Would not recommend bringing your nice car here for service at all!! Worst customer service I’ve ever had at a dealership. Oil change and transmission filter was $1009!! The service writer is off commission and they are driving it hard. I asked what the tech did and he could barely tell me nor were there any notes to even go off of. I asked the tech what he did and he laughed at me and didn’t say a word maybe he didn’t speak English? I feel they are out to get people with nice cars. Bring your car somewhere else! Bad customer service, bad experience, no loyalty, you’d think they would at lease wash your $100k car before returning it, nope, had to take it to rain tree. You’ll get better customer service from a jiffy lube then you will here.

Its a bit sad to see the state of affairs at most Chevrolet dealerships nowadays. The employees seem overwhelmed mentally and as a result they deliver a mediocre customer experience. Your car will be ready at noon *I dont get any update until I called 2hrs later. Let me call you back in 15min after I calculate the parts *an hour passes with no response. Come on guy, thats 2 inaccurate follow ups. If you need more time just say so, but SAY SOMETHING.Mind you, I was just getting an inspection to confirm I needed new brake rotors. Not to actually get them installed yet. Its 30min worth of labor, according to the bill I got. Why did it take over 5 hours to get an update? Something is WRONG with this process. I already knew I needed new rotors, did they nickel and dime me? Maybe. But Advisor Fernando Torres claimed an inspection was NEEDED. Not sure how these guys are incentivized but dear gosh are they good at wasting your whole day for a 30min job.So at Petaluma its $255/hr for labor. Abel Chevrolet in Rio Vista quoted me at $175/hr for labor. Grand total I would pay for brake rotor/pads installation at each place? $2900 at Victory Chevrolet in Petaluma OR $1900 at Abel Chevrolet in Rio Vista? A $1000 difference for two dealerships only 1hr 30min apart. Abel Chevrolet even also has WAY better customer service and theyre not making little mistakes like failing to follow up on a phone call. Thats very basic stuff, its sad.Corvette owners, the rumors are true. Abel Chevrolet in Rio Vista is the golden standard for chevrolet dealerships in the Bay Area. Every other dealership is just so mediocre, sad, and a waste of time.

Hands down worse dealership experience of my life. When it with sensor brake issues, and maintenance, told warranty- then told over 20k in damage because a crack in a headlight- they kept my car I paid 3k in rental fees, 3 mths no car, receive back same issues! And they had me make an insurance claim. Lemon law… buy back. I’d drive 100Miles to never go to this dealership again. Uneducated, false promises,Sad Chevy use to rock

I had a great experience at victory chevy, I found the truck I wanted and sent an email to them with my offer for the truck and trade, Craig was my salesperson, and he responded very quickly, was very professional, he agreed on my offer and we made th e 3 hour drive down there. We arrived, and Craig came right out and greeted us. Within minutes, we started transferring Sirius xm, downloading apps, and getting everything updated to the new truck. Financing went smooth, had no pressure, just went over everything, signed, and was done in 15 minutes .Some dealers Ive spent hours waiting, here I was in and out in 45 minutes. I am very happy with my experience at victory Chevrolet and love the new truck. I am looking forward to dealing with them again for my wifes new car.

First time going to Victory Chevy, and they found everything in relation to my concerns within the first day. Ive taken it to another dealership farther away, twice, and they werent as fast, nor did they find these problems. Will for sure use Victory going forward. I believe his name is Denis in the service department. Good guy, easy to work with.

Every time we took our truck for service here is a joke! Worst customer service ever!! They are not responding for issues they caused when they do the car service. From scratches, parts removed or damaged, water stains in the roof from a leak in a 2021 Chevy, greasy and dirty finger prints in the roof. Also, the front desk service is mediocre and the service is terrible. The guy had actitud with us. I’ll not recommend Victory Chevrolet Petaluma.

DO NOT BUY ANY CARS FROM THERE! They sell you lemon cars. My husband bought a brand new Chevy Silverado from there. It only had 30 miles on it and on the second year he started having issues with the motor. He took it in to another Chevy dealership and after looking at it, they had to replace the whole motor and at first they wanted to charge us for looking at it but after arguing with them they reversed the charge. Then 6 months later the brakes started to fail, and then the air conditioning, and the sensor light wouldn’t turn off after supposedly they said they had fixed it. We’ve had so many issues with the truck! They deserve no stars at all! Oh when he went looking for a truck that day he wanted a different truck not the one he bough that they made him buy because they kept on pushing him to buy that one.

Dennis is always nice and cordial.I only have a as CB problem with the service report for the vehicle inspection. On 1/17/2024 the tire tread was reported as green, 8/32 or greater. On 4/11/23 the vehicle inspection said tires were at 3/32, 5/32, 4/32, and 3/32. They are the same tires! How did they get more tread?! Someone is just checking boxes and not really doing their job.

Called on a Monday to have service done on my 2018 Chevy Traverse since I’ve been going to them since it got it. I arrived before anyone else on the first available appointment that following Wed. One of the techs walked right by me and made eye contact, I said “good morning” guy just kept walking. I’m not sure how they do things at this dealership but didn’t feel right: although I arrived before two other customers, they were helped first. Finally, I get help and the tech explains that the recommended service that was supposed to be done at the 45k service, was not done. I didn’t have my records on me so I went with it. Got the “value” service for 45k at 52k miles. After I get review the breakdown, which was conveniently covered before signing and paying, I notice the $498.70 misc charge (total was $1169.10). I was told it would be ready by 2pm, however I didn’t get any update/call letting me know it would be another hour. I finally called them to check in and that’s when I was informed it had taken longer than expected, which is fine but communication is key.Bottom line, the customer service is ok. The pricing is questionable as it turns out at 45k they did a second 7.5k minimum service. Basic oil change, sure… anything else looks like it will come with a higher price tag just for them to “inspect” based on the Recommended Services Menu.
