Took my 2019 Civic for a B1237 service, they did a good job and got my car back sooner than they said it was going to be done. Was looking around at the new cars and saw a 2024 Civic si MSRP was $26,500 but the dealer jacked the price to $41,400. Pretty much all their new cars prices are jacked waaaay up.

I’ve been satisfied with my service experience at Victory Honda of Morgan Hill since owning my Honda Accord. The service is timely, honest, and friendly. Each service advisor I’ve worked with also explains everything in sufficient detail, and I always receive any applicable discounts for services I’m getting. I really appreciate this!

I’ve taken my car here for service for the last 7 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. However, during my last service appointment I called and made an appt. After I dropped my car off, I got a phone call from the guy doing my service and he was questioning me as if I didn’t have an appointment. All of the answers to his questions were listed in the service notes in my set appointment file.When I went to pick up my car, my center console was a mess. The cup holders were out of place and not aligned, the contents in my center console were messy. My charging cable was unplugged and on the floor of my car, as well as a little toy I had kept on my shifter. I totally understand that these things need to be moved when doing the work but if I am paying $2200 to get my car serviced I expect to find my car the way I left it.

Their customer service must be great on the sales side. Today is the 3rd time in a row Ive had an appointment for car service yet still have to wait up to 2 more hours just to be seen. Appalling.

I had a great experience with the team at Victory Honda. When I arrived Dominic kindly greeted and helped me order the car of my dreams. Even though they didn’t have the car I wanted on the lot, He assured me the car would arrive to the dealership within the span of one week. Dominic was very respectful and helpful throughout the whole process.

I had a great experience with the team at Victory Honda. When I arrived Andrew promptly greeted me and asked what I was in the market for. Even though they didn’t have the car I wanted on the lot, the general manager Justin assured me they had one offsite and could guarantee it would be at the dealership within the hour. We went inside and discussed the price and within 20 minutes we had a deal. They didn’t BS me at all and it was obvious they wanted to make a deal that was mutually beneficial. I got the exact car I wanted, with no hassle, and at a very, very good price. They didn’t try to upsell me to a different trim level and they were very transparent with the additional costs included with the car. They explained the benefits of having some additional features such as the wheel locks and I feel confident that they gave me the best price and service of and local Honda dealer. Before coming here I had a good quote on the vehicle I wanted and many dealerships turned me away as soon as they heard the price I wanted but not victory Honda. The team here is unmatched and I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used Honda.

I came in after looking over the weekend. I met Sal who came up with a very friendly demeanor. It wasn’t like the scummy sales tactic type. He was real and honest. I told him I really liked the Civic hatch but, when I saw the black on black sport sedan, I fell for it. I told Sal that I don’t think I was capable of getting into the car but, if he could help I would be game. He went to work and made the deal happen for me. Sal later introduced me to Lalo in finance. We did some talking and they got me into my car for what I would have paid for another car at another dealer that I wasn’t particularly interested in but, was leaning toward because of the parts. Sal and Lalo said and made sure I got the vehicle I fell for that day. Thank you guys for all of your hard work and helping me get into this car. The car is amazing! We had initially walked away from Victory since we couldn’t agree on a price. After a few days they agreed to not only match but lower the price a bit on my best competitive quote. We walked away with a great deal and that says a lot considering the market right now. John was great to work with. He worked quickly and we walked out with the car we wanted at a great price.
