attendant. He never hesitated to get you keys to any car you wanted to test drive did not matter how buried the car was. My elderly parents just bought a Honda. C. RV. The salesman added extra warranties that they didnt agree upon. That added $4000 plus to the total cost of the vehicle. When this was discovered, they went back in to explain what happened. They said there was nothing they could do. I believe the salesman engaged in predatory. Lending upon elderly people. Please be careful buying cars from victory

Went in a few days ago to get an oil change, a multi-car inspection, and to check the A/C compressor and fuel pump as I received a recall for both of them. My A/C hasnt been working for a few months already. The service advisor Joseph Bustamante and his team really took care of me and my car. He provided me with a ride back and forth after I dropped off my car. Also, my A/C works after the service. He advised me to come back after two weeks to get it checked again. Thank you, Joseph! We cant recommend this Honda dealer enough. The experience from sales over finance until general management is great. We came in twice to testdrive our CPO Honda Pilot. Both sales representatives, Claudia and Petr, were very knowledgable about the car, showed us all features and did a pleasant testdrive with us, even accomodating taking two kids in carseats with us. We never felt pushed and hurried. We were able to trade our old car with an engine issue in and were offered a good price by the sales manager. Paperwork was a breeze and they take care of everything for you.Unfortunately, we found some issues with the CPO car after we drove it home: the oil life was reported as 30%, batteries of the keys were empty and there was a big cut in one of the tires. We went back the next day after consulting with them. All sales representatives already knew what was going on and we could immediately get the car into the shop. After a longer discussion with sales and the general manager Tanal Hassoun, they even did the repair free of charge. 4 hours later we could take our car home again. We were very pleased with the experience there and are certain to have many more good encounters with them when we bring the car in for maintenance.

Amazingly friendly service from start to finish. When calling a spoke to a representative named Joseph who encouraged me to bring my car in based off the issues I stated over the phone. Although I was told over the phone it might be wait before I got service, I was surprised that on my arrival there was little to no wait time. I immediately was greeted by Joseph who went over everything related to my car concerns thoroughly and explained any out of pocket expenses my warranty may not cover. I was expecting to have to leave my vehicle over night for all the work that needed to be done. However; again to my surprise it only took hours and found that all the services needed for my car was covered. Joseph was very kind and left me feeling like everything was in good hands. I went to Victory Honda recently 6/2024 to have my air conditioning of my Honda Civic 2018 looked at since it wasnt working. I was worried that it was going to cost me a lot since it likely would need replacement. I was helped by Joseph Bustamante who was super kind, professional, and honest. He looked into my make and model and found that there was a previously identified issue with extended warranty that they could help with. Victory honored the warranty on my vehicle and didnt charge me anything. I was so shocked, but what I learned was that Victory is a dealership/repair shop that can be trusted. This place is the worst. I had a service here for my car last thursday August 31,2023 and I was off for my work that day so I didnt drive it afterwards. The adviser said that all tires are good and okay. Two days after while I was driving in 101 my tire exploded and after I asked for a road side assistance we found out that there was no puncture in my tire and no debris that damage it or anything. I called them today which is Sunday to report what happened and the agent who answered me was very rude and condescending. I almost died because of that accident and not even a single empathy can be shown while shes speaking.For everyone who wants to get a service for their car I highly advice to not go to this branch. I ended up going to a tire shop so that I can get a new tire and have them fix it.

I went for a 40K mile service without appointment on Monday, 5/6-24 at 0730.(no scheduled appointment). I was greeted with a positive vibe at the service entrance😊This is my second time to have EJ as my service adviser. He always shows good customer service and gives you an update on what the service entails before having you consent for the service/repair. He was very knowledgeable and even he asked the technicians to drive my Ridgeline with me to make sure they hear and address the concern I was having regarding the hard gear shifting from 2nd-3rd gear, when the truck is rolling down hill from a stop.Again, this is a positive review and shout out to the Monday crews during this visit. When calling to see if the service center could fit me in same day the woman who answered the phone she was rude and blind transfered me to another department. This person answered the phone and told me they would have to take my name and number down and call me back next day. I have been a customer of Victory Honda for several years and I have never heard of this before. Since I was down the street I decided to drive up. I ran into Glen and he was a PLEASURE to speak with! He took me in right away and I was able to get my oil change no issues! I no longer live in the area and I had one more free oil change left under my warranty. I was in the area and my oil change light came on. I did not want to have to drive back a hour and 30 mins away just for a oil change. So happy Glen was there and assisted me! I am going to miss my victory honda. Brought in my Honda Ridgeline RTLE because I alot of the warning lights all of us sudden just lit up as I was stopped at a traffic light.... as the vehicle is new I would think that somme thing like this shouldnt happend at only 2845 miles .... so I bring it in and the person that had written me to said that this is a common issue and that I should have my truck by the next day .... I also told em that I noticed that the steering wheel is.not returning to the straight neutral position and is turned off to the left so he said that it will be taken addressed....next they they hit me with $800+ fee for fixing the issues...... was not about to pay that...came got my truck and they said its all good to go that everything is fine....5 miles from the dealership all the lights went off again..... they didnt fix the issue only cleared the computer so that it shows no issues but with out fixing the issue..... drove back home on the free way under powered in limp mode. Totally unsafe and poor practice by the service department of Victory HONDA.

Do yourself a favor and dont bother doing business with any of these clowns. Leroy Le will sell you stuff you dont need, lie to you and not provide anything. I attempted to purchase a vehicle through True Car from them. From the beginning I told them if they could ship me the vehicle ide happily buy it. They agreed as long as I payed shipping. No problem. Once all the paperwork was done and it was time to ship the vehicle, Leroy informed me it would arrive to my house Thursday. It was a Tuesday when he told me this. Then it changed to Friday, then Saturday, then Sunday. Mind you they knew I was making arrangements to be off work so I could sign for it. I was very clear about it. Turns out Leroy told his finance guy from the beginning he wouldnt even be able to ship it until the following Monday, then turning around and telling me hes gonna get me my car that weekend no problem. Hes a liar, and then had the nerve to ask me to repeat the same process the following week and he promised again it would be delivered to me. I pulled out of the deal because they deliberately wasted my time knowing they couldnt deliver. Had they been honest from the beginning, I would have had no problem making arrangements to accept delivery the following week. I refuse to do business with people who dont value their customers time, I dont do business with liars. So I hope you read this Leroy and I hope you do better in the future. Otherwise you should find a new career!

This place came highly recommended by my go-to car mechanic who wasnt able to fix the hatch back that wouldnt open and said only an authorized dealer should be dealing with the issue. I made the decision to bring the car in at 10 am yesterday. They told me to wait 2 hours until they diagnose the problem and they would call me. No one ever called so around 12:15 I checked back and they told me they needed more time. (A courtesy call would have been appreciated). Fast forward, after another 2 hours of waiting, at around 2:30 pm they came up with the problem and made me authorize an expensive part that was needed, but they said I would have to leave the car overnight unless I want to pay the hefty labor fee for putting the door panel back on then taking it apart again the next day. I said ok I will leave the car and pick it up today. A grouchy shuttle driver drove me home to San Francisco, that is the one star. Half the day was wasted and by this point I had a gut feeling that I should have never authorized the part and should have just brought my car home unfixed. Needless to say, they didnt call the next morning to give me a status, so at noon I call in. The front desk lady said no service advisor is available, and the one I was dealing with yesterday wont be in until Friday, a significant fact they didnt care to mention to me in the beginning. She took my name and number and said they would call. Did they call? You guessed it. At 1 pm I call again, another person tells me the same thing: no advisor is available. They took my name and number again and I made them promise to call within 10 minutes as it was already mid-day and I needed the car for work. Of course no call came, so I called again. This time a guy told me they found another problem and the part needed would be $800 which he would have to order by 3 pm to have it come in the following day. So now what started to be a $400 job is now over $1200 plus labor, and all of the phone calls had to be initiated by me, so if I dont inquire, Im not even sure anyone would have ever told me what was going on with the car. By this time my husband lost his marbles and asked to talk to them. He didnt get much farther, but we made the decision to bring the car home unfixed. So we ended up paying for the part I initially authorized, plus labor. Maybe not a sensible decision, but we just didnt have a good feeling about the entire process and especially the customer service. All in all, I didnt receive one phone call from them, not even just a courtesy call saying hey, we are working on it, please be patient. I honestly dont even know if they would have ever called me with an update. I should have listened to my gut in the beginning, but as I said, this place was highly recommended, so I went there in good faith. I also wasnt impressed by the state of the interior, it was all dusty and dirty when I picked the car up.

Due to the car shortage, I ended up placing a deposit down and was promised my car would arrive at the end of June. Little did I realize the amount of gaslighting I would go through.Initially things seemed to be going well and from calls, the car I placed a deposit for was on track to arrive at the end of June. However, a few days before it was due to arrive, my sales person suspiciously told me there had been a sudden delay and the car was now expected to arrive mid-July. Mid-July comes the delay becomes the beginning of August, then mid-August, then September, and finally end of September. At this point I cancelled my deposit after contacting a different dealer and actually getting a car.In short, when I was told my car would arrive at the end of June, at best this dealership was unable to procure a car for 3 months and simply lead me on for the entire time. At worst, they were simply selling my car and not honoring my deposit whatsoever while lying to me the entire time. From my experience, this behavior isnt even isolated to my salesperson, but comes from the general manager. If this sounds like the experience you want, then shop here. In my opinion these people are completely undeserving of your money and time. Its thanks to scum like this that car dealerships have terrible reputations.

Different people had perspective on the same issue, but I just want to share my story and you can decide to go or avoid this dealer.This is my first time to this dealer, and I scheduled my car for oil change and multi-point inspection on last Thursday. They recommended me with some other fluid change but I rejected. Multi-point inspection looks okay besides those recommended fluid change. This morning (3 days later), I was pulled my the police for brake lights (both sides) not working. I checked the multi-point inspection, all light checks are green just 3 days ago. Whats the possibility of having both lights going down within 3 days? Did the dealer really do the work? Then I went to the dealer for an explanation and wanted to have it corrected. The service advisor was very arrogant and said we did all the work and everything was good in the multi-point inspection. We dont know what you do to your car in the last 3 days, things can go wrong and we dont take liability on that. I want to have them help corrected the issue, then the service advisor started to ask for diagnosis fee ($250).Whats the odd of having both brake lights off after 3 days of car service? You have your own answer, but I highly doubted if the dealer really did the check seriously. Other services? I dont know, and I hope they have changed oil correctly. They can get out of liability easily after your picking up your car and driving away. As a customer, should we always do our check to ensure all services have been done before we leave the dealer? If thats the case, whats the point of having dealer to do the work?There are so many service shops or dealers out there. I personally wont recommend this one, unless you want to check that they do they work committed before leaving the dealer and deal with arrogant attitude.

I put a $500 deposit down for a specific color 2022 model and was told it would be coming in a month. Thats why there is so few of them.They were never able to get the car I had put a deposit for so I changed my mind after waiting so long, deciding on a basic color.To purchase the car, I was pressured into buying several unnecessary accessories that cost $2000 altogether. On top of the $3000 markup... luckily this is not my first time buying cars and I was able to save myself from all the other b.s. fees they were putting and trying to take advantage of me with.You really have to be firm and be prepared to strongly negotiate because they will try their absolute best to take advantage of you.They refused to refund the money for the accessories Im not getting, even though the contract doesnt state anything about that. They threatened to cancel my contract completely because I wanted a refund.They also didnt add the grease to the 4 doors and the hatch, which is a priority especially when purchasing a brand new vehicle. Now the car is making a loud squeak when I open the doors, rubbing against the plastic thats there and potentially damaging it. Theyre being cheap and charging way too much just so that they can keep the lights on, like the financial manager told me.Theyre also the only Honda dealership in the Bay Area that doesnt offer coffee or water due to the pandemic...and supposedly they are struggling to afford it.I would not recommend coming to this place. Their customer service and their service in general is unacceptable.

They trick you to spend more than you need. My car was only 2 years and they said I need to change break fluids which usually last more than 3 years. 😅 I’ve done maintenance several times there, cost me 300+ on average.

Alex and Jose manager theyre not good people they cheat on you in the lease car ex For example, in my case they lied to me, hiding things that until after I signed, I realized the days I was deceived. For example, they sold me a new 2022 CRV for lease, they gave it to me for $45,500, which is worth $37,000. They put you like $7,000 or $8,000 dollars in things that they want to sell, I took them for 3 years, paying more than $600 soles per month with 3.6% interest, which left me a remaining $17,000 dollars in 3 years, which is a lie, they told me that, but not that, the car gave me If I buy it, it will cost $28,000 dollars, which they lied to me, be careful with this dealer and they sold me a sporty Honda Civic. I gave them a Ford explorer instead and after 3 years of reading they told me its $11,000 which is a lie Ill have to pay about $24,000 for this car they cheat you be careful with this dealer .Another thing they do not tell you about the Miles that are only 10,000 per year if you go too far they charge you 20 cents per mile be careful with these people and the Honda Victory dealer in San Bruno the salespeople and general manager lie to you and hide many things

Beware, when negotiating the sale price with them, the price on the window sticker has dealer add on items like wheel locks $295 (should be $63) and clear shield $895 (should be $108) that they over price and a markup price that isnt listed.

I first arrived on 11/10/2021, in order to establish if I was eligible for a New or Used Honda Civic Sport… After some time, I was finally approved for a vehicle purchase. I was taken care of at this time by : Kenny N., and Blessie A. Both individuals were pleasant, and took care of my needs - Thank you! I shared that I was highly interested in a particular vehicle, and by chance, they were receiving the exact same car on Thursday…Two days later, on 11/12 ( Friday), I was handled by a helpful and polite young man who’s been there for a couple of years, now Glenn Cruz… He also was very helpful and courteous, as we began the process. PROMPT & EFFICIENT Maintenance ServiceI appreciate the quick reservation for a service appointment. Just called and an appointment was created. I got to my appointment, the Service rep prepared the paperwork and called the courtesy vehicle to drop me off in my office. Under 10 minutes in all on a weekday. I came back in the afternoon, paid the bill and the service rep brought my car in front. He explained what else may need to be done and I was on my way home. after about less than 10 minutes after I arrived. Service experience was great!

This dealership is a master at scamming customers. Saw the MSRP online and called to confirm. I was transferred to a salesman by the name of Leroy, whom by the way was kind. Right off the bat, he shared that by law they had to advertise the car as MSRP but in reality there is a markup. First red flag. Afterwards, he sent me the price out the door via text with the Markup and $2,500 worth of nonsense added accessories such Clear shield, wheel locks and ELO-GPS which I don’t even know what that even entails. I immediately said no thank you and told myself to never set foot at that dealership. Please do your research and never opt in for a Markup or useless added accessories. Only pay for what you want and not what the scam dealers want.

Will never recommend anyone to go there. Experienced worst service after paying for the car. They lost my second key, which is supposed to come with the car. Then they asked me to come to the dealer to make a new second key. I called in advance to make sure that I can get this key on Saturday, and they said yes. So, me, driving 25 miles to get there, and was told their machine was broken. No body knows when it’s gonna be fixed. So I left with nothing, driving another 20 miles home. This week, I made tons of call, trying to know when can I get my key back, yet nobody knew, nobody has ever gave me any callback though I was told I will get callback tomorrow. This is how they serve you after you paid, think twice before stepping to this dealer. You probably gonna experience the most terrible nightmare in your life.
